Hotel in zona Martin House Brewing Company, Fort Worth

This is a remodeled Raddison, so of course its a nice hotel. Unfortunately, the brought in a management company to save money, and boy does it show. After arriving and being verbally berated by a sexist GM, who made me cry in the front lobby- in front of all his employees- and told me that's a ”Me problem, not a WE problem”/ I should get my emotions under control. After this, he had his staff stalk me around to sign a new contract under duress. The rest of our stay, we got to see him run and hide from us when we walked by, stand up on the big staircase and glare at us and watch us. I paid a LOT of money to be at that hotel, and I felt like I was begging them to take my business. I called the managment company, and they didnt seem to want to deal with me at all about this. Braydon Skelton is one of the worst people I have ever met in my life. After a stressful check in, we experienced some of the worst food we ever have had at a hotel (except the sandwiches, those were amazing). Only one waitress for breakfast in the morning, no free coffee either. When we had a dinner of sweet potatoes with capers (so gross), I spit out the first bite i took. After I thought this was the worst dinner i ever had, a nice big big cockroach crawled onto our dinner table to help us eat. Immediately we left that room and ordered a pizza from down the street. Overall, I felt fearful, scared, unappreciated and abused at this hotel. I called the management company and never heard back from them. The GM Braden made a half hearted attempt to reach out to me but never got a hold of me. Honestly, I was scared and fearful to even answer the phone. It sucks, because we have been repeat customers of this hotel before they changed management in December. I would recommend this hotel for people only passing through, but not for events. and If you care about people and how other people treat customers or humans.. I would NOT recommend this hotel. For the record, I have been waiting for a couple weeks to write this to see if someone from management company would reach out to me about my terrible experience, and they did not.

Bella giornata di colazione.Grande colazione. Piscina e giacche interne erano grandi! Aveva la camera giacche era anche bello

Mio marito e io abbiamo avuto un buon soggiorno. La stanza era molto pulita. I letti sono molto comodi. Molto sicuro e sicuro per stare. L'unica cosa cattiva era il prezzo dei cibi e delle bevande che hanno giù le scale. Abbiamo un po'di gelatina di 7 dollari, ma l'ho ancora comprata e mangiata.Grazie per il posto sicuro e tranquillo per restare.

Il buffet per colazione era buono. La stanza era di base per $300/night. Stavo meglio per meno.. Le donne del desk front erano davvero gentili al check-in.

L'esperienza più sorprendente. L'hotel aveva tutto quello che ci serviva. Tutto il personale del front desk, BJ, che era assolutamente sorprendente e accogliente, cura e molto professionale e tutto era memorizzato e super pulito. Grazie per la gentilezza e per andare oltre il top per fare il nostro soggiorno il meglio!!

Molto pulito, la stanza è molto comoda.Il servizio è buono e la posizione è buona.La prossima volta, devi scegliere questo hotel

È un bel hotel, arredata con gusto e molto pulito. A piedi dai negozi e ristoranti che Fort Worth ha a disposizione stockyards. Anche la piscina è ben mantenuta e ben. Per piccoli pasti (Colazione/lunch/sera, diversi caffè Starbucks (anche in versione di ghiaccio) e altre bevande, è possibile entrare nel lobby. Si prega di essere preparati per il parcheggio dell'auto (parcheggio valet) costa 20 dollari a notte. Ma è ben organizzato con personale amichevole.

La posizione è lontana dal centro della città e non ci sono strutture commerciali nelle vicinanze, il che rende scomodo muoversi a piedi. Le strutture sono buone, ma un po' datate. Il ristorante serve i pasti separatamente, il che è un po' caro.
