Our firsts stay here a few months ago was fine, this time not so much. No pillows available for the fold out bed were available and they would not take any from the unoccupied rooms. 2 towels in a room that you sell listed for up to four people. Bed was horrible, parking was limited. Won’t be back.

The only issue was every other day the keys would not work then I would have to go back downstairs and get another set of keys it became monotonous😒

Beautiful room, clean, friendly reception lady, little noisy for the expressway out the window but nothing bad, my only downfall was the bed was a little hard. I would stay again!

Unruly kids and teens, running up and down the hallway, yelling. Front desk attendant said she told them to stop. I was worried that they were going to do that, late into the night, as we were going to get up at 4:45am, for an early flight. Seemed to stop by 8:30 pm. The room furniture was a little beat up.

Very friendly young lady at the desk. While there another guest came up and had no dial tone after doing what she suggested and right away she sent the fix it fella! Like her way of taking care of business!

The lady at the front desk was extremely Helpful And nice The hotel Was very clean. My friends and I usually travel when we go to concerts at the Machine Shop, So we stay at quite a few hotels. The price on this one was very good for the quality. Only suggesting is more ok options for breakfast. Love biscuits and gravy etc! :)

Had two rooms for my family and I to spend New Year’s Eve at. The main reason we booked the rooms was for the pool. The pool water was ice cold. No fun at all. And was not allowed a refund.

I loved everything about this hotel. One of our family's favorites. ❤️ the breakfast is amazing and it is very clean and tidy. The staff was so helpful and theg were very nice.

Property is clean and staff is friendly, but the noise from the freeway in rooms on the east side of the building is pretty intense, and the heating unit sounded like a Peterbuilt truck coming to a stop every time it kicked on and off. Will not stay here again.

Room was comfortable and clean and a great value. Free shuttle is great but doesn't run until after 9am. We did have a lot of road noise.

Nice and close to airport but had a 10 AM flight. Shuttle service didn’t start until 9 AM so had to take a cab. Set fee of $30. Grossly overpriced!
