Era un hotel molto bello e tranquillo. Soprattutto il grande bagno comune era il migliore. La vista è bella e ci si sente bene. Anche il bagno all'aperto era molto confortevole. Tuttavia, c'erano pochi servizi in camera e ho dovuto ritirare gli oggetti necessari dal primo piano, che era l'unico problema. L'assortimento di servizi in loco era buono. C'erano anche pantofole per bambini. Inoltre, volevo pernottare.

Nel complesso, il servizio è molto buono, anche le strutture per giocare sono molto buone e lo scenario privato è buono. Peccato che il tempo in questa giornata fosse un po' brutto, causando troppo smog. La camera con vista non poteva vedere il Monte Fuji. Anche i servizi di ristorazione dell'hotel sono molto buoni. Il che è leggermente sgradevole

Location is good, able to see mt fuji if sky is clear. Quiet and away from major traffic. Free private parking, Onsen at level 7. Room is spacious, clean and comfortable. Everything is provided so you can just stay and chill. I opt for buffet breakfast and Dinner, selection is good. Recommended!

Very nice mountain view from room. The public baths located on 7th floor are amazing as the one in open space is extraordinary. Very relaxing and comfortable in summer night. The buffet breakfast and dinner provide many choices of different cuisine. Overall speaking, very good choice I have made. I will sure will pick Mystays again.

Beautiful view of Fuji mountain. The room gave us the chance to glimpse at Mount Fuji as it had been cloudy since the day we arrived. Rare peek a poop happened early in the morning and once in a early evening and den it was shortly covered by clouds

The hotel location is good, if the weather is good you can clearly see Mount Fuji, the hot spring is clean and also provides dyson hair dryer, just a lot of dust in the room, cupboards and tables are there, I hope it can be improved, but the bed is very comfortable, the breakfast is okay the food is fresh, will consider coming back to stay!

Good experience at the Onsen resort, it was peak period so the onsen was pretty packed and the dinner and breakfast slots ran out. There weren’t many food options available around the area.

A good location with very good view of Mount Fuji, we had a good morning.

5 minutes walk from train station. The pillow is damn comfortable and definitely will recommend the stay here , view of Mt fuji is superb too !

Middle grade. toilet and bathtub in same area. Hot spring clothes are not enough at diff size. The good thing is the breakfast and nice view in restaurant.
