Amazing hotel, amazing location… the breakfast was amazing and the staff was lovely

Great place to stay for a couple of days, beach, plenty of Resturants. ****** all steps away from the front door. The hotel was calm, clean with extremely friendly staff. The breakfast had loads of goodies. Would not hesitate to stay again or tell a friend.

Hotel bem localizado no centro da cidade, atendimento fraco e pouco simpático por parte da funcionaria ao serviço, rede wi fi muito fraca ou inexistente.

Dalle foto viste sul sito, è tutto in altra cosa. Signora alla reception male educata, ci ha dato una camera vecchia, rumorosa e abbiamo chiesto il cambio camera. Ci ha lasciato in attesa per 20 min e poi ci ha dato un altra camera ancora peggio, non abbiamo mai dormito del rumore, entrambe camere molto vecchie e i bagni ancora peggio. Non ho capito dove sono le camere che si vedono nelle foto del sito?! La colazione è l unica cosa che merita… Per pagare altri 30 min di attesa ed ho dovuto chiedere due volte la fattura!! NO GRAZIE, non ci torno più!!!

Stayed here one night on a cycling tour. On the positive side, our room was clean, large and spacious. Good sized modern shower room too. On downside, it was plain to the point of being Spartan, stank of drains from the bathroom and the two small windows were situated just below the high ceiling. They had metal covers rather than blinds or curtains so overall feel was cell-like. The hotel had provided large wooden stairs to climb up and reach one window but this contraption wasn’t easily moveable so for the other window you had to balance on a chair in order to close the steel doors at night. The smell of drains became intolerable. On checking out I mentioned it to the receptionist who was totally unconcerned and said it was usual when it rained. It hadn’t been raining when we checked in and other rooms occupied by our party were not affected but clearly they weren’t planning on investigating. It was ok for one night but I wouldnt choose to return.

Travelling from Porto to Lisbon with stops along the way we booked this hotel and were not disappointed, great price, lovely spacious room with lovely bathroom and fab views, but with great soundproofed windows. Right in the centre surrounded by bars and restaurants but also quiet. Comfy bed and the sheets smelt amazing, so fresh and clean, we’ve stayed in many hotels worldwide and these were the freshest I’d ever smelt. Lovely refurbished breakfast room with amazing choices. Parking 7euros just 2 mins away and secure . Overall a great hotel and definitely recommended. Thank you.

Uma grata surpresa, reservamos despretensiosamente esse hotel e foi tudo de bom, bem localizado, confortável, limpo, bem instalado, cama confortável, banheiro impecável, com uma pizzaria deles no mesmo prédio muito boa, um café da manhã maravilhoso. Voltaremos com certeza, super indico!

El hotel cumplió todas mis necesidades. Habitación y baño amplios, todo súper limpio. El detalle de bienvenida, agua, café e infusiones, es de agradecer El desayuno buffet, con todo lo necesario para empezar el día. Totalmente recomendable

Atendimento muito bom, as pessoas são muito simpáticas. Quarto com uma boa limpeza e arrumação. O pequeno almoço em buffet com uma variedade de comida para todos os gostos. Hotel bem situado perto da praia não é necessário ir de carro. Tem garagem para estacionar.

Hôtel sympa, bien situé dans une petite rue somme toute assez passante. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de parking en souterrain. Parking situé un peu plus loin de l’hôtel. Manque aussi un petit balcon dans les chambres. Petit déjeuner assez complet sucré salé il y en a pour tous les goûts. Personnel assez agréable sans plus.

Elegimos este hotel por que pertenece a la cadena Eurostar con la que siempre hemos quedado satisfechos. Este hotel está en el centro de Figueira da Foz, al lado del ****** rodeado de calles peatonales y de difícil acceso con el coche. El hotel es pequeño pero con habitaciones recién renovadas. El desayuno decente.

Nunca imaginé tener que hacer una reseña negativa a un hotel de la cadena exe/eurostars de 4*. Pero la verdad es que me he sentido estafada. Me ha tocado una habitación (307) con un baño sin reformar. Pienso que mientras esta habitación no esté completamente reformada no deberían ofrecérsela a nadie ya que este baño no se corresponde con un hotel de 4*. O al menos ya de ofrecerla en su web (ya que aún encima reservé con ellos y soy miembro de star traveler) entre las fotos de la habitación doble o twin exterior deberían poner además de fotos del baño reformado también fotos de este sin reformar para que, al menos, la gente tenga en cuenta que les puede tocar este y no se lleven el chasco que me llevé yo. Además, reservé con casi 2 meses de antelación, dudo que todas las habitaciones con baño reformado estuvieran ya ocupadas, no estaba el hotel completo ni mucho menos. Por este motivo les pongo una nota tan mala, una pena, porque todo lo demás estuvo bien.
