Hotel was busy but the service and responsiveness were good

Nice location, helpful staffs and many interesting places around there.

We’ve stayed in this hotel lots of times but it now needs some refurbishing. The areas all look tired including the bedroom and bathroom. We had a superior room overlooking the lake but one window was completely steamed up blocking some of the view. The toilet wouldn’t flush properly and the corridors are all scruffy. Staff are very friendly and the breakfast is excellent. Lots of choice. Parking is easy So lots of good points. Just needs some TLC

家庭房也並不大，但是還算整潔乾淨，早餐比較簡單，但英式風格也就那幾樣了……從酒店到斯旺西市中心要坐34路車來回，晚了就沒有了，打車約15磅左右。酒店旁邊有一個湖很美。

This hotel was was amazing to stay at yes it could do with a fresh lick of paint you can tell the room was freshly cleaned for my stay and some updates need doing like the bathroom but the bed was comfy the staff was great minus the young guy on the front desk I beleieve his name was nyle all he said to me was (name). the bar staff was very friendly especially Andrea lovely women I didnt have food but the service I had was great... In the morning all i could see was rooms being cleaned to the standards that people expect them to be

Close to motorway and plenty of parking (no on site ev chargers on site but there are some very close by) Easy check in, food was good, staff were all friendly and the room was ok. The ground floor corridors are quite creaky but I managed to sleep like a baby once in the room. Coffee and tea equipment provided, iron and iron table, hairdryer and a very welcome fan. Room was limited in availability of plug sockets and I didn’t like the pillows but content otherwise. Breakfast was decent too, and checking out was easy. Nice easy stress free stay, would come here again.

The best welcome outside of my home. John at the bar, Connie the waitress, and Kelly, the manager made this a great stay. Very rare do you get this attention to detail on a hazy winters night. Thank you so much for you attention to detail and.making this an awesome stay

Firstly I must recommend the food both in the evening and breakfast. Hot well cooked food - A credit to chefs and waitresses The hotel was clean, staff helpful and loved the gym I would recommend this hotel for all the right reasons It is in the middle of a retail park

Excellent bar and lounge, very modern and comfortable seating areas. Room was spacious and a nice big bed. Close to city centre for nightlife and days out. Far enough away as not to be disturbed by night crowds. Rooms cleaned daily if you want, we chose to go green and forgo daily cleaning. We were offered clean towels daily if we wanted. Food was very nice, would recommend to all. Not too over priced considering it was a hotel. Same as you would pay in a city centre restaurant. Breakfast was very good, all you can eat hot and cold counters. Counters were fully stocked with usual English breakfast items, cold counter had yogurts, fresh fruit, cheese boards and cold meats. If your breakfast is not included in your stay you can buy a vouchers on check in for £12 which we did. All staff were friendly and courteous, always happy to help when asked any questions.
