Even though the owner cannot speak english, she was really trying to help us. Google translate is a must have live saving app! The guest house is right next to the Snow bridge. The room is lovely with air-con&heater and exactly look like what we expected. The only drawback is you have to carry your luggage from the street level down to the guest house which is almost at the river front. People with limited physical ability might find it troublesome.

Location is good by the river but at night can be extremely noisy. The staff was very helpful that helped me took my luggage in and out. The accommodation is above a cloth shop, there’s no front desk or separate entrance. The room that we had required maintenance! The wall was broken! sewage smell from the toilet, there was a from the basin with yellow liquid next to it when we arrived, the basin continues to leak whenever we use the tap! I would not stay here again.

The host was very supportive and helpful. I lost my backpack on the train during the route going to this hotel. Host helped and gave a lot of efforts on finding my backpack until we found it. Many thanks and I recommend all to stay at this hotel. Apart from that, the room location is very good. You all will not be disappointed.

房間就在江邊，推開窗就可以看到夜景和江景。房間的裝修很有特色，房間也收拾得乾淨整潔。車庫停在外面停車場，老闆還很貼心的給了導航，輕輕鬆鬆找到停車場，順帶還誇誇景區，國慶節出行人比較多，景區志願者主動問我們住哪兒還給我們指路。這家店還提供苗服體驗，不花錢就能咔咔出片，太值了。而且老闆家的陽台出片率也極高，下次來鳳凰首選這家。

帶孩子出行，提前聯繫民宿，為我們提供細心的出行指南，非常感謝！鳳凰高鐵出站，就能看到磁懸浮列車的宣傳導引，坐磁懸浮列車，兩站地到鳳凰攬勝站下，成人來回38一張票，出站走10分鐘，比較曬，可以觀景，坐兩節自動扶梯，再坐直梯，到馬路，有免費接駁的小黃車直接送我們到南華門。民宿小夥非常熱情，幫我們拎着箱子，一路下台階，2分鐘就到岸邊。民宿入口是一家苗服拍照租服裝的商店，進去爬樓，就到房間了。住宿客人可以體驗一下苗服，非常贊！房間兩張大床很舒適，夜晚直接能從房間看到雲橋。我們離開民宿時，又幫我們提着重箱子送到接駁車站，感謝感謝！
