Beautiful hotel with a moor onsen spa and sauna. However it is a 15-min walk from the station and shuttle service is limited. Lots of weddings and royal visit at this resort. Twin Room is spacious and comfortable. Walking distance to M fast food chain next door and Aeon shopping nearby. I would highly recommend it.

Impeccable location - everything is walking distance Rooms are good sized! New, clean, extremely comfortable. The room even has a LD player with tons of music options - a nice touch The laundry room was also very easy to operate Best part is the lounge on 18F where you can enjoy the city view with free flow drinks and the SPA room - make sure you get the room with the lounge access, it's worth it

Visit Hokkaido with parents last week, I reserved the cross floor double bed room because of the separate toilet and bathroom . However , the room they offer is totally different with the photo . My parents really upset about it because that is the worst toilet they had never been in Japan . We will not reserve this hotel if we know that the toilet is not separate and not offer electronic toilet board. The room is clean , however , that is not our ideal type . Staff is kind however only one room can change. Location is fine, few restaurants nearby . My parents had bad experience with the hotel And they really don’t like the traditional toilet We don’t mind to pay more to enjoy better facilities Hope trip.com can upload more photo to provide more accruate hotel information

Viene con lavastoviglie (e lavastoviglie) nella stanza che è davvero utile per i viaggiatori. La stanza è molto spaziosa e viene con una buona vista sulla baia. L'unico svantaggio è che l'hotel è resistente per permettere di check-in dopo le 3:00 nonostante la tua arrivo al 2.55pm.

Modern classic hotel with high class interior design. Service was good. Attentive staff who tried to communicate using the translator device. Shower cap is not provided, otherwise the amenities provided are essential & necessary for a comfortable stay. Pyjamas are provided too. It was stuffy in the middle of night, so we informed front desk. Not long after, the service staff came up with a portable fan & opened our window a little. Buffet breakfast was a delicious spread. Location - conveniently located between Odori & Sapporo stations.

Ho avuto un ottimo soggiorno al JR Inn Hakodate, e dal momento che sono arrivato, il personale è stato incredibilmente utile e ha parlato bene l’inglese, che ha reso tutto così tranquillo. La stanza era senza spot e confortevole, e la posizione dell'hotel non poteva essere migliore diretta vicino alla stazione JR con una bella vista dalla finestra. Il colazione era un altro punto di vista. Mi sentivo quasi come avere un ristorante di sushi conveyor-belt proprio all'interno dell'hotel. Con un servizio eccellente, una posizione perfetta e tariffe ragionevoli, JR Inn Hakodate è assolutamente degno di soggiorno.

Room is very clean and short 7mins walk to integrated Sapporo JR station, subway (Namboku and Toho line) and bus terminal. The hotel also upgraded me to a more comfortable double bed room which is kind of standard for all the places I have travelled. Amenities are always replenished unlike some hotels which don’t provide. Staff are very polite. I don’t know how many times I have bowed in return. Also, although the room is facing JR railway, the sound insulation is very good - no disturbance from train movement. Buffet breakfast is also very good with all kinds of sushi such as blow fish, flat fish, blue crab miso soup, ramen, Mongolian bbq mutton Jingkisukan, and even sparkling wine. I would stay here again if come to Sapporo.

The room was very clean and comfortable, big enough to fit 2 large sized luggages and additional baggage. Location is so convenient just opposite the Hakodate train station and bus station making it ideal for sightseeing around Hakodate. There are souvenir shops and a drugstore just beside the hotel. It’s also just one street beside the Hakodate morning where you can hop over for fresh sashimi and uni. The Kanemori Red Brick Warehouses is just a walkable distance with plenty of restaurants to choose from. The hotel bar is also nice and cosy with an amazing night view.
