Supermarket 200 m, shopping centre 3 km, restaurant, railway station 200 m, sandy beach 600 m. Tennis 600 m. Nearby attractions: Biopark 3 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Youth groups not permitted. 3-room apartment 75 m2, on the ground floor. Object suitable for 4 adults + 2 children. A clean, properly equipped holiday apartment, which already showed some signs of wear. The large private terrace and the well-maintained pool area were great. The location on top of a high hill came as a surprise.

The environment of the apartment is cozy. You could get to the swimming pool directly from the terrace. The location of the apartment on top of a hill made going up there a workout. The inside of the apartment itself is ok, but e.g. the lighting is not ve
