Nice hotel, does not have breakfast but it is very clean here

I read a lot of the reviews before I booked this hotel and after staying here for two weeks it makes me question if some of the positive reviews were from people who actually stayed here. First, the air conditioning did not work. It would kick on and off constantly during the two week stay. I asked the front desk to send someone up to look at it, but it was never fixed. This is a common issue with several reviews for this hotel. The refrigerator is a small 18” by 18” and it’s placed directly on the floor. So if you want to put something in or get something out you’ll have to lay on the floor to do it. Impossible for elderly people to do this let alone someone very young. No internet access in the room. Does not matter if you have a code or are hotel loyalty member, it does not connect. The mattresses is wore out. My wife and I flipped it, but it did not make it ant better. The elevator is extremely small and slow. There is only one elevator to access the guest floors and it’s frustratingly slow. The positives, the staff is nice, parking is adequate and the location is centralized. Service of the rooms is only ever other day and you have to request new towels if you want them. So I stayed there on business for two weeks, I wish I could have stayed at another hotel but the company I worked for booked it here so I had no option. If I did, I would have gladly paid more to have a nicer hotel all the way around. It was a very disappointing experience and I would not stay here again. My advice: do your homework before you stay at this property, Marriott’s are generally not this bad, but this particular hotel needs to be updated very badly.

Fantastic room. Absolutely fantastic. We got the two queen bed room with the kitchenette, and for our family of four it was substantially larger than the two queen rooms we normally get at Choice Privileges properties. Very comfortable, very spacious. The room was very clean overall, all appointments and appliances and things were nice touches and worked fine. The bathroom was also very clean. The first day, the fellow behind the counter was extremely helpful, kind, polite, supportive, and we really felt like we were in good hands. We had some special requests, and he was accommodating and pleasant. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Good area, clean rooms with friendly staff. They offer breakfast but only for about 6-10 people. Breakfast runs out very quickly. Get there early otherwise you miss out. Once it is out there is no more breakfast offered. That is the only setback we came across.

Room had a few dings in the wall from door knobs and around the light switch. The parking lot had guys outside late at night smoking and making noise.

The first room we got the TV was not working. We were given another room and the shower was not draining. Maintenance tried twice and was unable to correct the issue. We asked if there was any possible way we could stay one more night and they were unable to accommodate us. The property was clean, the room was very large and comfortable. There was lots of space to walk our dogs. The pool was being fixed. The staff was all very nice and apologetic for being unable to correct the drain issue. We were given points for our inconveniences.

The room was great and private. Breakfast was good enough, not elegant, but it was free and had everything you needed. Nice courtyard area. Friendly staff. Great modern bathroom & kitchen.
