Era neve, così era difficile trovare un parcheggio vicino e non seguire le cose. Avrei voluto vedere più Matt’s togliere i piedi, ma altrimenti era fantastico.

Do not give this hotel money. I will just leave the email I sent to them as a review. ”Hello, I booked a room in Hotel Aspen inn suites from from June 7th until the 9th. Upon arrival we were told we would need move all of our things from our room the next morning because they needed the room that we were given. We were told we would be given an identical room later the next day, but where my irritation comes from is that if the room was identical why did we need to repack all of our things instead of giving the free room to the people that were coming the next day? The manager said it's because the people had booked it almost a month and half ago, but so did we. We paid for the room for two full days thinking we would have a fridge, only to be told we needed to pack it all up. We wasted money on food that we in turn had to throw out because of your hotels inability to schedule properly. The room was also in a sad state, the phone was on the floor with no table , there were only 4 towels in a room meant for 6 people, no wash clothes, the sofa bed actually hurt to sleep on and there were no pillows or blankets for the sofa bed. The second room didn't even have a sheet for the sofa bed. I am requesting to have a partial refund for our room. This kind of treatment is unacceptable. If you are going to have someone leave a room they paid for, at least give them a warning before they arrive. Having the manager tell me that we agreed to this was also infuriating seeing as we had no other choice, we had to agree or have no room at all. I had 3 children with me, I can't sleep in my car. ” I use the term ”manager ” loosely. She was basically just telling my it was our fault for agreeing and if we wanted we could leave the entire time I was talking to her. The pool also had a lock on it the two days we stayed there, and your socks turned black if you walked in the floor.

Questa stanza era così deludente. Siamo membri di diamanti, quindi siamo arrivati a molte proprietà Hilton. Il personale del desk front era molto gentile e accogliente al check-in, ma era la manutenzione della stanza che era solo terribile. Il vento AC/Calore è scaduto tutta la notte e si può sentire le gocce. La spalla fu ritirato e indossata davanti al frigorifero e al caffè, e le stampe erano esposte, così quando andai a fare il mio caffè a piedi di merda, la stampa si è recata a piedi. La luce del bagno si sbrighiva come una luce di strobo ogni volta che la accendevi. Queste non sono preoccupazioni di servizio, sono preoccupazioni di sicurezza. Io l'ho menzionato al desk front, ma non sembravano preoccupati. Se la fuga aveva fatto spruzzare i tovaglioli, probabilmente si sarebbe svuotata al piano sottostante.E se le stampe esposte si sono messe a piedi degli ospiti a causa della mancanza di manutenzione della stanza, è un problema.

Come al solito, il Hampton Inn è un posto molto buono per soggiornare. L'impianto è a prezzi accessibili pulito molto bene mantenuto con un personale eccellente e molto utile. È vicino agli shopping, ristoranti e al campus di NAU. Parcheggio è abbondante.
