L'hotel è in una posizione fantastica, a pochi passi dai ristoranti. Offrono una cena gratuita martedì sera e colazione gratuita ogni mattina. Il personale dell'hotel è molto bello e molto benvenuto all'arrivo. Abbiamo avuto un problema con la temperatura dell'acqua nel nostro doccia, ma l'hanno fatto subito dopo averli informati. Il mio grande disappunto era il loro letto! Era un letto re ma cadde in mezzo a un guillot! Non era confortevole e mio marito si è fermato sul divano. Le loro mutandine hanno bisogno di sostituire anche perché avevano un odore di testa sudorante. Se affrontano queste questioni, che sono grandi, sarebbe un buon hotel. Dopo tutto il lavoro di un hotel è offrire un buon sonno di notte. Senza un buon letto è difficile riposare bene. Abbiamo anche notato che il tappeto vicino all'ascensore era indossato, quindi forse è necessario preparare questo hotel in questo momento. Marriott è un buon marchio, quindi spero che ascolteranno e affronteranno queste preoccupazioni.

Le mie figlie e io siamo stati all'Aloft Nashville per un torneo di pallavolo. Il nostro soggiorno è stato meraviglioso. La ragazza alla reception è stata molto gentile e molto amichevole parlando con noi del suo gatto e la sua pagina Instagram è stata piuttosto divertente. Avevano dei bei pacchetti di snack per noi la mattina che includevano frutta e yogurt e una barretta Nutri-Grain e forse alcuni altri oggetti che erano carini considerando che dovevamo mangiare e correre. Tutto era pulito e tutti indossavano la maschera, quindi è stato davvero un buon viaggio per noi e ci hanno persino permesso di fare il check-out posticipato.

Terrible!!! A simple one night stay has turned into weeks of headache; from being counseled to the party policy extensively at checkin (solo traveler) to no water in lobby; was told could purchase their Aquafina - i dont Like Aquafina so said no problem I’ll run to store quick; food got delivered when ran to gas station - front desk girl put phone on hold to yell at me for having food delivered, knowing i had Gone to gas station to get water. Surprise!!!! Upon checkout they charged me $300 for “smoking” - wasn’t alerted until called questioning the charge. Front desk refused to transfer myself or Hyatt corporate to a manager. Assistant manager got back 12 days later after multiple emails requesting response. Their story has changed 10 times because the fact is I DONT SMOKE!!!! Hyatt corporate opened a case, submitted complaint about front desk refusing to escalate, and advised i should Submit written proof of lack of smoking; i submitted A lease and multiple other hotel stays, assistant manager keeps making up random rules to support her case. Th fact is i dont Smoke, i didnt Smoke on their property, and she is claiming there was a smell from inside the room. I guess I should take the absentee assistant managers word for it. If you would like to resolve an issue with them; just go to better business bureau. Worst property I’ve ever stayed at.

I really enjoyed my stay at Homes2suites in Franklin. The location was great with a mall and plenty of restaurants nearby. Nice lobby, with plenty of sofas, chairs and tables, and exercise room, pool and outdoor area with fireplace.The hotel was clean and the staff attentive with one of the staff members, I believe her name was Abby, exceedingly professional, courteous and kind. One suggestion would be to repair the broken tiles in the elevator. Other than that A+.

Arrived very early morning after flight delays and things were OK. Checked in and given a handicap room; recommended by front desk at that time to come down first thing the next morning to try and adjust. Went to front desk this morning; 2 ladies - both extremely callous and candidly flippant. Sorry - we are sold out, no changes at all. For a facility of this nature, at this cost - completely unacceptable customer service, disappointing approach to a Hilton Diamond member. ZERO consideration or even looking at a computer. I will NEVER stay here again and will definitely recommend others against it. Excellent location, front desk quite rude, unskilled and lack of customer service in anyway. Again - I am a Hilton Diamond member for the last 7 years and was not even recognized for my status upon check-in, etc. Totally horrible.

My friend and I stayed here for a concert at Firstbank Amphitheater. We met some great friends who were doing the same. I have always enjoyed the Springhill Suites brand and this trip was no different. The staff was great and helpful, I appreciate the free breakfast and the provided refrigerator, especially during the heat spell. I also appreciated the lighting in the bathroom. It's so nice when putting on makeup.

Found this hotel while looking around on Trip Advisor for something near Nashville. It's conveniently located south of music city in the suburb of Franklin. The hotel's exterior, as well as, main lobby are welcoming. Rooms are fresh and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. There were no bugs to worry about. Our room (328) had a mini fridge (no freezer compartment), comfortable king bed with larger pillows, standing closet, and nice shower. Evening parking is in the parking garage below the hotel. Guests can access their rooms directly from the garage to the desired floor. The breakfast buffet was very good with both hot and cold food choices. Good price, good value.

We were very happy with this hotel. After driving for 8 hours, it was the perfect overnight stop. The kids loved the outdoor space/courtyard. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Breakfast was very good (attendant not the friendliest). The upstairs neighbors sounded like they were running a marathon for 2 hours which is no fault of the hotel. Maybe a bit thicker ceiling/insulation would have helped. I would definitely stay here again!

Disgusting. Another ”Choice” Hotels disappointment. The first thing I noticed when I walked in my room was the thick smell of very old cigarette smoke. Then I saw the almost comical dilapidated and dated whirlpool tub right there in the room, like something from the Playboy Mansion circa 1972. There were lights out everywhere. The one on the ceiling over the sink did not work at all. Two bulbs were out in the array over the mirror. The remote control had no back and did not work. I took it to the desk. The clerk there did promptly and politely change them and tried it on his TV. It changed the volume there, so we both assumed it was fixed. Back in the room, I found that it still could not change the channels, and anyway the reception was terrible. The bed was very worn out; it was literally concave on both sides from use. When I finally decided to lie down in the uninviting bed, I tried to lock the deadbolt on the door to find it was misaligned with the opening in the door frame. Locking the door was impossible. That was a good enough reason to leave and demand a refund, but it was late and I was tired, so I toughed it out and took my chances. Avoid this place at all costs.
