"First of all i would like to give 5star rating to trip.com because had offered us the cheapest hotel price till at first we thought it was a scam😅 but luckily its not😊 For erya by suria hot spring bentong, i would like to give overall 4star rating as we had so much fun there especially the kids.. It is so true that this hotel is kid friendly hotel and really good for those who want to have family time together without need to travel far away from KL❤"

"We arrived at about 1am, their check-in counter was open 24hr, a malay girl receptionist assisted me with check-in and instructed me how to get to the car park, she was friendly and professional. The room was tidy and the view was nice. There was a problem with microwave heating, it wasn't hot at all, and the bathroom sink was a little stuck except for these, overall good. I was lucky enough to upgrade to a 2 bedroom suite, I was impressed with the management of this hotel. My 1st choice hotel👍👍"

"La camera del Genting View Resort (GVR) è molto spaziosa, pulita e confortevole, e le strutture, il personale e la vista circondata sono anche buone. Solo una cosa che mi serve davvero l'attenzione della direzione per agire immediatamente. Per favore sostituire tutte le porte igienici con l'altro padrone della porta per evitare i visitatori intrappolati nel bagno, soprattutto pericolo per i bambini. Ho l'esperienza ma fortunatamente il personale GVR prende immediata azione per sfuggirmi dal bagno. Tqvm. Oltre a ciò, tutte le strutture di GVR erano buone. Spero che il caffè di GVR sarà aperto di nuovo presto con più varietà di grandi menu come prima, Ripeterò a rimanere a GVR in futuro. Tqvm GVR☺️"

"Il processo di check-in è stato frustrante e mal gestito. Anche se l'e-mail ha menzionato la posizione di check-in a Windmill e la posizione di soggiorno a Geo38, le informazioni non sono state chiaramente sottolineate. Il bagno era bloccato, causando un'acqua che scorreva molto lentamente, il che era inconveniente, e il parcheggio era inconveniente, poiché il parcheggio era al piano superiore, richiedendo più ronde per raggiungere il parcheggio. Purtroppo, anche l'unità non ha avuto una bella vista. La casella TV fornita era funzionale, ma la maggior parte delle applicazioni richiedevano abbonamenti (come Netflix), quindi potevo solo usare YouTube. Tuttavia, la scansione della carta di accesso per l'uso dell'ascensore è stata difficile e richiede un miglioramento. "This was the first time I stayed at this hotel . It's surprisingly good. Though I had to check in at the car park , it was a breeze. I'm very pleased with the room, it's clean, the view was spectacular. There's a shuttle bus service to the genting highlands first world hotel, though you have to pay 7 ringgit for 1 trip, and make sure you make your booking in advance. I'll recommend it to anyone who wishes to enjoy the fresh air and avoid the crowd of the first world hotel."

"Everything is good except the floor. Is dusty as you step into it . That isn't much issuebover it. The only CONs is the Whatsapp customer hotline will never get to respond or answered to your messages even after 3days when I checked out."
