L'igiene è ok, l'ambiente è semplice, il letto è troppo piccolo. Le strutture sono proprio questo. L'atteggiamento del servizio alla reception è stato molto buono. L'introduzione è molto dettagliata. Assolutamente adorabile. Mi è piaciuto molto il nostro soggiorno di 4 notti al Room Mate Luca. La posizione era ottima, il servizio impeccabile, *tutti* erano molto cordiali e disponibili. La camera era come pubblicizzata, pulita e confortevole e la vista era fantastica. L'aria condizionata funzionava perfettamente. Anche la colazione era buona. Davvero non posso dire niente di negativo su questo hotel. Torneremo sicuramente.

So the bed was a little bit uncomfortable because I booked a single. I wanted to switch to a double and pay the extra €8 up charge but they didn't have any rooms available the two times that I wanted to switch. The single bed baby slightly uncomfortable and made my body sore. I think if I had a double I would have been perfectly fine but as things stand I kind of have a back ache. Breakfast was tasty staff was very polite and professional location was ideal. I won't book a single there again but I thought this room was lovely the amenities were lovely The service was lovely and I had a great time. I would without question stay there again but not in a single bed. The room was very small but well situated and I was happy with the staff the breakfast and everything else except for the bed which was uncomfortable to me. The one problem I will say with that room is that the lights are dim they were perhaps trying to economize and I bought a hundred watt light bulb and stuck it in the light socket because it was just too dark for me to see him for me to read and for me to function. They took it out and replaced it with a very low wattage bulb I think it's to try to save money to be honest. So buy light bulb 75 Watts and when you leave the room and they clean it take it out and put their crappy light bulb in. Also there's only a few television stations in English and they were all news. No movies. I still would stay there again I like the theme of the hotel I like the ambience and I like the staff.

I really enjoyed this hotel. nicely located near the city center. They had a complimentary minibar in the lobby, which was a nice touch. The breakfast was great and available until noon. Will be coming back again.

This hotel is one of the main reason we can fully enjoyed our Florence experience.. VERY CONVENIENTLY LOCATED.. Every important landmarks are mostly within 15 minutes max radius of the hotel. And I can't stress this enough about the Helpfullness & Amazing Service of the staffs.. Very responsive, very friendly , very2 eager to help.. a big shout out to DAVID at the reception & AMAN from the kitchen. The hotel is just been renovated earlier this year so everything is still looking fresh & clean. We love to come back to Florence & we will be back at Room Mate Luca when we do..

酒店位置很不錯，步行10分鐘左右到百花大教堂和學院美術館，20分鐘以內到到烏菲茲，幾乎所有景點均可步行到達！衞生做的也非常不錯，Andrea 做的咖啡很棒，人很熱情彬彬有禮！三樓標準房可以看到漂亮市景，值得入住

形同虛設的窗户！不可忽視的噪音問題與酒店消極應對。凌晨會有垃圾車清運客房臨街的大型垃圾箱，早晨窗外旅遊大巴/摩託車持續轟鳴，住了三晚有兩晚衹睡了兩三個小時。第三晚強烈要求才換了房間。 酒店處理態度 ⚠️ 説我們在入住時沒有要求“安靜房間”，那就代表我們選擇入住噪音房間嗎？ ⚠️ 以“無處理先例”為由拒絕改善 ⚠️ 將隔音缺陷歸咎於“無歷史投訴” ⚠️ 提出無效補償（如後續折扣）迴避核心問題 關鍵警示 1. 酒店緊鄰街道，卻未對臨街客房做基礎隔音處理 2. 酒店經理説自己在房間裏坐了半個小時但是沒聽到任何聲音 3. 已上傳完整郵件往來 結論： 此事件反映酒店將運營成本（垃圾站選址/隔音升級）轉嫁給客户承擔。建議想要睡個好覺的旅客慎選，如果選擇窗户朝內的房間會得到對着廢棄天井的屋子，房間格局很差，有一個莫名其妙的走廊，很慎人。

酒店因為在市中心區域，設施比較老舊，但是使用還是很方便的。可以步行十來分鐘去聖母百花大教堂參觀，地利優勢明顯。 酒店的濃縮咖啡真的不錯，推薦體驗。

Charmant hôtel, bien situé dans Florence. Chambre moderne et propre avec une salle de bain spacieuse et bien équipée. Accueil sympathique !! Le personnel du petit déjeuner est adorable, un grand merci à Meryem ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

内装も素晴らしくよかったですですし、スタッフの皆さんも暖かくて良かったですが、ホテルの一部が改装中でお目当ての場所はやっていませんでした。事前に情報があるとなお嬉しかったです。
