We love this little getaway spot. We already reserved a room for new years

Sliding glass door lock broke. No way to wedge or secure it shut. Tv remote horrible. Too few buttons for what you wanted to do and most of the time they stuck. Amenidies? Rack of chips at check in counter. Fridge with drinks only ar lobby. Water 3 bucks. Want ice? Back to office. Way shabby and old. Royal beach sounds is all

Rooms needed some serious updating..paint peeling off. Phones did not work & was not told this when I checked in. Very old furniture..had to make several tries to close the door that housed the refrigerator. But, the biggest complaint was that they charged my debit card before I arrived to check in!! When I made the reservation through ******* I told them specifically I planned to pay cash upon arrival at the property! I have never had any card charged before I arrived at a property. I sure would not have provided my debit card to hold the reservation if I had known they would put the 3 nights charge, which was way to expensive for this room..$429.97 immediately on my debit card! I would have given a charge card to ******* when I made the reservation!! Lucky for me that the Monday of my checkout day was a holiday so some of my checks weren't deducted from my account before I was able to return home & rush to the bank to deposit the $500 in 100 dollar bills that I had withdrawn from my checking account to pay the hotel bill for my 3 night stay!! I am a 73 year old lady living on Social Security who saved for this trip to see a friend I haven't seen in over 25 years, as she has lived in Norway for over 20 years. I just needed a place to sleep as all of my time was spent with my friend away from the property. I would have checked out immediately had I not just wanted to have a pleasant time with my friend & had there been more choices in the area, but I'm sure they know that!

We thought it was a bit outdated and smelled musty until we turned up a/c and opened window. Bed sheets had hairstrand in it..they appeared to have not been changed but all in all...we were traveling thru and just needed a place to put our heads down.

The room was adequate for our needs, however, it was very run down. We had trouble with the TV remote not working. Needs updating. It is in a nice area though, and we walked several evenings over to the different restaurants and to the beach easily.

We’ve stayed many times. Good local food bar and live band, fishing, beach all within minutes walking. Staff are very nice and accommodating. Pets are allowed. Pool is great.

This is a nice place and convenient for Jetty Park. It is a little dated but the staff is above and beyond. Our only issue was that the air conditioner in our room was unusually loud when the compressor kicked in. Other than that we plan to stay there next year.

Great location. Hotel needs updating. Our door looks like it had been kicked in a few times. Very loose.

This has to be one of the worst places ever. It’s super gross. There was an inch of dust on all the blinds, on the fridge, in the closets. I had to get sheets to put on the coach to sit on it. The front door handle was wobbly like someone had to break in. The sliding glass door lock was broke and rigged. There were huge staples coming out of the wall by the sliding door. The bathroom was DISGUSTING. The entire place was literally gross. Thank goodness the manager gave me a refund and we only had to pay for 1 night. Don’t waste your time/money on this S-hole.
