Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Il personale è molto cortese. Si noti che i controlli dell'aria condizionata si trovano all'esterno delle camere.

Due to heavy raining in UAE, i am not is position to travel to Fujairah , and asked for cancellation / modification, but very strange , I have asked of feedback of the stay, actually I did not stay at Hotel

My recent stay at left much to be desired. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that basic hospitality was not a priority. Despite booking a room in advance, the check-in process was chaotic and unorganized, with staff members seeming indifferent to guests' needs.
Upon entering the room, I was immediately struck by the stale odor, indicating a lack of cleanliness. To my dismay, there were no fresh towels provided, and when I requested them, I was met with a dismissive attitude from the staff. It's unacceptable for a hotel not to ensure such basic amenities are readily available for guests.
Throughout my stay, I encountered further issues, including rude and unhelpful staff members, and a general lack of care for guest comfort. The overall a**osphere of the hotel was far from welcoming or hospitable.
In conclusion, I cannot recommend this hotel to fellow travelers. The lack of attention to basic hospitality and cleanliness standards greatly detracted from what should have been a pleasant stay.
