The hotel staff are very thoughtful. We booked for two adults and one child, and they had everything prepared upon our arrival, including an extra bed with additional towels, soap, and other essentials. The location is fantastic—everything is within walking distance. The front desk staff are kind and friendly, always ready to assist with anything we need. I even left some belongings behind, and they responded promptly to resolve the issue. I highly recommend this hotel!

We booked this hotel for 8 nights, 1 bedroom apartment with a living room and balcony, kitchen with stove and fridge, bathroom with washing machine and dryer. The location is so convenient, in the centre of the city, walking distances to ******, riverside, botanic garden, shopping malls, bus and train station. Excellent!! Highly recommended!!

Great location !! Everything 3mins away from this hotel. Due to the middle of the city,Our room was 10th floor and noise comes from the busy street at night time. One thing make us annoyed was one of the lift did not work and had to wait or people lined for wait.

Overall very pleasant experience. Clean and well prepared rooms. Enough space to place the luggages. Staff members are very polite and helpful. A king sized bed was mistakenly placed for us when we requested 2 regular sized beds. The staff offered to send in a bed as a compromise for one night, and the man who brought the bed to our room was very polite and careful. The location is also close to a bunch of spots and food courts, making it an excellent choice to stay at for multiple days.

this hotel was one of the best and prettiest hotels ever !!! their staff, service, cleanliness, amenities EVERYTHING was perfect. their pool, sauna and gym and bar was AMAZING providing towels for the pool and gym. the bed was so so comfy. the location was perfect as it was close to many restaurants and others. i would DEFINITELY recommend even if it was for a little date or family vacation. i am so coming back here!!

Great Hotel in an excellent location. The rooms are compact but they have everything you need for a comfortable stay. I think the best thing was how clean everything was. They have daily housekeeping so the room is always smelling fresh and clean. Check in staff are so friendly and there is no waiting. This hotel has four elevators so you never wait very long to get to your room or downstairs. Even though there are no balconies the rooms have floor to ceiling windows so the views are spectacular. Everything you would expect was provided, kettle, cups glasses fridge shampoo , towels etc. I needed some extra pillows and they brought them straight up. Location wise you can't get much better with a Cole's supermarket just downstairs and Ibis Styles is walk to everything, very close to the ****** and Queen Street and short walk to South Bank as well as train and Bus stations. There are too many cafes and restaurants nearby to list. The Bed was very nice and comfortable and not too hard like many other Hotels. The shower was large and the air conditioner worked perfectly. We really like this Hotel and will definitely be back again. Thanks to The Hotel staff for doing such a good job.

Brisbane YHA was a great base for my weekend trip to the city. As a female solo traveller looking for a cheap bed, it served its purpose nicely. Whilst the location is a short walk from the CBD, and close to the Southbank, the surrounding area felt quite run-down, and was basically just a stretch of backroads lined with backpacker hostels, hence didn’t feel super safe at nighttime. The room was clean and reasonably spacious, with privacy curtains and a good range of charging outlets by the bedside. It had a modern feel, and the bathrooms were well-maintained, though a little further from the room than I would’ve liked. I would’ve liked a more social atmosphere, but everyone in my dorm seemed to be doing their own thing/keen to keep to themselves. There was parking on-site, however it is an extra $20 per night, but felt more secure than leaving my car on the roadside. Overall, a good stay, thanks :)

Il posto è proprio davanti alla stazione centrale. E tutto quello che c'è da vedere è solo passeggiata. La stanza che ci è stata assegnata non ha una vista. Ma la posizione saggio è 100% consiglia.
