Hotels con pick-up a Ferragudo

Could not fault the place. Perfect for all kinds of holidays whether it be a couples holiday or family holiday. All staff were amazing, even down to the cleaners who were always so polite and said hello everytime we passed them. We are returning in October because of how much we enjoyed the place

I would use one word to describe this hotel -Paradise. We came as guests and the staff treated us so well, we left as friends. We had our wedding at the Bricia Du Mar and it was prefect. The location for a wedding is what we dreamed of. The hotel is low rise and like a little village with beautiful rooms and a stunning pool area. There is a fantastic gym and spa also. What Raquel, Pedro and everyone else did to help us was above and beyond what you would expect from a hotel. They say they are not wedding planners but what they did to help us arrange our wedding was incredible. This a family run hotel and you can see the care and attention they have to make the hotel a success as it is quite new. Everything is spotlessly clean and such a calming wonderful environment. Our wedding went without a hitch and the attention to detail was incredible. All the staff at our wedding were genuinely happy to be there from the chefs to the bar staff and waiters who couldn’t do enough for us. Quiet, peaceful place but nothing available nearby except the excellent Quinta Dos Santos winery and restaurant - open 13.00 to 22.00. Our hotel room was clean and spacious and the staff really do try to do an excellent job. However the food is extremely disappointing and the only evening meal available is a buffet of mediocre, tasteless dishes. Two nights a week the restaurant is closed, one night Pizza is available and the other night Barbecue; if these are not to your taste you'll have to make do with bar snacks. It is mandatory to book a table for the evening restaurant but don't try and do this through reception, they will always tell you it is fully booked. However if you go to the restaurant personally most of the tables are free and you will be able to eat there. Apparently this is because a lot of ”all inclusive holidays” are booked there and so evening tables are prioritised for these people but most of them do not appear for dinner. Why reception is unaware of this none of the staff could explain. Apart from dining chairs at the Pool Bar and loungers round the pool there are no comfortable seats available. Certainly not one of the better places I have stayed in.

Stayed one week after resort reopened following winter break. Very quiet for guests staying but many visiting golfers. We received a room upgrade as it was quiet. Both courses in excellent condition, greens playing very fast. Alamos was my personal favourite, a course offering greater variation on the holes. Comfortable rooms, good food in the restaurant and very efficient service. Strangely no milk provided with the tea in the room, a little ****** to correct. The resort is very isolated but taxis to the local town via Uber or Bolt are reasonable. All staff very polite and accommodating.

Benvenuto. Solo un piccolo bemol, su Trip avevamo riversato un appartamento di 50m2 quadrato, ma una volta arrivato all’hotel ci siamo trovati in una camera semplice. Diciamo che il fatto di’ avere una piscina privata per le camere semplici a compensare questo disagio. Altrimenti un hotel magnifico con un ambiente meraviglioso.

Llagamos sobre las 15h de la tarde y la persona de la recepción no encontraba nuestra reserva hecha a través de Trip.com. Con mucho cabreo e insistencia nos dijo que no podía hacer nada y que teníamos que contactar con Trip.com para solucionar la cosa con ellos (tras 9horas de viaje y todos los correos posibles de confirmación). Mientras que esperaba que los de Trip.com nos respondieran, nos llama otra persona diciendo que todo estaba en orden, que no la encontraban por un ”error informático”. Ni una disculpa, nada. La habitación no estaba mal, segunda planta, bien situada. Instalación del hotel vieja, las 5 estrellas no se merecen, sinceramente, es un 4 estrellas actual, para el precio pagado está bien. Desayuno a buffet bueno, servicio igual de bueno y atento. Tuvimos un problema un día que no hicieron la habitación, tuvimos que reclamar a las 19:30h y la limpiaron y hicieron muy de prisa (y de manera bastante ”ligera”), pero, bueno.... No podemos opinar sobre SPA, Gimnasio etc ya que no hemos probado esos servicios.

We got a deal on this place so decided to take the gamble and go. We were not disappointed. We loved it. The place is in the middle of no where but that didn't bother us. There is a minibus service early morning and late afternoon but to be honest Uber is only 7 euros into the town. Fab pool area that wasn't crowded and loved the pool bar and eatery. The villa was up 3 flights of stairs but again that didn't bother us because the villa was massive and clean. The staff are also very nice and helpful. There are 2 or 3 bars a half a mile away and walking on an evening was a pleasure. We also walked to the beach which takes a good 30 minutes but we enjoyed the walk. There is a fantastic restaurant opposite the site gates and a fantastic restaurant on the beach, but beware, they are very expensive. You will struggle to keep a meal for 2 under 150 euros in either of them. The 2 or 3 bars nearby mainly do pizza and a pizza is circa 15 euros. This isolation of this place won't be for everyone, but we loved it and will be back.

Una veramente grande esperienza!! La camera era comoda e la manutenzione casa eccellente. Ben posizionata con vista sulla Marina. L'accento di ogni mattina del mio 5 notti soggiorno è stato il colazione. Fantastica scelta e tutto bene cotto e presentato. Il personale, in particolare i formatori, erano sempre amichevoli e obbligatori. Non potevo fare nulla di male sul colazione. La situazione dell'hotel era ideale per me, ma forse non poteva essere adatta a tutti come si trovava fuori dalla città. La spiaggia era ben accanto all'hotel e anche fuori stagione c'erano diversi ristoranti vicino a lui. Tutti i membri del personale, i receptionisti, il personale del ristorante e il mantenimento della casa erano eccellenti, mi hanno sempre salutato con un sorriso e molto utile.

Molto pulito, spazioso in una grande posizione, il colazione era buono, sarebbe bello se ci fossero altre opzioni.

Prima di tutto, l'alloggio, la piscina e la vicinanza alla spiaggia sono tutti grandi. Le camere sono davvero grandi. Avevamo un appartamento a due letti per due adulti e due adolescenti, ci era un sacco di spazio per tutti noi. Il balcone è enorme, e viene anche con quattro salotto e sei sedie, così perfetto per catturare il sole sera con un drink. Non ha causato troppo problemi, solo annoiato di essere bagnato quando camminava in camera da letto. La vergogna più grande è stata il servizio e la qualità del cibo al colazione. E 'stato fornito da “Il mio ospite”, quindi presumiamo che sia stato affidato all'estero. La giovane donna Rosa fuori dal fronte era davvero inamichevole, non voleva impegnarsi e ci faceva sentire insalutati. Il cibo nel buffet caldo era al meglio lukewarm, quindi non grande per l’igiene alimentare. L’unica cosa che cambiava nei sei giorni in cui eravamo li era la frutta fresca e la torta, così ha avuto anche un po’ ripetuto. Anche se questo ci sarebbe tornato, lo faremo solo come un catering da soli, perché il colazione non ne valeva certamente la pena.
