This is a remodeled Raddison, so of course its a nice hotel. Unfortunately, the brought in a management company to save money, and boy does it show. After arriving and being verbally berated by a sexist GM, who made me cry in the front lobby- in front of all his employees- and told me that's a ”Me problem, not a WE problem”/ I should get my emotions under control. After this, he had his staff stalk me around to sign a new contract under duress. The rest of our stay, we got to see him run and hide from us when we walked by, stand up on the big staircase and glare at us and watch us. I paid a LOT of money to be at that hotel, and I felt like I was begging them to take my business. I called the managment company, and they didnt seem to want to deal with me at all about this. Braydon Skelton is one of the worst people I have ever met in my life. After a stressful check in, we experienced some of the worst food we ever have had at a hotel (except the sandwiches, those were amazing). Only one waitress for breakfast in the morning, no free coffee either. When we had a dinner of sweet potatoes with capers (so gross), I spit out the first bite i took. After I thought this was the worst dinner i ever had, a nice big big cockroach crawled onto our dinner table to help us eat. Immediately we left that room and ordered a pizza from down the street. Overall, I felt fearful, scared, unappreciated and abused at this hotel. I called the management company and never heard back from them. The GM Braden made a half hearted attempt to reach out to me but never got a hold of me. Honestly, I was scared and fearful to even answer the phone. It sucks, because we have been repeat customers of this hotel before they changed management in December. I would recommend this hotel for people only passing through, but not for events. and If you care about people and how other people treat customers or humans.. I would NOT recommend this hotel. For the record, I have been waiting for a couple weeks to write this to see if someone from management company would reach out to me about my terrible experience, and they did not.

My daughter and I were traveling for a gymnastics competition. We were pleased with the location's proximity to the Fort Worth Convention Center and dining options. The room and hotel were pretty clean overall. However, these are the weird things that ruined our stay: - The bathroom door knob was missing. I know it sounds weird, but there was no knob--just a big hole in the door where one should be. - The heat in our room did not work. We were cold and had it set to 80, but it only blew cold air. - Upon arrival at breakfast (included with our specific booking) no one acknowledged us or greeted us. We waited for a while and then I tracked down a worker putting out food to ask if we seat ourselves or if someone seats us. She did not reply to me (language barrier), but got someone to tell us we could just seat ourselves. It was confusing and unwelcoming. I witnessed other patrons enter after me and share the same confusion and have to ask as well. A simple greeting, welcome, or explanation could go a LONG way. I am not typically a complainer, so the issues above would've normally been mentioned at checkout for resolution before the next time they put someone in the room. It wasn't worth the hassle of moving to a different room. - (This was the biggie.) We had a family enter our room because they were given keys and assigned OUR room at check in. We had not checked out, and now our keys would no longer work. The family returned to the desk and were assigned a different room. When I asked about this mix up at the desk, they told me they ”didn't know how that had happened” like I was somehow making it up. They reprogrammed our key cards and assured us that no one else would bother us during the remainder of our stay. - They charged me for one night of parking instead of two, and charged me for breakfast although it was included with my booking. These charges were resolved and an apology was extended for the inconveniences of the stay. I would not stay at this hotel again, and will choose differently when traveling there next year. It was a hassle and a disappointment.

Era una stanza molto spaziosa. Questo è il più grande vantaggio. Il personale è piuttosto cordiale. La posizione è proprio per un viaggio veloce, quindi è abbastanza comoda. La posizione è lontana dal centro della città e non ci sono strutture commerciali nelle vicinanze, il che rende scomodo muoversi a piedi. Le strutture sono buone, ma un po' datate. Il ristorante serve i pasti separatamente, il che è un po' caro.

Il Front Desk era a conoscenza di affrontare gli ospiti che avevano i biglietti di American Airlines, e aveva un lungo giorno di attesa all'aeroporto per un volo che alla fine era stato cancellato e aveva un buon senso dell'umorismo che mi ha sollevato gli spiriti. Il check-in era efficiente e informativo. Richiesta e ricevette una camera tranquilla che era pulita e mi eccitava c'era una microonde. La stanza era pulita, il letto era un po' sul lato più forte. La colazione si apre alle 6:00. Ho arrivato alle 8:15. Era molto utile quando dovevo ordinare un taxi all'aeroporto, mi rassicurando quando il conducente era un po' più tardi di quanto lui le aveva dato che erano familiari con il conducente e che era molto affidabile e si sarebbe arreso. Anche se non dovevo pagare la mia notte all'hotel perché era pagata dalla compagnia aerea, ho notato che era solo $87 per la notte, che è molto ragionevole per ciò che è stato dato in cambio. L’unica cosa che volevo per questo era che non ci sarebbero state un paio di bottiglie d’acqua nella stanza.
