L'hotel dispone di un'auto che vi porterà alle attrazioni o alle stazioni. Il capo è molto gentile. L'atteggiamento del servizio è molto buono e le spiegazioni sono molto dettagliate. La colazione richiede la prenotazione ed è deliziosa. consigliare

Hi
We arrived there at 1 pm, I understand , it's not allowed to check in yet but we just want to have a sit 5-10 mins to relax after long journey, the owner , he's not allowed and his face so moody and unwelcome at all, we felt so bad. It's an awful first impression!!
The room so big if compare with different hotel I've booked, The fridge quiet old, plug to loose, air condition is not cold , we try to ajust and called him to fix but still not cold. Share bathroom, limited time to shower , it look like, they save electricity bill😏.
But luckily I can see mt fuji very clear😊

We enjoyed our stay, Ryokan Nashimiya Onsen is located just next to Kawaguchico Bridge & Lawson is within walking distance. Food was tasty & reasonably priced. Room is big and it's an old style Japanese inn with tatami mattress & shared toilet & bath.

Great experience with this Ryokan that have onsen bath… unfortunately only can take bath from 1600-2100. Room is big and with Mt Fuji view. Superb!

老闆態度惡劣
偷偷地不留下入住資料便自行離開
環境衛生十分惡劣
晚上幾乎沒有燈
排泄物周地也是
房內牆身破爛
有極多小蟲子
沖涼的水也變色了
看來會患上皮膚病
這個價格有其他更好的選擇
甚至睡在街上也比較衛生安全

雖然房間設施有點陳舊，公用浴室也不是很乾凈，但是窗外就是富士山，出門左手邊的河口湖大橋更是拍富士山的超絕場景

酒店離着河口火車站需要步行半小時左右，從河口湖車站過去還是不方便的….另外感覺很多年沒有裝修過了，房間的門都有點鬆了，隔音也不是很好，隔壁開關門都能聽見，晚上説話的聲音也都能聽見，如果還有其他選擇的話，建議不要住這家
