After reading some of the reviews before staying at this hotel I have to say I'm not surprised. I totally agree with the comments that this is not a true 5 star hotel at all. The positives are the location, the pool area and the rooms (to an extent). From one way its only a short walk to the medina and from the other it's a short walk to the beach bars. The pool area is well maintained and very attracting. The rooms are a good size with comfy bed and powerful shower and they are very clean. However, we started off by having to change rooms as the room we were first given had a chipped bath - all the paint had come up off the bottom of the bath so it was unusable, the staff solved this pretty quickly by offering us a room of the same standard one floor above. Nevertheless, I find it shocking that a 5 star hotel would not maintain their rooms in the first place. We found the cleaning staff and concierges very friendly. Some of the breakfast staff and beach staff, less so. One day we sat on the beach beds and felt looked down on and were not treated as well as some of the other guests. This really put us off and prevented us using this area again. Not sure if this is because we are a younger/mixed couple? Overall, the hotel is lacking in a lot of areas and the Accor group need to look into this. I would definitely visit Essaouira again but would probably rent an apartment since the beach and medina have so many options anyway!

La riad è molto carina all'interno della Medina, ma anche molto vicino alla stazione di autobus. La decorazione potrebbe essere un po' aggiornata, ma sicuramente abbiamo il fascino di una riad. Preferirei poter entrare e uscire senza colpire la porta principale di ogni squadra, ma credo che per motivi di sicurezza. La colazione non è pazza ma non male e in inverno la turno sul posto di fuoco rende una vibrazione molto bello. Il personale è discreto ma amichevole

Io e mio marito siamo locali e abbiamo soggiornato qui una notte per essere ripetuti sicuramente quando siamo arrivati a Essaouira. Sono disponibili sconti per grandi gruppi e soggiorni a lungo termine – Le consiglio di contattarli direttamente per il miglior prezzo. Questo è un vero riad marocchino caricato con antiche scaldature raccolte dai proprietari locali nel corso degli anni e decorato come un lavoro di amore e cucina. Il tè è fornito felicemente quando si accoglie. La colazione può essere inclusa con la stanza calda e fresca. C'è un'energia tranquilla e una cucina sul luogo. Sembrano amare la riad e i loro ospiti. E 'in una posizione facile e favolosa in Medina. A breve passeggiata sulla spiaggia, la piazza, il sok e la scala. Trovare è super facile utilizzando le mappe di google. Raccomando vivamente questo riad, soprattutto per gli inglesi che cercano un'autentica esperienza marocchina! Grazie Teresa e Loqman.

Riad Emotion è un luogo fantastico per stare a Essaouira. La luce colpisce perfettamente questa riad, come l'aria fresca e il sole della città eolica vi si infila. L'ingresso, le camere e la terrazza del tetto non potevano essere più tranquilli. Proprio dalla medina, ma ancora abbastanza vicino all'azione. Tutti hanno detto che siamo stati abbastanza fortunati a viaggiare in Marocco nel maggio dopo aver ricevuto il vaccino e mentre ancora molto era bloccato, hanno accolto le armi. Non si può raccomandare Riad Emotion abbastanza! Riad Emotion è un luogo incredibile per soggiornare a Essouira. La luce colpisce perfettamente questo riad mentre l'aria fresca e il sole della città del vento vi invadono. L'ingresso, le camere e la terrazza sul tetto non potrebbero essere più tranquilli. Già accanto alla medica, ma ancora abbastanza vicino all'azione, abbiamo avuto la possibilità di viaggiare in Marocco nel maggio dopo aver ricevuto il vaccino e, mentre molti erano ancora bloccati, hanno accolto le armi. Non posso consigliare troppo Riad Emotion!

Step back in time and luxuriate in the Orson Welles suite, walk to ocean, or relax in the gorgeous pool. This gem retains its original charm and is a completely delightful experience. Listening to the morning calls for prayer with the windows open was just a wonderful experience. Highly recommend. Note this is not a modern 2023 Radisson so you should be a bit more flexible with your expectations at this legendary place.

Riad molto piacevole, con una decorazione raffinata, luminosa, in blu, come mi piace! Eravamo al terzo piano, con uscita diretta sulla terrazza, camera piuttosto piccola, ma molto piacevole, letto dorsale, Bagno impeccabile con doccia facile da regolare( non sempre evidente )Colazione ricco con veri succhi d'arancia o mandarina pressati . Frederic , la direttrice e il personale sono molto accoglienti , ascoltare e consiglio molto buono L'accesso è facile , vicino alla Bab Chbanat, la spiaggia, con una bella passeggiata è vicino
