Abbiamo soggiornato all'hotel per 2 notti alla fine di marzo 2023. Quando siamo arrivati, abbiamo notato che c'era un picker di ciliegia fuori dall'hotel e quel lavoro sembrava avvenire. Al ricevimento c'era un pezzo di carta incisa sul desk spiegando che ora erano state completate le riparazioni edilizie e che la pittura era tutto ciò che era ancora in corso - e che questo non sarebbe accaduto fuori 9-6. Il membro del personale di check-in ha consigliato di dover chiedere una stanza di rinfrescamento, come Hampton Inn non lo ha più fatto - fino alla 5a notte. Eravamo in un soggiorno 2-night. Ho chiesto il motivo e mi ha detto che era collegato a Covid. Quando ho sottolineato che non sembrava più una ragione corrente, mi ha detto che dipendeva da quale politica lei leggeva. Questo mi è costoso. Tuttavia, la stanza era bella e recentemente rinfrescata. Era senza spot. Concordo con l'altro revisore sul fatto che La mancanza di isolamento sonoro attraverso le porte. Possiamo sentire tutto nella sala, quando qualcuno entrava nella stanza accanto alla porta o all'altra era così forte che sembrava che entrassero nella nostra stanza. Spent a recent June 2022 weekend here with my wife and toddler. The staff were great and like many other reviews, this is a great place to stay. Unlike some other RIs in the area, this is newer (built in 2011 I believe) so that really shows in the little things like the sink fixtures, nice clean white tile in the bathtub, etc. I am Bonvoy Titanium Elite and they upgraded us to a 1BR suite which was very large and spacious. Parking is free, the area is very safe and it’s close to many places one might need to go in Northern VA. There was one significant disappointment and that was the breakfast. I realize during the worst of the pandemic many changes needed to be made but I just felt deflated to come down and find paper plates and plastic silverware. When you’re away from home often you value things like eating with real silverware and real plates. Additionally, everything just seemed like processed food. Instead of a warm cauldron of oatmeal, they just had packaged containers of dry oatmeal that you’d need to pour hot water in. Eggs were fine and there was some fruit, but compared to other RIs I’ve stayed in during the pandemic, this breakfast was really 1 star. We didn’t even bother on Day 2 - we just went to Panera. It’s a shame because everything else about the hotel is really good. I just want more than pre-packaged processed food.
