Sehr nettes Hotel, super sauberes Zimmer, sehr schöner Pool, super Ausblick!
Der Pool ist palmengesäumt und geht direkt in einen Strandbereich mit Palmen und kleinem Spielplatz über, für uns als Familie mit kleinen Kindern ideal.

We had a suite. It is like a 1 bedroom apartment with a balcony looking at the pool and the Atlantic Ocean. Gorgeous. It does remind me of visiting my Dad in 1973. Coffee maker, refridge, silverware, cups, plates. Toaster, and sink.
The staff are great. We ate at their restaurant Acquario that was fantastic. Also a nice wine bar for drinks. Gorgeous mosaic tile all over. Walls paper thin. Can hear nextdoor neighbors talking.
We tirned on fan and did earplugs which was fine.

Lago Mar Beach resort Was a great place to stay. The staff were extremely friendly. We arrived early, a room wasn't ready but they let us use the facility until a room was ready. Super nice of their staff.

Dinner dining experience and meal quality were excellent.
Breakfast buffet was disappointing. Limited fresh fruit options.
Housekeeping staff appeared to be unhappy in their work and disinterested in customer service.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a very comfortable room, welcoming staff, good food right on the beach nice pool will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful time staying at this resort. Beach access was great and the Christmas atmosphere was amazing!

Wonderful resort with a huge beach, two pools, lots of fun activities for everyone including mini golf, pickle ball, ping pong and shuffleboard. We had an amazing dinner at Acquarino restaurant. Great service. Great and friendly staff.

The shift in staff was a big difference. The first two days of our stay before our cruise was wonderful and the staff were great. The day we returned from our cruise and stayed one day the staff were not up to par. Sorry for the truth but the staff on the second time we were there needs some training on customer service. Over all the property and location was terrific

Jerry who works the front desk is a gem for this resort to have. He went out of his way to help to make our stay a pleasure as my husband had a rather bad fall at the FLL airport. I saw him interact with the other guests and he was so kind and accommodating.
