I have chosen Radisson Blu based on my many experiences with the hotel chain I gained in USA before pandemic, boy was I wrong to chose them in Karlsruhe. The room was clean and as on the photos, in order and ready to be used - that's about it. At the arrival I have informed the receptionist we don't have a reservation but that I could do it online right away, she promptly offered to do it herself, when I asked about the price difference I have been told ''it should be more or less the same''. Her booking was 151 euros, the online was 71 euros.. so I booked online with my phone right in front of her. We needed to leave early in the morning so we were happy to learn the breakfast is 6.30am so we confirmed our attendance. When we presented ourselves at the breakfast 6.30am sharp we have been told there was an error and it will be served later. So we waited, when we were allowed to access the breakfast the staff lady realized our room number have not been charged for the breakfast, we offered to pay at the check out as the wallet was in the room upstairs, unfortunately the lady would not bend the rule and insist on the payment before consumption. Early morning, with a hungry 7yo, after waiting already because of wrong information provided, that's not what you want to hear. Fast forward, we are about to leave just to learn the parking was not part of the deal - 17euros from 9pm to 7.30am. Unfortunately the whole experience was not over, my daughter forgot her stuffed animal in the room, when I called the receptionist asking for options on how to get it (we were hours of driving away) I have been told they are ok to hand it over to a currier if I organize one. I am genuinely asking myself if Radisson Blu is still in hospitality business, the complete lack of focus or consideration of client's needs is just striking. I have provided my review to the Radisson Blu directly using the platform I booked with, they came back with automatic answer telling me they have ''taken care'' of the issues signed. I won't come back and I won't recommend.

(03.07.3023 18 Uhr Anreise) Ihre Professionalität, Freundlichkeit und Hingabe haben meinen Aufenthalt zu einer außergewöhnlichen Erfahrung gemacht. Von Anfang an fiel mir ihre herzliche Begrüßung und ihre positive Ausstrahlung auf. Sie war stets bestrebt, meinen Anliegen und Bedürfnissen entgegenzukommen. Egal ob es um das Einchecken, das Buchen von Zusatzleistungen oder um Empfehlungen für lokale Sehenswürdigkeiten ging, sie war immer äußerst hilfsbereit und kompetent. Die Rezeptionistin bewies außerdem ein bemerkenswertes Organisationstalent. Sie schaffte es, die Anfragen mehrerer Gäste gleichzeitig zu bearbeiten und dabei stets einen ruhigen und professionellen Umgang zu wahren. Egal wie stressig es hinter dem Tresen war, sie behielt stets ihre positive Einstellung und vermittelte den Eindruck, dass sie sich um jeden Gast persönlich kümmerte. Darüber hinaus war die Rezeptionistin immer zuvorkommend und einfühlsam. Sie nahm sich Zeit, um meinen Fragen und Anliegen geduldig zuzuhören und mir dabei das Gefühl zu geben, dass mein Wohlbefinden für sie höchste Priorität hatte. Ihr Service war stets von einer persönlichen Note geprägt, die meinen Aufenthalt noch angenehmer machte. Insgesamt möchte ich die Hotelrezeptionistin für ihre außergewöhnliche Leistung und ihre herausragenden Fähigkeiten loben. Sie ist eine wertvolle Mitarbeiterin, die das Hotel Engel durch ihre Professionalität, ihre Gastfreundschaft und ihre aufmerksame Art bereichert. Ich kann sie wärmstens empfehlen und freue mich bereits auf meinen nächsten Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel, in dem ich sicher sein kann, dass ich erneut auf einen so qualifizierten und herzlichen Empfang treffen werde.

La mia gente, sia che sia commerciale o privata, può tornare qui bene e quando è arrivato nei giorni, pulito e bene. La posizione è buona e un buon punto di partenza è, buon cibo proprio all'angolo, la sala colazione idealmente intagliata in casa, semplice prezzo/prestazione molto bene. Tornerò e ho potuto smentire ancora in vecchi ricordi, qualche anno fa con una squadra sportiva c'era anche un sacco di amore regionale in gioco, ora era una volta, ora, 5-Sterne per me, E' andato tutto bene, chiamata-prenotato-confirmazione scritta e anche check-in, completamente senza problemi, torno presto.

As seasoned globe trotters we have always appreciated the variety of accommodation standards that exist throughout Europe and the Erbprinz certainly exceeds the norm. We rented an apar**ent for the week, which was spacious, very comfortable, stylish and efficient. The spa and indoor pool were exceptional facilities and offered a variety of relaxation opportunities and friendly staff. The restaurant, bar and the breakfast buffet made our stay there perfect.
