I would said it’s a 4.8 instead of 5, why?! Because the first night I can’t get into the front door. I tried to touch the screen and c how it works, the first step was asking me to verify the face then failed, after over it ask me what room to call, I entered what I lived but still not yet worked. I followed the people getting in, I know that’s not right. So I go to asking the front desk, the night shift girl. To be honest, I don’t like her. Her service is unprofessional and a little upset, I only asked her one question that I can’t open the front door. How to do it, she info me the screen have introduced and teach u how to do it. Excuse me, if I can follow the screen and open it. Why would I waste time to asking u?! Lol, that’s not funny at all. I told her I don’t know how to do it, she showed me an very surprised face and asked me back. What?! U don’t know or u can read those words?! I mean if I can 100% read them of course I can do it myself. I told her No, I can’t read some of the words. She think I am a little crazy and not wanting to help me, she told me to come over and trying the same way I did. But I not sure how the second night still not open I followed people getting in as well. The third night there was no one get in while I was there. I tried to called that number and trying multiple still nothing was worked, I believe she opened it at the last second while I tried again and again but not worked. I just don’t understand why she can’t just teach me and show it in make sure I got it before I leave. She helped another guest when she showed me how to open that front door, that’s unbelievable. Anyway, just let it go. It’s actually not a big deal and doesn’t makes my trip different. I really appreciate the morning shift service, first I can locate the address. On my app it’s nothing showing on building c of what I am entering, only building A B and D. I asked the Dede driver, he told me the same thing. So after over I finds a story that closed to what showed on my booking. It’s work, but I still need to walk about 10 minutes to the entrance. She is showing me a different name that works a lot, also I don’t know how to type that word. She showed it in her phone and let me slow one step by step to do so. Thanks a lot, I am enjoying my stay in.
