L'hotel è uno dei migliori hotel in tutta la città.E'anche il miglior hotel a buon mercato.Da Grand Canyon a Canyon, il miglior hotel sulla strada, aprire direttamente il passato è troppo stanco, riposare una notte, aprire la pagina più di due ore al secondo giorno e molto buona scelta.

This was an overall good stay; room was clean, staff were nice, location was good. We checked in a few hours early and were charged $20; never been charged to check in early, but fine. We were charged twice so I later had to dispute with my bank. It's only $20, but it's still $20 so I wasn't going to let it go lol. Our key cards stopped working at some point, and we didn't have any toilet paper upon check-in so we had to request those things. Also, the A/C unit was making noises constantly and kept me up a while; it sounded like there were critters inside of it. So better maintenance I guess? Other than that, everything was all good.

Era una camera decente per un motel. Nove e fredde e tutto quello che avete bisogno nella stanza. Buona letti firmi e anche un sacco di bianchetti con 2 bianchetti su ogni letto anche. Un sacco di spazio e una mini cucina lila. The Only issue was no parking in front of our room but that’s due to other people bringing multiple vehicles I think. And a grap to go breakfast was pretty junky-2 cupcake like mini muffins/juice box and granola bar. Not very healthy. But overall a good stay.

Blue, il collega del desk front, ha alcune delle peggiori competenze di comunicazione che ho visto nel servizio clienti. E' estremamente ostili e veloce per sollevare la sua voce a urlare ai clienti. Sembra mentalmente squilibrato e non è un buon volto per l'azienda. Ho fatto una prenotazione online e sono arrivato con un piccolo camper in arrivo. Blue mi ha assicurato immediatamente che non sarebbe stato possibile parcheggiare in nessuna delle camere, anche se avrei già pagato per restare la notte. Quando ho chiesto ”Certo non sei così occupato, il parcheggio ha molti spazi aperti”, ha sollevato la sua voce per urlare a me che, come politica che non accettano veicoli di dimensioni eccessive, dovevo trovare altrove per rimanere. Sono una giovane donna che viaggia da sola e gli uomini adulti che gridano a me sono spaventati, quindi ho lasciato i locali per trovare un altro hotel per rimanere a. Ho chiamato l'agenzia che ho prenotato l'hotel per cancellare la prenotazione. Blue li ha assicurati sul telefono che non può fare un rimborso perché un ospite può prendere solo 2 posti di parcheggio. La mia auto e il mio camper possono distaccare e prendere esattamente 2 posti. Questo dettaglio sarebbe stato utile per sentire inizialmente invece di essere urlato e scarpato via così io perché ho prenotato un'altra stanza a Blue, e poi mi ha rifiutato un rimborso.Tornai all'hotel per chiarire con Blue che avrei voluto sapere un po' di essere in grado di prendere due posti di parcheggio perché Avrei potuto risolvere il problema e stare lì invece di pagare per due hotel, ma ha iniziato a sollevare la sua voce su di me, dicendomi la bugia che ”teneva di dirmi questo, ma non mi ascolterei”, E continuava a gridare a me per uscire dalla sua proprietà. Così come questo uomo lavora qui, consiglierei di stare lontano da questa attività. Ho allegato alcune foto del parcheggio aperto nel loto.

Do not give this hotel money. I will just leave the email I sent to them as a review. ”Hello, I booked a room in Hotel Aspen inn suites from from June 7th until the 9th. Upon arrival we were told we would need move all of our things from our room the next morning because they needed the room that we were given. We were told we would be given an identical room later the next day, but where my irritation comes from is that if the room was identical why did we need to repack all of our things instead of giving the free room to the people that were coming the next day? The manager said it's because the people had booked it almost a month and half ago, but so did we. We paid for the room for two full days thinking we would have a fridge, only to be told we needed to pack it all up. We wasted money on food that we in turn had to throw out because of your hotels inability to schedule properly. The room was also in a sad state, the phone was on the floor with no table , there were only 4 towels in a room meant for 6 people, no wash clothes, the sofa bed actually hurt to sleep on and there were no pillows or blankets for the sofa bed. The second room didn't even have a sheet for the sofa bed. I am requesting to have a partial refund for our room. This kind of treatment is unacceptable. If you are going to have someone leave a room they paid for, at least give them a warning before they arrive. Having the manager tell me that we agreed to this was also infuriating seeing as we had no other choice, we had to agree or have no room at all. I had 3 children with me, I can't sleep in my car. ” I use the term ”manager ” loosely. She was basically just telling my it was our fault for agreeing and if we wanted we could leave the entire time I was talking to her. The pool also had a lock on it the two days we stayed there, and your socks turned black if you walked in the floor.

L'hotel è data ma le camere sono state ben riparate. Le bagni sono piccole. Ci è un grande frigo e i letti sono comodi, la vista e la vista non sono il migliore, ma è stato abbastanza economico. Il Wi-Fi non è molto affidabile e questo influenza anche i canali televisivi.
