Bendene Townhouse - Exeter

Brilliant! Enjoyed the stay. Friendly staff, spacious room.

very friendly welcome - nice clean rooms- managed to get parking on the street after 6pm but noticed there were some spaces in the carpark down the street (carpark opposite is for residents only after 6pm). toilets and bathrooms clean and tidy, had a sink in the room which was very useful. Kettle with tea/coffee facilities. wardrobe plenty of room for storage. location is great, just a couple of minutes walk to the high street. recommended!

Highly recommended for a solo traveller having a trip following a budget. Room service is great!! I would say it’s good enough for me :)

Good central location, well managed with comfortable beds. Spotlessly clean throughout, ideal for a night or two to explore the town or just to stop en route towards your final destination. The only down side is there is no on-site breakfast facility.

I had a gorgeous stay at Bedene Townhouse! The room was beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean and had the most comfy bed. Delicious complimentary coffee in the morning. The staff were welcoming and attentive, it really felt like a home away from home. I would definitely recommend and stay again whenever I'm in Exeter. Walking distance from the train station, town centre, and university.

My stay with you was beyond the best. The hotel was lovely, bright and welcoming, and the team Emily 1 and Emily 2, Tracey and Pedro all made me feel at home and among friends when I needed that most of all. Thank you, thank you and see you all again soon.

Arrived at accommodation after having eye surgery met by a lovely lady on reception. She helped me with my luggage and showed me to my room as my sight was slightly impaired. She explained what facilities were available. Room was very clean. My only small complaint would be that I felt the springs on the mattress. Overall I would return again as good value for money.

Very very comfortable accommodation, with fantastic facilities. Everything is clean and well kept, the rooms are cozy, and the price is very reasonable. I hope to stay again someday :) One thing that is great is the hot showers. I can’t iterate enough how disappointing it can be to go to other accommodations that either have lukewarm water or that gatekeep heating. This place is a gem.

I had an excellent stay. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Location is excellent in the heart of Exeter. 10 mins walk from Exeter Central and St Davids stations. The room was first floor, I was worried about noise levels but actually it was very quiet and didn't experience any issues with noise at any time. Room was clean, comfortable, decent heating and a good working shower. Bed was comfortable and room spacious. I would highly recommend and I would stay again, very good value for money. I have absolutely no complaints at all. Thank you for a great stay!
