The room was very small to even walk from one side to the other. So was the bathroom.
Everything else was good. Great breakfast! Great service!

Super comfortable, cozy stay! Small, private room was very fresh and clean. Staff was extremely helpful. They speak multiple languages and are eager to please. Booked for three nights, had no problem extending my stay one extra night. Food was good, caters to tourists from around the world. Rooftop dining. I wanted to stay longer! Thanks to Mehdi, Youssef and the rest of their team. It was a peaceful rest during my bustling adventure in Morocco.

First I have to say, I did not sleep here. I came to watch the World Cup match Netherlands - Senegal. We came to ask if they could broadcast it and they did. The staff was very friendly and helped us with the game. The tea and juices were also good. We had a great time.

I really want to recommend this place, apart from having very clean and tidy rooms, what I think shines about this place are the people who work here, from the moment we entered we were greeted with excellent costumer service, by Zakaria , then later when we dined at the hotel, we come to realize that the rest of the staff is just as amazing, from the evening manager, shady, to our waiter Mehdi and Ikram, making our dining experience superb, being extremely friendly and informative, and all together pleasant to talk to, and of course can't forget to thank the barista Samir, and the chef simohamed, and the evening staff was extremely helpful all round the night wassim, all together I had a great experience here and if I am ever in fez I know exactly where to go, and I hope after reading this you know as well.

This place is absolutely beautiful, very clean and friendly staff! The staff were very accommodating to my friends and i when we had some troubles. Will definitely recommend this to anyone who is thinking of coming to Fes and will return myself! Big shout out to Shady, Mehdi, Ikram, Samir and Simohamed

Stopped in after a long day of sightseeing and had a wonderful meal to end a perfect day. and even had a chance to wash it down with a great banana shake for a touch of home, but the shakes aren't like they are in the U.S. it was more of a smoothie and it was delicious.
