Vivanza Ernakulam. La posizione è fantastica, vista sulla marina e sull'acqua. Molto generoso del personale per aggiornarci in una vista sul mare, che era l'accento mentre guardavamo il sole da soli. Le feste di Natale erano grandi - il personale vestito come Santa eccitava mia figlia, la stanza era spaziosa e confortevole, la diffusione del buffet era anche fantastica.

Ottimo hotel, di standard internazionale, con grande lobby, personale attento e disponibile. Camere ampie e comode con bagno ben dotato e funzionale. Ristorante di ottima qualità, per varietà di prodotti e cucinatura, intrattenimento musicale dal vivo. Un ottimo hotel, confortevole e accogliente. Da consigliare.

This hotel was well-located, with 24 floors, and spacious rooms equipped with all amenities. The restaurant buffet on the upper level offered numerous choices for breakfast and dinner, and our meals were very tasty. Our 20th-floor room offered great views. Additionally, there was an awesome rooftop pool and the High Bar with panoramic views.

Il check in tempo è 2:00.Abbiamo confermato il check in per una chiamata alle 11:15:00 che verremo in ritardo. Dopo aver raggiunto alle 6:00, ci è stato assegnato un soggiorno regolare invece della suite e, quando hanno chiesto loro, hanno capito che non era la stanza che avevamo prenotato. Ci fu chiesto di aspettare 10 minuti e dopo 10 minuti, il personale si stava occupando di chiacchierare e ignorandoci completamente. Quando ci incontrarono, ci mettono in un altro locale e poi dissero che ci vorrebbero solo 5 minuti per preparare la stanza. Dopo 20 minuti e nessun aggiornamento, abbiamo chiesto di vedere il direttore generale che sospettatamente non era in proprietà e in qualche modo non voleva incontrarci quel giorno. Dopo un'ora completa, e cinque ore dopo il tempo di check-in, ci siamo assegnati la stanza per cui avevamo prenotato. Il bar DJ al tetto amava il basso più del bambino nella canzone di Salman Khan, così la nostra stanza sentiva le vibrazioni che ci disturbavano per cinque ore.

La stanza è così pulita e la cena era buona.In generale era una buona esperienza.Il servizio in camera era buono.La piscina era di buona qualità e la palestra era buona. C'era un piccolo problema con il rumore dalla porta accanto, ma quando abbiamo chiamato la ricezione, hanno affrontato la questione con esperienza.

Stayed for 2 nights. The main USP of the hotel is the location as it is surrounded by numerous shops/restaurants and situated just next to a mall. Marine Drive/Broadway is just a short auto ride away. Front-desk staff were friendly, attentive and efficient, made the check-in/check-out processes a breeze for a large group of 28. The rooms were neat, clean and comfortable. However the bathrooms were quite dated but clean. Breakfast buffet was very good. No complaints. However, the service experienced during dinner (a la carte) was not up to the mark. The restaurant staff seemed to be off the boil, required constant reminders on the orders. Nevertheless, I had a comfortable stay and would like to request to improve the service at the restaurant and refurbish the bathrooms as these would provide a complete experience to the guests.
