Qualità prezzo ok ma lontano dal centro

The hotel is a bit far away from the city center, and it takes some time to reach the old town.

Hotel geboekt op doorreis naar Italië. Prijs kwaliteit dik in orde. Eenvoudige check-in.  Kleine doch nette kamer. Ideaal voor doorrit.  Hotel rekende wel opnieuw verblijfkosten aan, maar die heeft trip.com netjes vergoed in coins. 

Die Zimmer sind funktional und gut ausgestattet. Praktisch ist die Self-Checkin Möglichkeit wenn man erst nach 22Uhr ankommt. Check-out ist dann nicht notwendig.

Das ist gut

Camera piccola, lavabo e doccia all'interno della stanza, fanno di questo albergo un "non albergo", adatto a passare poche sere e per persone che si adattano facilmente. Pulito, le asciugamani (solo uno a persona) vengono cambiate ogni giorno se non dimentichi a metterle a terra. Niente fono, ma sapone, bagnodoccia, cuffia x capelli, kit cucito, penna, notes, mappa. Lontano dal centro circa 20 minuti, ma raggiungibile facilmente in macchina o in autobus/tram, la fermata è di fronte l'albergo (prendere il n°35, scendere alla prima fermata e poi tram fino al centro città, circa 8/9 fermate). Noi avevamo la macchina perciò ci siamo spostati facilmente, ma un giorno io e mio figlio siamo andati al centro da soli e con i mezzi è stato facilissimo. Posteggio gratuito e tranquillo davanti la struttura. Colazione varia e abbandonate. Nei paraggi ristorante asiatico, bar, panineria, pizzeria da asporto. Piccola verandina fuori con tavoli e sedie ideale per rilassarsi dopo una giornata di cammino.

A volte capita che ci sia qualcosa che non va anche nella catena IBIS. Qui non capita, tutto è perfetto come ci si aspetta. Ovviamente è la versione Budget quindi non ci sono troppi fronzoli. Ma le pulizie sono giornaliere, in pochi minuti (in auto) si arriva in centro o in autostrada, il wifiè veloce e il parcheggio non manca.

Definitely the best ibis hotel we have been to. Its an ibis budget, so everything there is basic as per the clearly shown pictures on their website. My two rooms were extremely clean and the hotel staff were extremely welcoming and friendly which was a great plus. Being asian, we are used to being rudely treated, so this was a welcome change! Only gripe was that the aircon in one of the rooms was not functioning well and blew semi-hot air, but the window could be opened, and that worked out well for us. Super happy with the stay!

I stayed for four nights. The hotel has everything you need to keep you going. I asked for a quiet room and got one. The breakfast was good, with people working hard to keep everything tidy. The location is definitely out of town. There is a bus route from the end of tram route 3, but it only runs until 7pm, and not at all on Saturdays or Sundays. The walk from the tram terminus is a good mile long. In daylight you can walk part of the way through a pleasant, old, wood, but I wouldn't want to go that way after dark. I did find the automated check-in a bit of a challenge but I got in eventually.

The hotel is perfect for short stays: free parking, clean and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. I made a mistake with my booking and the staff helped me to find a solution and avoid any problems. Very friendly environment and overall good service for the price

Praktisch und modern eingerichtetes Hotel im Stil von Motel one. Sehr ruhig gelegen mit Parkplatzmöglichkeiten ums Haus oder unweit auf der Strasse im Gewerbegebiet. Hilfsbereites Personal. Nach 22 Uhr wird Schlüssel hinterlegt. Frühstück im Erdgeschoss.

Wir haben vom 31.12.-1.1.2025 im B B West Freiburg übernachtet. Mit dem Frühstück waren wir überhaupt nicht zufrieden, denn es gab keine Brötchen mehr und keinen Apfelsaft. Entweder war da niemand, der sich um das Buffet kümmerte, oder die Dame am Empfang war zuständig und ist ihren Pflichten nicht nachgekommen. Ich habe sie auf die fehlenden Brötchen hingewiesen. Daraufhin antwortete sie: Ich habe nicht gesehen. Nach weiteren 10 ereignislosen Minuten haben wir den Frühstücksraum verlassen. In der gesamten Zeit in der wir im Frühstücksraum waren führte die Dame Telefonate auf ihrem Handy.
