Wow, what a nice stay! It was our first trip to Anji. Mr YU SHU HUA（俞淑华）Laughing was so kind to us he showed us the area. His english is very good so we had the most convenient stay and experience. I would highly suggest this property to stay at. Very quiet place, with beautiful landscapes. The rooms are very comfortable and the fact that we had our own small garden and patio made the stay just more pleasant. We had a lovely dinner, food was great and all the staff were
very friendly and helpful. I will highly recommend this property and will surely be visiting again.

辦理入住的地方里面有麻將桌還有桌遊，我們定的是私湯大床房，環繞在竹林中，房間很大整潔乾淨，還有地暖，房間外有兩個躺椅，躺着吹吹風，非常愜意。入住後不久送來精緻的下午茶點心，晚飯是在民宿吃的，需入住當天3點之前和酒店人員確定菜品，他們需要採購準備，四五點吃飯直接拿着房卡去餐廳，味道很不錯。晚上8點還會送晚安甜湯，送的是綠豆湯。早飯8點到10點，飯廳的阿姨們都很熱情也會很貼心的詢問你要喝豆漿還是牛奶，要不要加糖，想吃都可以續。退房還會送上伴手禮，有車的儘量自己開車來，因為這裏很難打到車，民宿外有充電樁。下次打算自駕再來一次。

Specialmente piace la piscina dell'hotel e le zone calde, la qualità dell'acqua è pulita e la gente si sente molto facile dopo la ricavata.Anche il ristorante è fantastico, il colazione è ricco, la combinazione cinese-ovest è buona e il gusto è buono. Il servizio dell'hotel è il più impressionante. L'atteggiamento del personale è entusiasta e attento e può sentire il loro interesse in qualsiasi momento.Sia viaggi di famiglia che vacanze di amore, questa è una scelta eccellente! Dopo due giorni, l'hotel è meglio di quanto mi aspettassi. È caldo con piscina. Non è la casa dei bambini. La stanza è dotata di un piccolo reggiseno per bambini. Il dentifricio del bambino è buono ～ l'hotel è nel centro della città. È possibile raggiungere il negozio di bevande rosse intorno a piedi come la casa di vecchio Li, Aluja e così via...Non voglio andare fuori e vendere più scelte!Il più soddisfatto del loro colazione alberghiero, il colazione è molto grande e molte scelte di tipo, e il nocciolo alberghiero preferito!!Abbiamo fatto due hahahaha per famiglia.

Con i bambini fuori a giocare in vacanza estiva, la famiglia che cercava lode a Trip.com ha stabilito una stanza con l'atteggiamento di provare. Non mi aspettavo che i bambini fossero molto soddisfatti dopo il soggiorno. Molto superaspettativa!
Decideva di andare a giocare ad Angela il fine settimana, e la famiglia poteva dire che era il prezzo più alto che abbia mai vissuto.
Il servizio del responsabile è buono, contattaci un giorno prima, parcheggiarci e ci prenda, ci chiede e rispondi.
La stanza è molto pulita, la superficie è molto più grande di quanto immagino. Le strutture sono molto potenti e le montagne calde e confortevoli in inverno.
In un po'di gente, molti dettagli sembrano essere molto prudenti nel fare il popolo.
La porta del popolo è direttamente attraverso una strada da camminare. L'ambiente sulla montagna è molto buono. Le persone e i cani sono molto felici.
La colazione è anche buona, l'ambiente di mangiare è molto pulito.Il direttore ha detto che l'inverno è caldo, ma questa volta non abbiamo tempo.Attendere il prossimo soggiorno!

雖然民宿的爺爺奶奶真的特別熱情好客，但是鑒於我當時在攜程上看到的和實際體驗到的實在是過於天差地別，我實在是沒有辦法給滿5星好評，多打的分都是給爺爺奶奶的一個態度～
就細節而言，我預訂套餐寫的是：休閑套餐下午茶套餐一份，包含（安吉白茶＋時令水果＋零食和甜品），咖啡券1份，以及我作為攜程黃金貴賓權益的歡迎水果一份……但這些東西我都沒有享受到，房間裏有一顆小的油桃和若干小餅乾🍪，所以這是歡迎水果還是休閑下午茶？問老闆娘，她説前台都有，要吃什麼自己問她要，大廳裏有一種水果：橘子，以及麻花等…主動給予套餐內應有的和被動給予我想這是有區別的，而且我確實沒有享受到所謂的零食啊甜品啊下午茶。老闆娘説了，嗯，沒有的。
就房間設施而言:空調風很大，並對着床頭吹的，實在是不友好，民宿給的解釋是設計師就是這麼設計的呢，房間也都是一樣的格局，雖然也提出給我換個房間，但既然都一樣也沒啥換的必要，於是我們小朋友衹能想辦法橫着睡以最大程度避免被吹感冒😷並詢問投影屏幕為什麼這麼暗，老闆娘也無法解釋並解決。
就娛樂設施而言:我看到亮點設施:種植採摘，釣魚，水上樂園，親近動物，該説不説，啥也沒看見。小朋友玩的小童城堡，還沒我家裡的大，而且裏面的鞦韆並不固定，搖晃的時候整個圍欄都在一起搖擺。
就餐飲服務而言:我看到説可以定製午餐晚餐，老闆娘也説是不做餐飲的。那我為什麼能看到呢？在攜程作為亮點存在，在他人評價中也有出現，結果居然是請網紅打卡的……
綜合:當老闆娘跟我説，我們這都是這個價格的，誰誰誰還不如我們還要貴呢！我就特別不爽，我花毛1000住民宿，説明我並不是覺得它貴，而且我希望享受到和我看到的一樣的服務，結果……不説一毛一樣，簡直毫無關係，那我這錢花的肯定不如意啊，畢竟它言不符實沒有性價比啊！
所以，到底是攜程虛假宣傳的問題還是民宿原來有的這些服務，後來沒了呢？真的，要不是爺爺奶奶真的特別好客，我可以給1分，一點不虧心的那種！人文關懷到位了，但實際服務呢？

UUtente ospiteTravelers beware! The photos advertising Ke Gamer do not resemble to actual room and the food is horrible. I opted to upgrade to the private hot spring villa for close to 4000rmb a night expecting a high class experience but was instead highly disappointed!
We arrived on a Saturday and reserved a table at the restaurant, famished from traveling and expecting a wonderful meal. They did not mention that this was a set menu (only for the package that was included with the room) so there was no option to select my dishes nor to explain our gluten free diet. First bread came (couldn’t eat it, gluten) then a mushroom chicken soup that was difficult to swallow. Over salted and the chicken was rubbery. Then came there version of a kimchi that was ok. Shrimp next that was battered (gluten) and smothered in mayonnaise, and then an over salted spicy beef dish and inedible veggies dish.At this point we decided to leave and opted instead to pay for food delivery. When we shared this information with the assistant helping us he messaged me saying you are a foreigner would you prefer chicken wings or a steak. I’ve been living in China 10 years and never spoken to so rudely. My gf then wanted to have a soak in the hot spring and have a fire because the rain had stopped but she was told no they could not do this for us that night. That’s when I added the wechat and she deleted him so she would no longer have to talk to someone so rude. We did find it strange that even though I was now in communication with him he still attempted to friend my gf several times, very disrespectful!! After I explained how unsatisfactory the service was to that point he made more of an effort and we did get to enjoy a relaxing evening outside. The next day we stayed away from the restaurant not wanting to have that experience again so ordered delivery service again, decent food for delivery. We did attempt the on site restaurant one more time before checking out for breakfast and this was awful as well. Cold eggs, bacon and sausage. They did have a nice assortment of breads which we could not eat (gluten) so we had a yogurt container and coffee before leaving.
One part of the stay was an assistant driving us into town to a nice tea shop. He took us tot he location and offered to help us select a shop. He was very friendly and helpful inside the shop to explain the differences in teas and get us a good deal. We ended up purchasing 2 boxes of tea to take home.
Overall I did not enjoy the stay at this overpriced and falsely advertised hotel. This is certainly one case when we did not get what we paid for. Wishing you better luck than we had.

The best part of the stay was the team of incredibly warm and lovely staff who look great care of us and our little one, from the receptionist to the pool lady, cleaning ladies, restaurant team etc. We also had sweet dessert and fruits sent to the room in a hot flask daily.
The bubble machine was faulty on day 2 of our stay and when the hotel staff found out we had a family photoshoot planned that day, they immediately called for someone to fix it so that we could have additional props for pictures, which was very sweet and thoughtful.
The only downside is that there isn’t very much to do within the hotel or neighbourhood and there is only 1 restaurant (although they are happy to take any special requests for food off the menu. We asked for 小龙虾 for example). Families would enjoy the well equipped kids playroom and activities they provide in the garden (kite flying, sky lanterns, bubble machine, balls etc.)

AanotheritchieWhat a fantastic villa and a wonderful stay. We arrived later at night but we’re still greeted by our friendly hosts at the carpark. The girls at the villa went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable … their service was excellent tending to our every need, they had even pre-warmed our room before our arrival (we stayed in the middle of winter). We also brought our 2 dogs, and whilst most stays that we’ve been to are tolerant of dogs this villa also strived to make their stay as comfortable also, providing extra dog beds for them and also giving them both a little breakfast for both the days we stayed. I cannot stress how amazing the service was the girls not only tended to all our requests but also offered well thought services, like providing a sweet dessert to help with dry throats. The venue is super cosy with a modern traditional facade, the room itself was modern, clean and comfortable. The direct area surrounding the villa is made up of small stores with some being under construction, the girls guided us to a local restaurant which was very good. Within walking distance there are playgrounds, small trails and vegetable gardens which was perfect for our morning dog walks, we surprisingly spent more time exploring the local area than we thought we would. The Chinese breakfast served was delicious, and for the coffee fiends I can confirm it’s good, made from a proper machine. Overall fantastic stay, incredible hosts and scenic surrounding areas to explore

UUtente ospiteMi piace molto lo stile di decorazione della famiglia, l'intelligenza è semplice e il tono è molto confortevole. Mi piace molto la finestra di terra della stanza. È possibile vedere una bella vista montagna, con un parcheggio speciale, proprio sotto la gente. Molte altre persone non hanno un parcheggio speciale, e la cantina può parcheggiare lungo la strada.È molto conveniente andare nella zona sceneggiata. È molto vicino alla prateria e alla base di Ping Ping. Il proprietario della cantina ha attentamente raccomandato la canyon di Canyon, dove si può giocare gratuitamente. Il personale di servizio del negozio è molto attento, con entusiasmo per gli ospiti, offre anche frutta e colazione gratuita. Quando partimmo, abbiamo anche intimamente dato un compleanno di accompagnamento. Ci sono state opportunità di portare la famiglia a Angela. E il cibo del popolo di Chen Jiang Hotel è davvero delizioso, devi andare a mangiare qui.

I reserved the room a week before arrival, which meant the room rate was almost 2000 RMB a night. At this price, I was expecting excellence and arrived to mediocrity.
I travelled with a Chinese friend and when we arrived, although the room was booked in my name, they chose to speak to my companion. When I tried to speak, the staff smiled condescendingly and then continued to talk to my friend. I was surprised to receive xenophobic behaviour in modern China, especially since I can converse in Chinese and there are many translation and AI chatbots to assist with communication.
We walked to the room and on inspection we discovered the door hinge was broken, dust and hair on the floor, hair on the mattress which was accompanied by a yellow stain (photos 3-7). As the staff couldn't communicate in English, I messaged Trip.com and decide to resolve the issues the following day.
The staff had been informed of the poor quality of the check-in and the cleanliness of the room and offered to upgrade us to their sister hotel, Banshanyinzhu Resort. The view from the room (photo 1 & 2) was stunning and the room looked pristine how on inspection the room had not been deep cleaned since either its construction or refurbishment with dust in the high shelves, on the shower head, sawdust behind the bedhead, leftover building materials under both sinks (photo 8-11). We informed the hotel, as we had been given a WeChat, and they came to witness the simple inspection. They offered to move us again but as this was our last night and we chose to stay based upon the views and then went to dinner which the hotel offered as part of compensation for the previous night.
Arriving at the restaurant, uncleanness was concurrent theme (photos 12-14) with the dishes not being clean and the lazy suzanne not being wiped down. Fortunately the completely meal for two was well portioned and seasoned (photos 15-18).
After a filling and tasty meal, I had a shower and felt a slight pain on my foot to discover that the nails attaching the carpet protruded through and some flooring was broken causing a minor scratch. All of this could have been avoided had the staff been more diligent.

Was the service mediocre? Yes
Are these challenges easy to overcome? Yes

Is the location memorable andbeautiful? Yes
Would I revisit? Yes
Regardless of the fact they have some untrained and unprofessional employees and they need to improve their cleaning standard and ensure that maintenance does a proper inspection after a fit and finish, the location is great and it's very easy to get into the park. It's very family orientated and I'm sure children could make lifelong friends here. If you're considering going, I'd highly recommend price watching. It's not a perfect product so don't overpay, like I did, and expect a 5☆ experience.

SScarletTheWandererIl soggiorno è incredibile, con la più bella ospite, e le camere sono super pulite, spaziose e hanno una vista terribile della natura. I proprietari di Sun e sua moglie Melissa sono così amichevoli e aiutanti e si sono allontanati dal loro modo per rendere il nostro soggiorno speciale. Sempre felice di aiutare e dare consigli su cose da fare nella zona locale – c'è un bel piccolo fiume davanti dove si può nuotare o camminare sulla strada per molti punti diversi da bagnare! È anche circa un 10-15 min di guida da un meraviglioso parco umido che è glorioso. La posizione di questo soggiorno è perfetta e è molto facile da raggiungere da Shanghai. Servino anche delizioso caffè sul sito e il colazione è delizioso e abbondante. Puoi anche portare del cibo e prepararla in una cucina davvero bello per pranzo o cena, se vuoi.
