Steven and Annestasia at he front desk are amazing!! The rooms are super clean, very modern and so may amenities! The hallways and common areas were also incredibly well maintained. EAT ALL YOUR MEALS HERE!! Manal, Edel, Shanequia & Sara - look for them!! TOP NOTCH!!! I ended up having over 8 meals at the Delta and I still have another night and morning!! LOL Great price points, quality food, perfect temps, the taste was fabulous!! I have had eggs, waffles, burgers, sandwiches, salads, shrimp scampi, I mean all over the menu and not once was I disappointed!! My absolute favorite was the grilled cheese and tomato soup, it just hit perfect on that snowy day The shrimp scampi pappardelle was also a TOP of my stay. And that toffee dessert with the vanilla gelato...I ate that more times than I would like to admit. So kudos to the Chef and his team. If you have a group who needs to host an event contact Karen and Adriana. They have a great layout for everything from wedding ceremonies to breakouts for your company to cocktail parties and holiday events! I never expected much on my ”business trip” and the staff there not only exceeded the expectation but went above and beyond what some vacation resorts have offered!! I don't know if it's because I worked at a hotel for over 10 years and know the struggles of finding great staff or that I have traveled in and out of the country to many locations and VERY FEW had the same quality staff as the Delta. It may have been their pleasure serving me as everyone has told me this week but the pleasure was TRULY ALL MINE!!!

I was visiting family locally and decided on this location since it's reasonably priced and easy to access. I'm happy I made the right choice for the 3 days I stayed. The service from check-in to check-out was probably one of the best I have had in a very long time. The general manager was very attentive and ensured that the accommodations were to my liking. I was treated with nothing less than professionalism from all staff levels. The room was tidy, well-arranged, and cozy. I slept without any disturbance. The ongoing renovations were imperceptible. The breakfast was made fresh every morning, with typical breakfast fare of fruits, bagels, fresh waffles, eggs, bacon, etc. The lobby area was clean and modern. This location exceeds expectations in service and customer commitment. I will definitely return.

Stayed overnight. Room was clean and spacious. WiFi worked well. There is plenty of free parking outside. There is a restaurant adjacent to the hotel but I did not visit. Paid breakfast was offered and it was good. The staff was courteous and helpful. The hotel is showing a bit of its age and will look much better if they remove the carpets especially in the hallways. I would stay again.

Il personale era molto amichevole e personale, ma l'hotel era grosso. Molto sporca camera;spinti e tappeti dischiati, sangue sulla porta del bagno, spinti sulle pareti e sui tetti, mobili con buchi/spinti, frigo con parti mancanti, pranzi sporchi in lavastoviglie, asciugacapelli rotti, Il desk è stato chiamato immediatamente e ha inviato una persona che ha svuotato la porta con un napkin bagnato. Era sangue!!! Napkins sporchi, borsa di borsa sul pavimento, dolce spezzato nel tappeto. Il supervisore di casa era appassionato in condizioni. Il colpo era per le ragazze che non capiscono l'inglese.Il colazione non era mai pronta a tempo, né il caffè, quindi non potevamo cogliere i vantaggi di avere un colazione gratis la mattina. I bambini correvano in giro, sbattuvano sulle porte, gettavano la spazzatura negli ascensori, e non fu fatto nulla per fermarli. Avrebbero dovuto chiamare la sicurezza o la polizia. Molte persone nel nostro gruppo hanno chiamato a lamentarsi. Non potevamo dormire. E per spostarlo, un allarme d'incendio è andato fuori e abbiamo dovuto evacuare lunedì mattina. Pagare 1,300 per tre notti è stato uno scherzo. Marriott dovrebbe essere imbarazzato da questa proprietà.

Hotel is very good. Location is very good too. Breakfast is decent the breakfast area is clean and good. Though can have more options for vegetarians and also can offer foods which are less sugary and more healthier options/suggestions like plain yogurt, plain cereal, sour dough bread,some fresh Tomatoes,cucumbers green leafs . The staff is extremely helpful Aaron the GM is a wonderful person , have to mention Tara , Belis at the breakfast area. Ian the house keeping manager and Ivan , and the ladies at the reception Nellie ,Ashley, and Lesley all are very courteous welcoming. made our stay very pleasant.l surely come here again.

Come molti altri hanno detto, l'apparenza dell'hotel è datata, non mi ha mollato molto, ma alcuni degli apparecchi della stanza sono stati influenzati dal non essere aggiornati. La maggior parte del bagno, che potevo solo ottenere acqua calda quando ho cercato di fare una doccia, e l'acqua usciva anche bruna dalla doccia per il primo minuto o così, che era assolutamente sgradevole. All’esterno della stanza era spaziosa e pulita quando sono entrato, e c’era una sedia e un ufficio da salotto, se dovessi fare qualsiasi lavoro che apprezzi. Vorrei che ci fosse un libro d'informazione nella stanza per raccontarvi le strutture dell'hotel. Volevo ordinare dal ristorante, ma dovevo andare al divano per chiedere un menu. Mi è stato detto che non c'erano menù stampate e potevo solo guardare il menù postato sul muro davanti al ristorante. E' bello, ma sarebbe stato bello non dover scendere al lobby e poi tornare nella mia stanza per ordinare di tornare a prendere il cibo. Nota che, sebbene il sito pubblicizzi servizio in camera non esiste effettivamente servizio in camera all'hotel. Puoi chiamare e prendere il cibo per andare, tuttavia. Seasonz è stata di gran lunga la parte migliore dell'hotel! Il mio pranzo e il mio deserto erano deliziosi e io avrei decisamente ordinato di tornare lì se fossi in zona. Infine, era piuttosto difficile dormire a causa del livello sonoro dell'hotel. Room was modern and updated with a lot of space and great working desk area, but hotel overall feels old and has a **** smell in the hallways that drifts into the room

Questo posto era grande per il prezzo. Anche se il sito web dice di fare colazione non lo hanno. Tutto quello che avevano era un hotter. E abbiamo dovuto andare a prendere più tovaglie perché apparentemente la cosa comune è avere solo due tovaglie in una stanza ora, indipendentemente da quante persone ci sono. Ogni hotel di scelta che abbiamo fatto in questa visita è stato così e più della metà del tempo che dicono di non avere più asciugamani.

STAY AWAY! The hotel itself is beautiful, but the staff and management team are very very troublesome. My husband and I got married in Somerset three months ago and stayed in the bridal suite the night after our wedding. Upon waking up the next day, we left the room to eat breakfast in the lobby for approximately half an hour. When we returned to our suite, the door to our room was wide open and our belongings were nowhere to be found. A maid was cleaning the room and when asked where our stuff was, she simply responded, ”I don't know. Front desk.” While leaving the room, we happened to look inside the garbage bag on her cleaning cart and were infuriated to find that our valuable and sentimental possessions were all thrown away, including my makeup and emptied out makeup bag, bridal bouquet, bridal tote, wedding heels, ”wifey” sweatshirt, watch box, and congratulatory balloons that had been popped. Please note that WE HAD NOT CHECKED OUT YET and it was an hour before checkout time. This was an outright violation of our privacy and belongings! Following the incident, we reached out to management and were told that an insurance claim would be filed to compensate us for our lost items. It has been three months and we receive zero communication unless we actively follow up - even then, we are informed that they are ”working on the issue” only to be ignored again. This incident has permanently tainted the most special weekend of our lives. We would never recommend this hotel to any friend or family member.

I came on a business holiday here and these are my humble thoughts. I must start with staff and hospitality. I was checked in and checked out by Chrystal. She was kind, helpful and very well spoken. The manager - Jasbir was actually a very informative person. He took care of any extra concerns with my stay and always helped with business enquiries. So I'm sending a shout-out to the staff members especially Chrystal, Sheri, Jasbir and Juan The hotel itself was wonderful it was quiet, the rooms were clean and I was given dishware and cookware for the kitchenette in my room. The room service staff clean the rooms well which was awesome. The area itself feels safe since it's in an industrial area. And I got a GREAT rate for my long term stay of over 1 month. Nevertheless, it's fair to say that I will actually be interested in staying here again. It's affordable and a lot of value for money. There is free breakfast, toiletries and kitchen amenities; YES! I've seen a lot of families come to the hotel because they moving, seen a lot of essential workers like construction workers and it overall is a friendly area with lots of friendly people. The only bad thing is that the halls sometimes smell of **** or animal urine. I was told that the smokers do smoke **** sometimes and we can't really control what people smoke outside the premises. The hotel is a smoke free one, but pets are allowed. I think some guests let their pets do whatever they want for some reason. But then it's expected that some people are going to be inconsiderate.
