Our room was cramped, furniture was old (desk chair rickety), poor lighting, our door was difficult to open (had a catch & often had to yank the door open).

I got the themed suite with whirlpool. Cost $300 a night. Room smelled like animal urine. Fireplace did not work.

Unfortunately our stay was not pleasant. Hotel was outdated, our room smelled musty and unclean, the bathroom fan rattled terribly, the wallpaper was peeling and ready to fall in to the shower, the bed was uncomfortable and the kitchen had absolutely nothing in any of the cabinets-no dishes, utensils, toaster or anything to help you eat in so bring everything you need. There was a small Keurig but that was dirty too. The fridge was large, there was a microwave and the staff was friendly and efficient.

Terrible customer sevice...need a whole staff turnover, for sure. Service has gone downhill tremendously. Ive been staying here for several years and the decline is evident. Sad.

I like the decor. Our room was kind of dark. I think there is supposed to be a floorlamp by the chair, but it wasn't there. The place could use a remodel, but I still like to stay there and will be back.

Check In took way too long, then we couldn’t find a luggage cart, after looking around we had to go to another building for the cart. It all took way longer than it should have and a lot of effort put forward on our part just to get in our room!
Not a convenient experience!

Stayed Sat - Monday pm Memorial Day weekend. Loved the suite with hot tub. Fridge was roomy and worked well. Bed was comfy. Toilet roll holder was a standing bear- very cute. Indoor outdoor pool was nice. Breakfast was varied and yummy.
No gluten or dairy free options for breakfast, often there were numerous children without an adult nearby & key cards failed regularly.
