The manager was very nice. We would recommend this place if you are looking in this area.

The room was ok. Except for the gross brown stains on the mattress on the hide a bed. Also the bloody pus looking like stain on the pillow case. It was down into the pillow so the pillow case was not changed. The breakfast was dull. Only muffins, granola bars and oa**eal packets. The only beverage options were coffee,tea and hot cocoa. No juice or milk for the kids. Fresh fruit would of been nice. The pool was ok. The kids had fun.

Best experience we have ever had! Front desk went over and above with courtesy and kindness. Very accommodating to our needs. Great night sleep with soft pillows and quietness. Spotless room! Located near restaurants.

My family and I traveled here and stayed at the hotel while we went to railfan and fostoria. Kim was absolutely incredible and helped us with so much since we arrived late. The hotel is huge, amenities are still not readily available because of covid but that's okay because Kim made sure we had everything we needed. Ups: huge room Elevator works super fast Clean and staff is amazing Downs: there are no dishes or utensils in the room but they are readily available at the front desk

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The continental breakfast was a little lacking but it was okay enough to get us on our way.

Beds were comfortable, room was clean. The staff was very nice to us. Breakfast was pretty small, but we made it work. We room almost felt like a little apar**ent. It’s nice too the it can accommodate a family of 5, which can be hard to find.

It's still the best place to stay n Findlay, great customer service, house keeping, management, front desk, to the maintenance man!! I give this place a 10 allll day!! I still will be here another before I leave n I'm coming back!

This is a really great place to stay. All the staff is nice and it is very clean here. I been here awhile and the vibes have really been great. The housekeeping is very helpful and friendly. And there’s water in the pool.

I love here at the Extended Stay America here on Findlay ave. All the staff is amazing and I love them all. Looking for a great place that’s clean and friendly well this is it. Plenty of food surrounding the area and the pool is about to open. I’m so excited I came to Stay here and not anywhere else. The staff has become my family the 5 months I’ve been here.
