Fantastic caravan park, lots of activities for the children available and onsite toileting/shower facilities available, pub and local shop on site also! the areas cleanliness is on top form. There is an outdoor warm pool maintained well, ice cream, 2 parks, pet friendly pub. The site is very spacious too! Will definitely be returning.

We stayed with friends for 7 nights. What a wonderful site! All the staff were friendly and so very helpful. On arrival our Jockey wheel had broken so we couldn't get our caravan onto the pitch. A lovely member of the team helped my partner and our friend get our caravan safely onto the pitch by lifting and pushing it with a sort of skateboard thing. The kids really enjoyed riding around on their bikes and scooters. The free entertainment in the park by a company called Rascals Entertainment was brilliant. The kids loved it, they did a mini Olympic games session where they took part in alsorts of games. The main shower block is where we showered etc and they were super clean and well stocked with toilet roll and hand soap. The showers where the warmest showers we've ever had when using on site facilities so that was a pleasant experience for a change rather than being a Luke warm shower The dog walking area was great to be able to let our pooch off lead for a run. Only downside is some people let it down by not picking up their dogs poop! Which I think is disgusting! Especially when children go in there. But that's no reflection on the site or their staff. Just inconsiderate dog owners poo bags are even provided at the gate so there's no excuse!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with our friends! From the start booking in the staff was real helpful and friendly. The site is lovely and clean. The pool is fantastic as my two little children loved it. Will definitely be booking again. We asked to be put with our friends in our tourers which they did.

The swimming pool is heated which was amazing, the location was perfect next to playpark and deerhouse also child friendly . My family and I had 2 meals at the deerhouse ,the venue is hood and we'll priced for good value food was lovely.we will be back next year for sure

We had a great family break in our campervan . All the staff were fantastic especially through the booking process as I had booked the wrong weekend. The pool , play and pub facilities were great. All the showers and toilets were very clean and well maintained. Thanks again we will be back again soon .

A wonderful stay to celebrate a significant anniversary. The welcome was very friendly and thoughtful and got our stay off to a great start. The room was exceptionally clean and beautifully designed. It led out to the landscaped courtyard between the main hotel and the spa and Horto restaurant. We had some delicious vegetarian food which was imaginative and cooked to perfection. We used the spa during our stay and it was very relaxing with a fantastic range of experiences. The staff team were friendly, helpful and made the stay a relaxing and memorable one. We will return.

Our 2nd visit in 3 months, this is such a high quality hotel, set in fabulous surroundings with a beautiful spa and facilities The continuous high level of customer service really is unique with every member of staff so helpful, friendly and attentive This hotel is 10/10 if you want a luxury treat, Rudding Park is the place to go, it’s superb

I would like to rate this hotel as excellent. Unfortunately my cousin was taken ill and an ambulance had to be called during the night. The staff were very professional and within no time the ambulance was there. The kindness shown by all the staff was exceptional. Fortunately, the night before, we had a lovely evening. An excellent meal, and nice ambience. We have been offered another nights stay be Julia to make up for our short stay. Fortunately my cousins has now recovered but very frightening at the time. We have had parties and stays at this hotel and can highly recommend it.
