Me: Good Morning, I’m emailing to complain about your customer service. Your front office lady was extremely RUDE! We came in to check in early and said that out card had declined. Which was an issue on the banks end. Sherill said because that issue she could not give us our check in. That’s absolutely ridiculous! Your hotel should of contacted us immediately to find out about they payment. Sherill continue to argue with me. Very unprofessional and told me I was RUDE! You have all my information to contact me so I don’t understand what the issues was why you couldn’t pick up the phone or send me an email like the prior ones. Then Sherill said there was no one to contact me. That’s completely untrue because you have all my information. So she just lied to me. Holiday Inn: Thank you for your email. Let me first apologize for the inconvenience we might have caused you. We ask for the credit card to guarantee the reservation, and if the credit card we have on file does not work, the hotel has the right to cancel the reservation. I understand that when you came back the reservation was cancelled, however we have a room that we can check into but refused to take it. Due to the reservation being cancelled, you had to travel back home. I understand your situation and frustrations. At this point, all I can do is apologize for all the inconvenience, and also for the attitude of my front desk, and her customer service. I will make sure to talk to Sherill and reprimand her for her actions towards you. To show my sincerity, I will deposit 15,000 points to your IHG rewards account for the inconvenience we caused you. Sincerely, Janice Correa Me: Hi Janice, Here’s the thing she ran a new card for room at 10:30 am and room had not been canceled. She said the transaction was completed. She LIED AGAIN! She completely played off as she did but didn’t. I told my husband there was not transaction on our card. Is that your policy too? For your employees to act like they ran a card but didn’t? I guess that’s your policy too. We told her we would NOT be back to the hotel till 10 pm that night. She said it wouldn’t be problem! Well it was a problem when I went back at 10 tried to check in and you CANCELED my reservation. I called 23 times! 23 and not one picked up your phones to notify you that we would not being checking in till 10. Least I tried to contact you as you failed to contact me. So please tell me exactly why it was canceled if there was no problem? I don’t want an excuse. Own up that your employee SHERILL took actions into her own hands. I would like you bosses name and information since you seem to think this was addressed! I called you corporation that night since I had two children that had to drive home an hour and a half away at 10 pm at night. That’s okay I guess to you bu

I stayed at this hotel as a part of a business trip. It is a new property or at least looks renovated . There are many positives but sadly, I found the rooms to be dirty as the attached pictures can prove. First , the positives are that it is a new property . The employees were fast, efficient and friendly . They have a good breakfast though the hours are a bit limited from 6:30am-9am but it works for business travelers. Now, the negatives. They have no ATM or pool. There is no daily housekeeping unless you request it. The rooms are renovated but dark and depressing with limited lighting and the beds and pillows were uncomfortable. I can live with all of that . Especially for a quick business trip but the deal breaker was the filthy room. The ironing board was disgusting and the chair had stains on it ( possibly semen). If this is their standard for cleanliness , how clean are the towels and sheets and covers ? This property is very near to my office so I tolerated it but I would never pay my own money to stay here on a personal trip.

The hotel is full of homeless and drug ******* looking to score. My wife was asked twice for *****. The ice machines were broken all week. The laundry is open 24 hours but you can only get 2.00 in quarters, but it costs 5.50 to do a total load. The Pool was closed all week. And the bed is like sleeping on the metal springs. The only highlight is that housekeeping actually does their best to clean. Security is a joke though, most of the time he stands around having a smoke talking.

Ho avuto una bella esperienza durante il mio soggiorno al Motel Mediterraneo. I servizi erano eccellenti, tutto dal check-in al custode era senza saldatura e professionale. L'atmosfera era accogliente e accogliente, rendendo facile sentirsi a casa. L'ospitalità del personale del servizio frontale è stata davvero eccellente; sono sempre amichevoli e disposti ad assistere con qualsiasi richiesta. Se stai cercando un posto pulito, comodo e ospite per soggiornare a San Diego, consiglio al Mediterraneo Motel!
