Il servizio era buono.Sono persone carine, ma quando andiamo in camera la batteria non funzionava molto bene, c'era i capelli sul bagno e una capsula in bottiglia sul pavimento, e la microonde non era stata pulita. Devono avere un po'di tempo per pulire la stanza, ma non era un cattivo soggiorno. Molto tranquillo, e rilassante.

La struttura è molto buona, una zona tranquilla circondata da uffici medici e altri hotel simili. È proprio fuori dalla 41 autostrada, ma abbastanza lontano da non sentire alcun rumore di traffico. Ci sono diversi centri commerciali sul lato opposto della autostrada, tra cui un teatro cinema, molte opzioni alimentari, e un Costco. Un buon quartiere. Un paio di denuncias minori: il ventilatore era molto rumoroso; c'è poco isolamento acustico tra le camere - la famiglia vicino alla porta parlava in un volume normale suonava come se fossero stati nella nostra stanza; Non abbiamo avuto alcun segnale televisivo a causa di alcuni problemi tecnici quel giorno. La società Hilton dovrebbe avere tecnici in chiamata per risolvere tali problemi. Voglio il nostro intrattenimento televisivo prima di andare a dormire. Non funzionava ancora quando abbiamo controllato il giorno dopo. A parte le minori denunce, ci piaceva questo hotel e probabilmente rimarremo qui la prossima volta che visitamo Fresno.

Ho soggiornato a Fairfield Inns in Canada diverse volte, ma questa è la mia prima volta negli Stati Uniti. Quando sono entrato nella stanza, c'era un odore chimico molto forte che mi è sembrato del tutto inconfortabile e incredibile. E' stato solo dissipato mantenendo la finestra aperta quasi tutto il tempo durante il mio soggiorno 4-day. L'altro problema principale è che non ci sono abbastanza fonti di luce. La stanza era piuttosto buia, soprattutto alla notte. L’unica luce di testa nella stanza era quella vicino alla porta, e era su un orologio; quindi, dovevo alzarmi ogni quindici minuti per cambiarla. C’era una lampada di lettura e un oggetto strano sotto di essa che poteva essere un ottomano, perché non aveva il retro. Avrei amato una sedia di lettura nella stanza. Invece, c'era una cosa strana come l'ottomano senza una schiena che non funzionava come sedia. Forse era solo un punto di mettere una valigia. Non ho idea. Le pareti erano molto sottili, come potevo sentire la TV del mio vicino molto alto tutto il tempo che erano nella stanza. Inoltre, avrei davvero voluto un cassaforte nella stanza. Inoltre, la doccia era grande e il colazione era molto buona. Inviai un grido a Tony, la persona che mi ha controllato. Era estremamente buono e utile. Vorrei che tutti i dipendenti degli hotel fossero come lui. In generale, questo hotel era un sacchetto misto, soprattutto per quanto riguarda l'odore della stanza. Probabilmente provarei un altro hotel se tornassi in città.

Outstanding service from Langdon who greeted us with a smile and was very professional. The room was clean and quiet. We were happy with the breakfast offerings - breakfast sandwiches, yogurt, fruit, oatmeal, cereal, milk, juice, pastries. Nice convenient location next to the airport. Good value for choice privileges members at 10K points. Only drawback was that the pool wss closed for maintenance.

We stayed here for one night on our way home from yosemite. Perfect place the stay if going to the airport the next day. The dr rental return is so close and the makes it for a stress free morning. The room was exactly what we wanted, clean, comfortable, and good tv options. The continental breakfast in the morning is actually quite superb. We checked in, slept great, had breakfast and left. We had a great experience. We would stay again if in the area

I'm a Hilton Honors member and generally have good experiences at their properties, but this hotel taints the Hilton brand for me. I booked and confirmed a 2 Queen 1BR Suite here more than 2 months in advance. The night before my stay, I checked my reservation and saw it had changed to two separate 1 King studios. Surely this must be a mistake? I called the hotel and after some investigation, they basically tell me they messed up and gave my room to someone else. To make up for it, they were giving me two separate, smaller, non-adjacent King studios for the same price, and implied that because they were not charging me extra, this was a great value. No, splitting up my wife and 2 young children unexpectedly last minute is not great value. I just want the room type that I originally booked so we could all stay together with enough beds. I don't know if they are disorganized or just don't value their customers. The bottom line is they bumped my reservation, did not even bother to tell me, and could not or would not make it right. Will they do the same to you?

Always a warm welcome at this hotel. The receptionists were super nice to us and very helpful. Hotel is very clean and rooms are very nice with super clean bathrooms. Lobby was having new tiles laid down so we had to use the back entrance. Nice to see they are maintaining the place. Breakfast was laid out in a back room and you can bag your items and take them to your room. Good for covid safety. No issues with parking and there are a few restaurants close by. Easy to get on the freeway from here. Our room was on the opposite side to the freeway so very quiet . Recommended by Oldbackpack

UUtente ospiteSono stato a questa proprietà per affari in corso dall'inizio dell'anno, e la mia prima esperienza non è stata una buona con la custodia di casa - non ho bisogno della mia stanza servita ogni giorno, ma quando ho fatto la richiesta, finalmente arrivano 3-days più tardi. Da allora le mie esperienze sono state buone, soprattutto perché ho soggiornato per periodi più brevi e non ho bisogno di niente da casalinga ... Beh, il mio soggiorno più recente è stato sposato con un servizio sfavorevole, E io credo che sia colpa mia, perché ho lasciato qualcosa nella stanza. Nel tentativo di recuperare il mio oggetto, ho ricevuto il vocale della casa e ho lasciato un messaggio. Dopo non aver ricevuto una chiamata dopo tre giorni, ho fermato la proprietà, perché sono tornato a Fresno. UUtente ospiteI enjoyed my brief stay at the Hotel Piccadilly. Would I be willing to stay here again? Yes. Are there pros and cons for me? Definitely. Instead of separating the pros and cons I am just going to ramble on about my stay and let my feelings about it dictate my final star rating. PRO: the rooms aesthetics are better than other places I have stayed in Fresno. I like this pace, black out curtains, desk, multiple TV channels, fridge, level of noise and the hotel is in a nice location, and it has a restaurant (I did not dine there). CONS: It is not immediate located near 99 nor 41, so if you are there for work, you have to take travel time into consideration. It is easier to move around if you have a vehicle. I appreciate the professional look of the front desk. But I felt judged when I walked in. I know I am tattooed (a sleeve only) but do I really have to tell people I am an RN to get respect. The stairs to the room that I stayed in was frightening. They do not feel safe. The doors to the hallways were never locked. There were no cameras in the hallways for an extra sense of safety. The to go breakfast was not worth it. What am I suppose to do with an orange and no knife. A prepackaged bagel. It literally turned rock hard after a few hours. Other places I have stayed that would be considered beneath the Hotel Piccadilly, cook the breakfast. If you are looking for a decent place to sleep. This place is not bad. I would stay here again in the future for that reason. I will also post this review on 2 other sites that I use. This is my own option on my stay and I am not sure if I can mention them here and every site has their own rating system.

UUtente ospiteThis hotel has construction, and we were only told upon check-in to expect an 'inconvenience.' The noise beginning early in the morning on Monday, the second night of our stay, was absolutely unbearable, and ruined our morning on the day of preparation for a relatives funeral. Literally sounded like a jackhammer on the wall outside our room. They’re doing stonework. There's dust flying everywhere. There's loose plaster on the carpet in the elevators and the hallways. Construction workers come and go in the elevators alongside customers with all their equipment and mess and noise. There's an operating cherrypicker in the registration area of the parking lot with no safety cones. You walk out the East guest door on the first floor into a total hardhat situation with people doing stonework on ladders overhead, construction material blocking the exit, and the door is usually propped open all day. I politely told the front desk that we unfortunately needed to check out 2 days early due to the noise, and requested a late checkout to 3pm because we had appointments at the church, and funeral home, and hadn't planned to have to change hotels today. Note that I'm a platinum member, and didn't expect this to be an issue whatsoever given the unusual circumstances. I was denied, and asked for the manager, who promptly flatly denied my request with literally the rudest most uncaring expression and flat tone possible. I reinstated my request and attempted to explain my situation, and the manager admitted that the hotel was not booked (obviously because my room was already spoken for for 2 more nights), but still, she flatly denied me. She finally told me it was because the hotel could experience 'loss of revenue.' So I'm here to tell you that if revenue is more important than customer experience or showing compassion to a customer you placed in a difficult situation, I will no longer be staying at La Quinta. I'll certainly never step foot in this one again, in a town I visit every month. And I’ll be demanding a full refund from La Quinta Platinum Customer Service, let’s see where that gets me. I also recommend anyone else over the next few months seriously reconsider. I don't care about your loss of revenue. Close this place, finish it up, and reopen. With a new manager. There are several really nice hotels with similar rates in the immediate area.

UUtente ospiteWe stayed at this location as a way stop while helping move our daughter to southern California for school. We were caravanning with two cars loaded with household items. Prior plans to connect with family in the Yosemite area (and keep things secure overnight) had to be hastily changed because of evolving wildfires. We made a last minute reservation and pulled in to this hotel later in the evening. Ever aware of possible security risks, but knowing there wasn’t any way to avoid leaving things in the cars, we took a little comfort that they had someone sitting outside the hotel entry who the desk indicated was there to watch the cars –and we did take more valuable items like laptop computers to the room. When we returned to our cars early the next morning, both of them had smashed backseat windows. The household items, mostly packed in storage bins, were untouched. However, about half of our daughter’s clothes that were in a large stuffed duffle and two handmade quilts – one she’d made with her grandmother last year before she passed – were gone. I’m giving the hotel 1 star because of security. The security person they had out front seemed to be semi-catatonic, which had prompted my inquiry at the desk when we checked in, and which in hindsight should have raised more questions. However, with a last minute, nonrefundable reservation and being at the end of a 12 hour day of driving we didn’t feel like we had much choice. The signs about not leaving valuables in your car that dot the parking lot also aren’t much help, except for the hotel to be able to say “we told you so”. This is a hotel along the highway -of course there are travelers with stuff –most people aren’t just making a short trip to the corner mall. The hotel staff nicely helped get us trash bags, broom and vacuum to clean up all the broken glass, and provided the phone number for the police, but didn’t do much more. I asked about security camera footage since we were right in the field of view for two cameras –but the front desk couldn’t reach their manager to get permission to share it. I left my name and phone, but never heard back. We called the police immediately upon discovering the damage and stolen items, but they didn’t show up and so we left to start looking for someplace that could replace broken windows on a Saturday (hint, auto dealers aren’t likely going to be able to help). We got one car fixed at a glass shop associated with the local pick-n-pull –but it took about half the day. The other vehicle, which was less than a week old, I ended up driving to southern California without a window (which means other windows also have to be down to avoid the resulting wind throb –that’s fun for 4-1/2 hours) with the hope of finding a dealer to make the repair near our final destination. In the end, this is a crime hole. Until the Hotel finds way to really effectively ensure safety and security (it’s a cinch as others aren’t going to) you’d be be

I letti erano confortevoli, tranquilli, molto piacevole, solo lamentazione è che ho pagato un colazione extra e non c'è colazione servita. in generale un buon soggiorno è stato gentile in una zona non grande ma hanno soggiornato in zone più peggiori a Fresno

UUtente ospiteI came here on a 13 week assignment, before getting here I called to make sure that my reservation was complete and to make sure that I could pay monthly as I will be here for the next 3 months. I spoke with Cody who happens to be THE WORST hotel manager I have ever met.Who stated that I would need to pay up 2 weeks ahead and then I would be able to pay the monthly. Ever think about getting rid of him? I have talk to him almost weekly and Ive been here 4 weeks, because they have over drafted my account on numerous charges that have come up to well over $800 alone because they find it funny, I guess, to continue to try to draft my account for what ever amount they want. They have made my account so over drawn that I can't even afford to pay for my regular bills that come out automatically. I am in debt, where as when I came here I wasn't Speaking with this Cody guy is a complete waste of time. He as left me on hold, he never returns my call, he has had held my packages that have come in the mail until they can deduct money from my account. The front desk people are rude, they never state their names and when you ask you, ”My name is J”. Really? Ive worked in customer service before and the first thing you know is to let the customer know who they are talking too. Oh wait this isn't a 5 star facility. I have asked that they clean the air vent in the bathroom because it looks like they haven't cleaned it since the 80's. They still haven't cleaned it. So their salute to cleanliness and protocol for covid measures is non existent. I have pictures and screen shots of my account to back up everything that I have stated. I have contacted corporate about my issues seeing as how talking to Cody is like talking to a Attention Deficit Adult. Yea I said it and I mean it. If corp doesn't take these concerns to heart and find out a way to get me my money back and stop dipping into my account when ever they want I will MOST certainly obtain an attorney. We travel nurses are here for a safe, clean, customer friendly place to stay and to get treated like this is deplorable.
