Il nostro appartamento è dotato di due TV, entrambi costantemente aperto e riavviato, o semplicemente congelato su una schermata nera. La cosa più strana è che non ci sono assolutamente film disponibili per l'acquisto e non ci sono capacità di streaming. Ieri notte abbiamo visto un film sul mio portatile in letto come facevamo al college! La TV non è la nostra priorità principale nel nostro viaggio, ma ci aspettiamo di guardare insieme le cose nella stanza in vacanza. Invece di ottenere una scelta di CNN, BBC, CNBC o Bloomberg. Ho soggiornato in motel con film disponibili per l'acquisto! Mi sembrava davvero strano pagare per 6 notti migliaia di dollari e nessuna opzione e nessuna pendenza per pagare il letto. Olivier e Dominick sono fantastici e grazie per la loro benevolenza! Oh, e quando arrivate con la vostra auto non c'è solitamente nessun valet fuori ... entrambi i tempi non volevamo lasciare la nostra auto inaspettatamente, ma nessuno uscì, quindi dovevamo entrare. La mia ultima cosa ....I aveva un mal di testa e non avevano niente, mio marito doveva andare in farmacia. Non siamo troppo lazy per camminare, ma quando si soggiorna in un cosiddetto hotel 5 stelle e non ha mal di testa, nessuna capacità di streaming o selezioni di media ...Non vale la pena! Speciale grido a Olivier e Dominick che sono AWESOME!!!

This is a 100% honest review. And i will try to write as much to help other Customers who are looking for Hotels to book. I know how hard it is to read Reviews and all, but i hope this will help. This Hotel has the best service of all! From the Valet Parking, to the Receptionist (who speaks perfect English), to the Room! ROOM: First impression in entering the room, was.. WOW. IT SMELLS CLEAN AND GOOD! It is big enough for 2. They provided us 2 free Water Bottles, they have Shampoos, Body Soap, and Lotion. The Pillows are Comfortable, Bed is really Big (but don’t expect too much) it is just good enough to sleep. If you’re looking for EXTRA comfort for sleeping, this is not the one for you. They have Airconditioning (which is really important), and it works PERFECT! BREAKFAST BUFFET: They have wonderful WAITERS AND WAITRESSES! They will go extra mile for you like when you get your Coffee yourself, they will offer to do it for you. It gives a lot of choices when it comes to Food. Their FOOD is superb! I still can’t get over with the Waffles 😅 it is true that it’s a little bit Pricey, but if you’re a Breakfast Person, i would highly recommend you to get this one! 😊 Overall experience, it was excellent!

Sono rimasto in questo hotel per più di tre mesi e sono stato più che eccitato dopo aver sentito che un JW Marriott si aprirebbe a Francoforte (anche il primo in Germania in quel momento). Dopo aver vissuto in hotel a Francoforte per più di 3 anni, sapevo che stare al JW Marriott sarebbe stato un'altra storia, poiché offre una bella vista Skyline (scegliere il sole verso la linea e risalire dal lato opposto verso il Taunus) E' quanto è centrale. In qualità di ambasciatore elite, sono sempre stato aggiornato in una suite, soprattutto la suite Skyline perché nulla batte questa vista - vedi le immagini allegate. Anche se l'hotel può richiedere alcune riparazioni in alcune parti, fornisce ancora tutte le esigenze che si possono pensare. Le suite Skyline comprendono un sorprendente bagno, specchi grandi, zona di sedile e la vista Skyline unica che si può vedere dal letto quando si sveglia o si sveglia. Il personale è molto attento, estremamente amichevole e sta cercando di fare il meglio del vostro soggiorno. Thomas dal desk front, il signor Nickol, le ragazze al colazione e i due ragazzi sono anche estremamente amichevole e altamente formati professionisti. Poiché l'hotel non offre in questo momento una sala executiva, i membri dell'Elite ottengono un colazione gratuito con una cena la carta (raccomandazione: scelta del cuoco) e molte varietà al buffet del colazione. Purtroppo, la vita dell'hotel arriva ora a termine, ma il JW Marriott non avrebbe potuto essere un migliore fine di quella vita dell'hotel. Grazie a SC. Francamente, questo Marriott mi ha venduto su tutti i Marriott. Ci hanno lasciato controllare in anticipo e ci hanno dato un aggiornamento complimentare. Pensavo che forse sarebbe stata una stanza più grande o un piano più alto, ma non è solo questo - essendoci a mangiare gratuitamente durante il nostro soggiorno in città. La distribuzione del colazione è di morire per (un gilet pieno di miele e carafede di mela erano i punti di accento per me) e il club era accessibile 24/7, quindi potremmo semplicemente entrare per prendere caffè o bottiglia d'acqua (in imballaggio sostenibile di cartone, in realtà) per andare. L'ora felice della sera è l'ora più felice: basta un buffet pieno di cena che cambia da un giorno all'altro. In realtà, invece di andare in città, mio fratello e io abbiamo appena sedeto davanti al fuoco nel salone, bevendo birre regionali, vini e mimosa (insieme a un delizioso panino adesivo con salsa di vaniglia). In serio, potrei andare in giro su questo posto. Personale amichevole, alloggi confortevoli, tutta la gamma di toletta di qualità - molto meglio di quanto ho usato in grandi città europee. Rimarrò qui ogni volta che torno a Francoforte.

The overall stay in The Westin Grand was good as the location is very good which is just 2 minutes walk to the train station. And if you turn right & walk further up, it will lead you to the shopping areas like Galeria, H&M, Zara, My Zeil etc. As you continue to walk further up, you will be at the shopping belt with all the luxury brands & also Alte Oper with many dining options. So they are all within walking distance if you are not tired to walk. If not taking the train is just 1 stop to the Galeria & you can access through the supermaket of the mall at the basement. I was given the room at second level so there was not much view from my room. The service at the reception was good & polite & also the hospitality staff who helped us in the luggage after we arrived. He was from Utopia & he was very friendly & chatted with us for a short while after sending our luggage to our room. The restaurant staff were also very friendly & attentive. The breakfast buffet menu is the same every morning. If they can change every 2 days will be good so we will not get sick of eating the same food every morning as I stayed there for almost a week. But overall the quality & the food taste were good for me. The room is not very big but also not too small. There 3 setbacks which is the bathroom design, toilet amenities & the housekeeping. If not, I would have given the hotel a 100 thumbs-up. The shower area does not have a door to close & the floor level is the same as the basin area. So the water will flood the whole toilet floor if you are splashing & using the shower head. I had to use the ceiling mount shower as the water flow was not as great as the shower head to prevent ponding in the toilet floor. The design is a problem & the toilet is cramp if 2 persons are standing inside. You need to bring along your own toothbrush & toothpaste, cotton buds, shavers for men & shower cap for ladies as the room does not provide any basic toilet amenities except hand soap, body lotion, hair dryer, iron with ironing board, bathroom slippers, towels, & lavender aroma oil for sleeping. The housekeeping was not up to standard although they kept the room clean. They did not place back my toiletries in order & sometimes all over the basin area. They also accidentally threw away my disposable shaver. They also did not check the volume level in the shower gel whether it was finished & I needed to call them to request to top up. They also do not change the bathrobe even I placed it on the bathroom floor as I wanted to change to a new one after wearing for 2 days. One day, the housekeeper also forgot to close the window & we were wondering why the room was cold at night even after I increased the room temperature. I only discovered the next morning when I opened up the curtain. They also did not refill the stirrers at certain days as I drank the free Nespresso coffee in my room every morning. I hope the hotel management will look into the housekeeping & to give more thoroug

Hotel eccezionale. Dove iniziare? Fantastico ospite al Steigenberger, dalle Doormen alla Reception e alla Manutenzione e, naturalmente, il team del ristorante. Svagga in lusso e soggiorna nelle camere del Grand Deluxe con doccia di terapia colore, bagno marmo profondo soffocante e letti fantastici. Il colazione è al primo posto e sarò certamente tornato. Grazie per un fantastico soggiorno

Hotel a pochi metri dallo Zeil, vicino al supermercato Tegut. Hall spaziosa e curatissima con fiori freschi ovunque ( gigli e anturium) personale cordialissimo alla reception ( grazie mille a Shanel , italiana, che ci ha aiutato con un disguido nella prenotazione). Colazione eccellente in varietà e qualità. Nella sala colazione tutto era ordino, curato, pulito e rifornito. responsabile di sala e suo staf efficienti e cordiali. Camere calde , ampie, grandi vetrate sullo skyline meraviglioso della città , grande doccia a vista.. peccato per la moquette non proprio pulitissima Acqua di benvenuto, macchinetta del caffè in stanza. Molto buoni i detergenti ( mancano però balsamo e lozione x il corpo) La sauna era chiusa, ma nell armadio c erano gli accappatoi e le ciabattine.

L'hotel si trova a pochi passi da negozi e ristoranti, la Torre Eschenheimer è situata vicino alla porta con una bella terrazza da pranzo. L'hotel dispone di una strada inaspettabile e la ricezione non è sul pavimento quando entrate.È molto pulita e le camere fanno buon uso dello spazio disponibile. Il nostro gruppo di tre aveva un letto regina con un divano e c'erano molte bagagli e mobili. È stato un bel bagno con doccia. Il personale non aveva la mia prenotazione sul computer quando siamo arrivati, che ha causato qualche confusione, ma ci hanno potuto entrare nella stanza di cui avevamo bisogno, e hanno potuto prolungare il nostro soggiorno quando gli scioperi di trasporto hanno ritardato la nostra partenza. Una delle caratteristiche piacevole è che condividono un giardino con la Moxy. Abbiamo amato la vibrazione fresca di Moxy, ma per questo viaggio, la stanza sarebbe stata troppo piccola, ma siamo riusciti a godere della zona bar e lobby a causa della vicinanza alla RI. Taxi/Uber per l'aeroporto non ci vuole troppo.

I preferred to stay in this hotel with my daughter due to its location (very close to the train station), but walking from the station to the hotel I realised that it was a bad idea. It does not matter if it is day or night you see addicted people smoking drugs, you see dealers all around and the smell of the streets are awful. My daughter was so frightened about the location. In addition to that the receptionists were impolite, insensitive and ignorant. I was in a hurry to rush to the airport due to the last minute strikes in Germany including Frankfurt transportation. After checking out around 1200 pm I forgot my backpack on the sofa in front of the front desk. I realised that when I reached to the airport. I quickly called the hotel to ask their help as my wallet and our passports were in it. I called 3- 4 times and talked to the receptionists to describe my backpack and get their confirmation. Both receptionists confirmed couple of times that my bag was not there. They claimed that they checked and it was not there. I also asked them to check the room in case I was mistaken, but they did not call me back to inform me about its whereabouts. After having almost a heart attack on the way back, I reached to the hotel and saw my bag there. This is totally unacceptable. Staff should not be that ignorant and insensitive. Just checking the sofa in front of them (probably 1-2 meters away from the desk) should not be that difficult. When I showed them my backpack, they just said in a very insensible way that they thought it belongs to someone else! It is a shame as the hotel itself is nice, clean and well equipped.

Cerchiamo un hotel vicino alla stazione principale, ma leggendo tutte le recensioni che non si fermano vicino alla stazione a meno che non si sia felice con la gente che prende droghe, persone inconsciamente sulla strada in un'area non molto bello! La ricezione è al quarto piano e i due ricevitori parlavano bellissimo inglese fluido. La nostra stanza era al sesto piano. La stanza era pulita e proprio quello che speravamo con una vista magnifica vista sulla città. L'hotel è decorato a buon livello e ci sentiamo molto al sicuro nell'area circostante. Ci fermeremo certamente di nuovo qui a Francoforte.

Ho scelto questo hotel perché vivevamo solo a pochi isolati e ero molto familiare con la zona. Sebbene si trovi a circa 20j- a 30-minute passeggiata dal centro di Francoforte, c'è una stazione di metropolitana a destra dell'hotel, che rende molto facile entrare in città. Mi piace soprattutto questo hotel perché non era proprio nel centro e aveva parcheggio gratuito. Il personale era molto amichevole e utile. Le camere e le bagni non sono grandi, ma tutto quello che abbiamo davvero bisogno è un posto pulito per dormire e una buona doccia. Si consiglia questo hotel.

Great little hotel situated 10 mins walk from the main centre of Frankfurt. 5 mins walk from underground station. Room was very clean and beds comfortable, pillows were great too. Bathroom and shower were fine. Bar was not open when we were there. Staff very friendly and helpful and also allowed us to store our bags both before check in and post check out

They advertise AC but you don't control it and it's set too warm (23c/73f). You can turn it on in 1-hour increments manually but it decides if you get AC or heat and there's no option for just a fan so if it turns on the heater when you're just looking for some air circulation, you just have to turn it off. You'll have 1 window and if you're facing the street (1/2 the building as it's on a corner), you'll be disturbed all night and very early each morning (lights outside, people rolling their suitcases all night and early morning arriving and departing, the buses, and the garbage truck comes at 7:45 am each morning). If you don't want to be disturbed by light and noise, you can close the window and curtains and stew in your own warm exhale instead. They don't change the sheets though they tidy the room every 3 days (I was there 2 wks in April). There are 2 tiny washers and 2 dryers in the basement. You have to pay 3 euro per wash and 2 euro per drying cycle. You'll need an app which won't work in the basement where the laundry is so you'll have to go upstairs each time you want to book the machine and then back down to start it. Overall, the rooms are nice, the showers are hot and high pressured, but I was just uncomfortable the entire time and would never stay here again.

Le camere sono pulite, ma hanno un layout piuttosto strano che significa che è un giro per arrivare al bagno. Le camere e il corridoio si sentono un po' stanco, ma il posto è pulito. Ciò che fa la differenza è le viste stupende. La reception è sul 22° piano e si prende questo ascensore di vetro per arrivare, che è molto bello. L'hotel è solo una lancia di pietra dalla metropolitana, che vi porta tutto il viaggio verso/dal aeroporto in circa 15-20mins per EUR 5.80. In generale, una grande scelta se si sta soggiornando nella zona.

I miei genitori e io abbiamo prenotato 2 camere in questo hotel per un weekend di riunione familiare a Francoforte. In generale, era una buona esperienza. Le camere erano pulite e abbastanza grandi. La camera da bagno piacevole e moderna. La mia stanza era di fronte al lato tranquillo, non c'era nulla di rumore. Il servizio è stato piacevole e ha risposto bene alle nostre domande e domande. Il posto è ben situato nelle periferie della vecchia città. Probabilmente si può prendere un tram, un metro o un autobus per arrivare lì, ma abbiamo deciso di camminare! È una passeggiata molto piacevole a 35 minuti al centro della città. Ripetiamo la passeggiata 3 giorni in fila. L'unico feedback costruttivo che posso condividere sarebbe la qualità della cucina. Penso che abbiano bisogno di un upgrade e la temperatura interna. Siamo in primavera e la stanza era piuttosto calda. Non credo ci sia un arcone nelle stanze. Prenoterei di nuovo come soddisfa le nostre esigenze e soddisfa le nostre aspettative in generale.

Ci siamo trovati in questo hotel x caso perché dove avevamo prenotato c'era stato un problema. Appartamento sufficientemente grande x 3 persone Bagno con asciugamani e accessori.. Servizio letti e pulizia tutti i giorni.. Possibilità di fare colazione a 12,00 € a testa.. Zona da cui puoi raggiungere in meno di 20 minuti il centro e nei dintorni ristoranti di tutti i tipi.. tanti italiani. Direi che.. non ci è mancato niente.. Ringraziamo la segreteria del mattino che gentilmente ci ha fornito le indicazioni richieste.. Grazie..
