La posizione è buona.Secondo il tempo (5:00PM), solo gli uomini sono responsabili della reception.Non c'è bevanda benvenuta, forse per l'ascensore.La sala è molto bella e buona.Vivo in una stanza giapponese. Depende dalla stanza, ma quando aprivo la finestra per vedere il lago e andare al balcone, la stanza era circa 40 cm alta come un alto bastone. Il mio ginocchio è molto doloroso, quindi mi dispiace.I bambini e gli anziani sarebbero pericolosi se non si prendevano cura di loro. Quando ho aperto la luce sulla specchia, la forma della luce era buia, e ho scoperto che mia moglie non aveva alcun effetto. Quando ho guardato la testa, finalmente ho visto la polvere della luce, e io e mia moglie ridevano amaramente. A proposito, sono andato a fare il bagno, ma forse avrei qualche, ma non vedo il panorama della piscina aperta in cui sono entrato. Per quanto riguarda i pasti, è difficile dire che il condimento è stile giapponese (forse il design degli stranieri). Non penso sia ”gustoso”, e è ormai obsoleto, e i vantaggi della cucina giapponese sono scomparsi.Sono deluso. Oh, sì, c'è Wi-Fi, ma stranamente non c'è niente nel manuale. Quando ho chiesto alla reception, gliel'ho detto oralmente, e'molto inamichevole.Inoltre, il manico di lavatrice è molto piccolo, difficile da usare per gli anziani e i bambini. Inoltre, nella stanza giapponese, a causa dell'adeguamento dell'installazione della TV, la posizione delle immagini tra il pavimento è in direzione sinistra?Il cibo nella stanza lascia una buona impressione, ma in generale è deludente.

Auberge familiale avec un emplacement idéal et un très bon rapport qualité prix pour une expérience traditionnelle. Petit hôtel situé en face de la gare et à même pas 10min de ballade du lac ce qui permet de comprendre la structuration de la ville. Vue directe sur le Mon Fuji. Nous avions demandé une chambre traditionnelle avec vue sur Fuji et vains été exhaussés. La vue n est pas la plus naturelle puisque les fils électriques de la ville passent devant (descendre devant l hôtel pour ne plus les avoir) mais pour nous c est la seule vie entière que nous en avons car le reste du temps il était dans la brume. Sol tatami, 4 lits futons à sortir du placard, frigidaire, placard, clim,TV, table basse avec service japonais pour le thé (thé, bols, bouilloire japonaise) ainsi que 4 kimonos (pyjamas) pour une belle expérience photographique . Salle de bain petite mais fonctionnelle comme souvent au Japon, shampoing, gel douche fournis. Personnel très gentil et ouvert à la discussion (2 papis). Micro onde au RDC, pas de petit dej mais 7eleven ou familymart (supérettes) à côté.

For more general details about Fufu Kawaguchiko, please read my review from October 2020... We decided at the last minute to pay a visit to the Fuji Five Lakes area because the weather forecast called for a clear day (and hopefully a clear view of Mt. Fuji.) Thankfully, one room was available, and it was the exact same room as the one we stayed at the first time (Fufu Luxury Premium Suite, Room #408.) It's a top-floor corner suite with a separate bedroom/living room along with an expansive balcony and a free-flowing, open-air Onsen (natural hot springs) bath. As rooms go, it's pure bliss. Modern, tastefully furnished and decorated, bright and airy, and has all of the amenities and features one would expect when staying at a relatively new high-end property. We still feel that Fufu doesn't make the best use of its space - it's a bit busy, and consequently seems a bit less spacious than its specifications suggest (it's officially 136 square meters, although someone we can't help but feel that they're counting the balcony space as part of the overall room size.) It's really less of a ryokan and more of a hotel with ryokan-style elements. Shoes don't need to come off (although you're advised to do so in the guest rooms), they provide ”Samue” (sort of spa pajama/style) outfits rather than the traditional (and albeit more pretty but less comfortable) Yukatas, but still retain some of the common ryokan charms (and a few drawbacks.) The staff are relatively young, hip and ”pretty”, and more casually friendly than the typical traditional ryokan, which is good or bad, depending on your perspective. We enjoyed the high-energy vibe of the place, although we also do enjoy the finesse and quaintness that top traditional ryokans exhibit as well (Asaba is a perfect example of this.) The clientele are also more youthful than most other properties that we've stayed at - this is where the young, wealthy and beautiful go to see and be seen, that's for sure. Again, not necessarily a bad thing, but just a FYI. Not much has changed from our last stay, although I will say that we enjoyed the food offering a bit more this time. We learned that they brought in a new head chef, and while it's not a night-and-day difference, we did notice a quality and creative improvement from last time. A few specialty dishes were once again served, including a unique cheese gratin with Natto (fermented soybeans that is slimy and has a pungent odor) for breakfast - we enjoyed the dish, but not sure how many Westerners can handle Natto, which is a very acquired taste. While we wish there was an option to have meals served in one's own room, we do think that Fufu needs to have more ”ko****su” private dining rooms in the restaurant. They only have a handful of them, and priority goes to large groups or families with small children. When we go to a high-end ryokan, we prefer not to dine in an open, restaurant-style environment. E' semplice e niente di pazzesco, ma la qualità del cibo è sorprendentemente buona. Servizio: 4/5 Valutazione - Permette il check-in dei bagagli. Grande servizio di navetta per e da aree chiave a Kawaguchiko. La competenza inglese è di medie a bassa. Il personale parla inglese limitato.

This lovely hotel (its a bit dated, but everything is clean and very nice) is right on the lake, and very quiet. Its 10 minutes driving distance from the Kawaguchi-Ko bus stand/train station and there is a free hotel shuttle every hour. I would definitely go for rooms with a view - either of the lake, or of Fujisan. We went for rooms with lake view, and very much enjoyed it. The rooms are big and very comfortable, with a desk, an armchair and a sofa. There is also a small balcony, with amazing views of the lake. Its so peaceful, especially in the early morning or during sunset. The hotel is located in a large garden. There is an indoor and lovely outdoor onsen, where you can bath in the warm water whilst seeing bamboo and hearing birds. Breakfast is a good buffet. The restaurant for dinner is rather expensive, so i would recommend eating in one of the few restaurants in the small town.

La colazione è un normale buffet. Ci sono caffè, latte, tè, succhi di frutta freschi e vari tipi di pane. Principalmente cibo occidentale, carne, uova, pesce e varie verdure e frutta. La posizione dell'hotel sembra ancora un po' scomoda per i turisti che non guidano. Di fronte all'hotel c'è Fuji-Q Highland, dove c'è una fermata dell'autobus che collega le varie attrazioni del Lago Kawaguchi, del Lago Yamanaka, del Lago Ovest e della stazione di Kawaguchiko. C'è un biglietto di un giorno e di due giorni per la stazione. La stazione ha caratteri cinesi.

The hotel was so clean, the service by the concierge was so friendly and approachable. Helped us to push and carry our luggage till our room door. The convenience stalls nearby made breakfast and supper a perfect go to! It was a good stay nearby the onsen which has free access for staying guests! The carpark was just located downstairs that you could also see your car! Love the visit! And will want to come back again!

Stayed at this accomodation one night. Room had no power to begin with, and staff had to scramble to fix the issue. Not a good first impression. Room was passable but staff are, quite frankly, terrible - trying to communicate with any of the staff even for simple requests (like trying to arrange a taxi) was like pulling teeth. It was advertised as a tourist hotel, but none of the staff seem to speak English - I understand not everyone does, that’s fine - but at least make an effort to assist or find someone who can - all I got was a shrug and staff staring at me as if I had two heads. Perhaps they need more training, because service is poor. If this was a cheaper place to stay it would be easier to overlook, but with the going rate of a room (not cheap) I expected better. Advertised as tourist Not good, and overall not a happy customer.

La seconda visita.La montagna Fuji è chiara in inverno.Sono andato alla piazza di illuminazione prima del ristorante, perché era un Fuji rosso prima del sole. Da lato destro a colore rosso, circa 1／ 3, all'inizio del sole, sono tornato alla grande montagna di Fuji, ma all'alba sinistra, la luna piena nell'angolo superiore destro e la montagna di Fuji.Devo vedere questo sole nascere nel mare di Zhuanjian.Il paesaggio, si può vedere tutto. Poiché ci sono molte famiglie, la stanza è molto grande, si può vedere il lago di Shuang e la montagna Fuji da tutte le camere.La camera da letto è B1 e 2e piani, e la strada di Shuang è pulita da osservare la piscina di zolfo.Dovresti vedere le persone nella stagione.Questo è un hotel tranquillo e buono.

Il personale di Marriott ci ha accolti al lato della curva. Check-in era indolore e presto siamo andati in camera nostra. In camera calda le primavera erano un piacevole toccamento. La camera era spaziosa e molto confortevole. Anche le mutandine giapponesi erano morbide e confortevoli. Il cibo era di prima qualità e cucinato a ogni gusto. Abbiamo scelto il pacchetto di cena ben valgono i soldi. Dopo cena abbiamo chiesto un massaggio tardi di notte... avremmo dovuto riconsiderare quello. Chiesto a due terapeuti e ne ha avuto uno. Non aveva idea di cosa fosse un massaggio! Seriamente!!! Mi ha letteralmente ingoiato con le punte del dito. Mi ha spinto la testa contro il bastone per dieci minuti. Finalmente aveva abbastanza e fu licenziata con la sua paga completa. Notata, non era affiliata all’hotel, era solo la signora che chiamavano. Per favore non chiamarla più! Amo l’hotel e la vista. È necessario per chiunque voglia una via tranquilla.
