Upon arrival to the hotel room, there was no bar soap. My husband went down to the desk to ask for some the guy at the front desk, who seemed extremely annoyed, told my husband that they were out of soap and they expected a delivery by Tuesday. Soap is a basic amenity that we expected to have the guy at the desk made a huge deal and seem to be very bothered by my husband asking for soap, he rolled his eyes and, radioed someone to find us some soap. We got one small bar.
The water got shut off for one night due to maintenance, which was an inconvenience…the hotel did inform us about it that morning. The next Was it the same night that we lost air conditioning. That same night, the A/C went out in the entire building, which made sleeping almost impossible. I believe everyone should have received a discounted rate for that night. On the evening of our arrival, there was a very large wedding party. My son and I had to go back to the car because we had forgotten something. Once we exited the hotel lobby doors, we could not get out to the parking lot. The wedding guests had created a wall of people. I feel that the hotel should have told them to not block the exit…its a fire hazzard at the least. I did not say anything because I doubt anything would have been done. The guy at the desk probably would have just rolled his eyes at me too. I realize these people were guests, but so were we. We had as much right to be there.
Probably won’t stay again.
