Eravamo molto felici di tutto. La nostra stanza era pulita, il desk era molto utile e accogliente. Ci saremmo certamente rimasti lì!

Questo hotel è bloccato in un angolo di Addison. È a pochi passi dalle opzioni di cena del server. E 'un grande luogo per avere un soggiorno familiare extra per le vacanze ...e meno di 5 minuti dalla mia casa. La proprietà era pulita e abbastanza. Sono stati molto accoglienti per la mia famiglia (mamma anziana), hanno chiamato la stanza per assicurarsi che i miei parenti fossero a posto e sapessero come operare la porta laterale.

Oltre a un po'di spazzatura intorno, è piuttosto scomodo comprare cibo.In generale, l'hotel stesso è buono e soddisfa lo standard unificato di Hilton.Il viaggio d'affari è giusto.Non lontano dall'aeroporto, cinque minuti di auto possono anche andare a Downtown.Starbucks all'interno è chiuso alle 11. Dovresti comprare prima 😀

The hotel is a newer property and clean. Very good breakfast and the location is good and quiet. Paid $150. However, the night clerk was very rude and insulting. And our entire family got severely bitten by bed bugs! The handicap rooms have a connecting door to the next room and therefore you can hear everything. They were playing very loud music and so I phoned and the clerk’s first response is a rude “Every hotel has noise” ***? She says she will call them. After half an hour I had to go down and ask her either to move us or do something. She says she can’t move us because the hotel is sold out and even though it’s still early and not everyone has checked in. Then she says she’s off by 11pm and so after that it’s not her responsibility and it will be the next shifts job. Again ***? I tell her I will clean our room and make the sheets on the bed so that we can move to another room. To top it all off my whole family got bitten by bed bugs. My wife ended up with huge dark itchy welts all over her legs and face. So did my daughter. I came away with less bites than they did but was absolutely horrible. The worst experience ever! I have never been so insulted in my life.
