Purtroppo devo confermare le altre recensioni. L’hotel non è all’altezza dei servizi marriot. Intanto avrebbe bisogno di una bella rinfrescata, gli arredi iniziano a essere vecchi, così come la struttura. Abbiamo avuto diversi problemi, tutti segnalati in fase di pagamento e durante il soggiorno: - la camera su due piani aveva un problema di riscaldamento al piano inferiore, segnalato alla reception è prontamente arrivato un uomo con una stufetta (problema quindi già ampiamente conosciuto). Ci è stato detto che c’era un problema elettrico, che l’indomani lo avrebbero risolto, ovviamente così non è stato. 3 notti Con stufetta - la terza notte abbiamo dovuto spegnerla perché ha fatto una scintilla, con il rischio di incendiarci tutti. - il bagno sempre la terza notte ci siamo svegliati ed era completamente allagato per motivi a me sconosciuti, io sono caduta è scivolata - il primo giorno le pulizie non sono state fatte perché alle 15 eravamo in camera, ci siamo accordati per le 18 ma nessuno ha pulito - il pub ristorante inglese cibo immangiabile, il club sandwich imbarazzante e nessun tipo di insalata ordinabile - colazione ok ma non da 5 stelle - bancomat prelievo sempre stato fuori uso Una menzione positiva, l’unica per la quale NOn do zero stelle è il ristorante marocchino, buono davvero e con personale molto gentile.

Il Riad è in stile e decorazione marocchino tradizionale. La nostra camera (Deluxe Suite) è stata molto spaziosa. Ci siamo trasferiti per 3 notti e la nostra camera è stata pulita ogni giorno, le lavanderia e anche i bagni sono stati cambiati ogni giorno. Questa Riad è convenientemente situata vicino a una strada principale con molti ristoranti e caffè. Questo è tutto per il lato positivo. Sul lato negativo: La qualità del colazione è terribile. Il tempo di aspettare per avere qualsiasi cibo sul tavolo è di almeno 30 minuti. I server al colazione sono le stesse ragazze che puliscono le camere (come il lavoro economico). Ci sono tre cani che camminano liberamente e barking tutta la notte. Una delle notti non potevamo dormire per questi cani. Riad offre un menu da pranzo, ma il prezzo è insensato. Passeggiate 100 metri a una strada principale e pagate una frazione di questo prezzo. Un altro dettaglio - ricordate che questo Riad non è altro che carte di credito.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I must admit that my experience was less than satisfactory. There were several issues that made the stay quite disappointing, and despite raising our concerns, they were not adequately addressed. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was because it was advertised as wheelchair-friendly. However, we were surprised to find steps leading into the entrance and small rooms, making it challenging for individuals with mobility issues. Additionally, the lifts were exceptionally small, causing inconvenience and discomfort, especially when carrying luggage or during busy times. It was disappointing that the accessibility and space were not as expected. We also encountered a language barrier when trying to communicate about laundry charges. We felt like we might have been overcharged, but it was difficult to clarify the matter due to the language issue. On a positive note, most of the staff were very friendly and polite, and their efforts to assist us were appreciated. However, the lack of water or glasses in the rooms was a surprising oversight, and it affected our overall comfort during our stay. Furthermore, the location of the hotel didn't have much around that was open. This limited our options for nearby dining or activities, making our experience less enjoyable. Overall, the hotel had several faults that affected our stay. While the friendly staff were a bright spot, the issues with accessibility, small lifts, lack of amenities, and limited nearby options left us feeling dissatisfied. I hope that the hotel management takes these concerns seriously and works on improving the overall guest experience to meet the expectations of their guests.

Sono rimasto lì per 2 giorni. La mia stanza era pronta e pulita. Il letto era comodo. Il colazione è buon buffet con molti articoli. Mi piace. Hanno un grande giardino con una bella piscina. Ho preso un orso locale fresco in questo giardino e un buon tajino di pollo con verdure e olive.

Riad in zona tranquilla nella città nuova di Fes Abbiamo soggiornato in questo Riad due notti. L'ospitalità marocchina è sincera e assolutamente diffusa, Fatima, la gentilissima e efficientissima proprietaria, ha superato questo standard, ha reso il nostro soggiorno a Fes piacevolissimo. Ottime le indicazioni, ha contattato una guida per accompagnarci in visita nella Medina e i suoi dintorni, garantendo la sua preparazione professionalità e gentilezza, in effetti è stata una splendida esperienza. Ci ha supportato anche in alcune prenotazioni di mezzo pubblici per i nostri successivi spostamenti. Ottime le due cene, Fatima ha preparato piatti tipici gradevolissimi. Ciliegina sulla torta: l'hammam e il massaggio; anche questa esperienza è stata eccezionale. Dimenticavo! Fatima parla benissimo l'italiano.

Abbiamo avuto un splendido soggiorno notturno e la stanza era pulita con un adorabile bagno che serve il nostro scopo. Tuttavia, dovrebbero offrire più canali TV di lingua inglese. Ci piace, ma resta una notte piacevole.

Hotel molto ben situato. Le camere sono molto pulite e ben insonorizzate. Personale al top, molto sorridente, servibile, gentile, adorabile, grazie a tutti per la loro accoglienza e gentilezza sia al servizio del colazione, sia al personale di famiglia,e di manutenzione. L’emplacement est facile d’accès et le parking apprécié. Très bon séjour dans cet établissement, nous le recommandons vivement. Je recommande !!

È un hotel molto vecchio, ma ci sono tracce di buona gestione. Ma la ricezione è anche il Marocco. Poiché non c'è nessun senso di servizio, sono annoiati mentre parlano l'uno con l'altro davanti agli ospiti. ㅋㅋㅋ Inevitabile mente ^^ Altro che, tutti sono amici, ma devi dormire all'interno ㅠ. Subito, la stanza pulisce e apre la porta subito ~ chiudere all'interno ^^ Il colazione è il livello locale di colazione, ma fermati .. Il caffè e il succo sono buoni
