Recensioni su Tenza Hotel at Hakata Station

Ho apprezzato molto il mio soggiorno di 7 notti al Tenza Hakata. La posizione dell'hotel è strategica (a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Hakata) e, cosa più importante, l'hotel ha fornito gratuitamente lavatrice e asciugatrice (è sufficiente portare il proprio detersivo, acquistabile nella hall al costo di 50 JPY a confezione). I viaggiatori potrebbero consigliare di portare indumenti più leggeri durante il loro soggiorno al Tenza Hakata. La camera è dotata anche di una poltrona massaggiante, un vero toccasana (soprattutto dopo una lunga giornata di cammino). Si prega di notare che il servizio di pulizia è disponibile solo ogni 3 giorni, ma viene fornito un sacchetto per la raccolta differenziata in cui riporre gli asciugamani usati e appenderli alla porta (entro le 10:00 del giorno successivo). L'hotel è inoltre circondato da numerosi ristoranti, bar e minimarket.

Excellent location and customer service. The room has enough space for 2 large pieces of luggage. There are so many eateries around and the 7 eleven convenience store is just next door.

Excellent location just 2-3 mins walk to the nearby train station the hotel is next to a great shopping mall and the street of food highly recommend it!

The location was perfect to roam around the area on foot. Full of decent shopping centers and eateries were a plus. The breakfast was simple and good to try local Japanese. The staff at the restaurant was kind. Room was just okay. They only provide a bottle of water in the first day. The convenient store is right next to the hotel though.

Nice hotel and comfortable stay. Location is good as it’s just within walking distance from Hakata station. Staff are friendly and helpful to my queries and request. Breakfast is good and healthy. Although staying there for 6 days and having 6 consecutive days of breakfast serving similar food, I still enjoy it. Haha.

Very prime location and lots of conveniences stores nearby. Polite staff provide instant help.

Very good location, just 5 min to Hakata station. Room and hotel have all the amenities needed. Good for travelling around Fukuoka.

Hotel is a bit worn down overall! Location is very close to station! Room was spacious but maybe can use some refurbishing. One of the drawer shelves was actually detached and was held in place using stickers/glue. For the price we paid it wasn't the best deal, but it was a sat night and everywhere else was full.

Location is pretty much near the station where restaurants and department stores are everywhere. The room was clean but not as spacious as some might mention. I would say good for japan big city standard but nothing to surprise about. the room was clean as it should. Parking in separate building with 1,500 yen per 24h is reasonable (3 mins walk). If you drive, unload your stuffs at front of hotel get map code from front desk then you should be ok.

The hotel adopts an eco friendly policy and our room was cleaned once every three days, which was inevitable.

- I request the check out time from 12pm to 11am. it cost me 1000YEN. - No service at all. we need to pick the tooth brush, toothpaste etc. ourself. - Trip.com claim that Tenze hotel have their own car park but they just cooperate with our carpark. This hotel doesnt have their own car park. - I bought some fruit and put into the refrigerator, a day after all fruit get moudly. the refrigerator doesnt work.

First time in Fukuoka and stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. Location is perfect. Staff is helpful and room is quite spacious for solo traveler. Although only room cleaning service every 3 nights' stay, they provide new towel on a daily basis anyways.
