Hotel in zona Wahaha Japanese Language School, Fukuoka

Had a pleasant stay. Everything was perfect from concierge handling my car to be auto parked in hotel to greetings and responding to our needs. The bed was comfort and we were most glad to be given a free upgrade to a higher floor. Thank you so much.

Reception was overwhelmed. Online checkin before arrival did not work. I had to resubmit my travel document upon arrival. Real no frills hotel, with reception unwilling to help with restaurant bookings, no bottled wster provided, amenities had to be collected from the lobby. Guests were often groups, crowding in the lobby and creating a din in the nights. Security not good as I was given a replacement room card without even the need to present my ID. Hallways and hotel overall did not make me feel very comfortable. Close to the Tenjin Railway Station and Bus Terminal, but not covered walkways. Shin Shin Ramen, a few izakayas and other eateries behind the hotel. Big Uniqlo close by too.

Location is the best, just right next to the signature malls in Tenjin. Offers luxury feel, think they had a renovation so every thing looks quite new, I was expecting the hotel to be dated. Service was good, can communicate in English w/out relying much on translation software/machine. Beware of the smoking room on each floor if one is sensitive to that, I was assigned to a room next to it and I was really bothered by the smell, luckily the staffs were able to arrange another option for me, very helpful staffs (at least on that shift). Spectacular views from the 17th floor restaurant and food is decent. Restaurant is on the high end side so food can be a bit pricey. The hotel doesn't have a main entrance on ground floor nor a bell desk, so getting off and unloading luggages were a bit hectic. There is a driveway but some vacant cabs are always occupying space there, something to be aware of.

Geographical location is great, about 100-200m away from subway station which is 2 stops away from hakata station. Can walk to tenjin station, daimaru. There's also a bic camera store nearby. Close to not bad eateries. The reception front desk is located on the third floor, then you still need to transfer to another lift to get to the hotel rooms. This part was very troublesome especially when the hotel gets increasingly crowded with all the big groups of tourists. There was also no alternate way to get from the first to third floor like via escalator. Basically two lifts connecting L1 to L3 then 4 lifts connecting L3 to L13 Anyone could access any level but you'll need a door card to enter the corridors leading to the hotel rooms. I.e. the open access is limited to the lift lobbies of the respective storeys. Water dispenser and coffee dispenser are available at L3. These are complimentary. Not a single time when we passed the lobby and it's quiet. Seems like they take in alot of tour group bookings. Room was spacious though. But space was not well utilized in our opinion. Like there was plenty of space but desk was very small? Mirror was facing the bed too which was a big no-no for me AND take note you'll need to step into the bathtub to take a standing shower if you're not using the bathtub for a bath. And the bathtub can get slippery to be honest. Perhaps give an anti slip map if there are no plans to refurbish the washroom to facilitate showering outside of the bathtub And btw they're real particular about the cutoff time for you to indicate DO Not disturb. Use the magnet behind your room door and stick it on the front door if you do not want them to enter your room for cleaning. I missed out and was shocked to see someone In my room after I came back from breakfast.

Il nostro soggiorno è stato esteso per una notte a causa del Tifoon 10. È stato divertente con la piscina e la cena al Steakhouse di Wolfgang, amava il biscotti di latte!

La struttura è molto attraente, a soli 2 autobus si fermano lontano dalla stazione di Hakata e molto vicino all'aeroporto. La bevanda di benvenuto è anche molto bella e hanno freebies dal lobby in pomeriggio come i sali di bagno che è un buon toccamento. L'unico punto in basso che direi è che sono molto rigorosi con il controllo, quindi non venire presto. Sono venuto alle 14:50 e ho dovuto aspettare fino alle 15:00 sul punto. Le camere sono un po 'sopra scure, credo per la forma del corridoio, ma è un piccolo dettaglio.

It is around 10 minutes walk from the JR station and two minutes from the bus terminal to the airport. Other than that, the stay is pleasant with an indoor bath area. It is surely a plus for a relaxing bath after touring around the spots during the day. Super clean and the breakfast is great with sufficient varieties for a fresh start of the day.

Rimasto 6 posti a Ana Crowne Plaza Fukuoka. La posizione è a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione Fukuoka, v centralizzato. Il personale è molto amichevole e utile.

L'hotel è una buona scelta per soggiornare a Fukuoka. Buon colazione (con frutta fresca), camere pulite e diverse strutture. È anche conveniente per voi prendere la metropolitana o JR.

Location is excellent & convenient. You can easily access to the subway station at B1 especially on a rainy day. Lot of restaurants around the area. Service is good & the front desk staffs are very helpful, can speak fluent English.
