One of the better hotel around the area with more than reasonable price. The rooms has no smells and clean. The service and attitude of staff was professional and really nice, stayed there for 2 night and extended one more as it has great location. They provide laundry services which is great. Breakfast was delicious. Will definitely stay here again if i come back to this city.

We have stayed a second round at the hotel because the staff were very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Joyce who had help us to retrieve our stored luggage after our first visit. She was helpful and has good memories to be able to recognise us and allocated the same room we stayed before👍. Ms 向小燕 has been very helpful and was able to enlighten us with useful information on places of interest and issues on transportation.

服務優異。在整個入住過程中，不管是保安，還是前台，都很細心和熱情的服務。不僅有問必答，而且還會給出合適的建議。房間面積足夠大，設施雖有一點年頭了，但是保養和維護都到位，用起來很順手，值得推薦的酒店！！！

酒店的地理位置是離火車站和機場近，很適合過來旅遊的寶子。 而且恩施打車也挺便宜的5塊起。房間設施設備很齊全，房間很乾凈 沒有異味 整體都很喜歡 裝修風格也很好看，住起來還是蠻不錯的，工作人員的服務態度都很好，很有禮貌。會推薦給朋友。

是提前打電話預訂的酒店，前台工作人員耐心解答並提供良好的建議，令我感到了酒店以客人需求為重的態度。入住酒店後，前台小姐姐立馬送來了一份歡迎水果，讓我感到非常貼心。酒店衞生好，乾淨整潔，安靜。性價比挺高，讓我感覺物超所值。

真的細節非常的重要，訂到喜歡的酒店是旅行中很重要的一部分哦！酒店的地理位置優越出行很方便，樓下就是一條民俗街，超市 水果店  油香燒餅真的是應有盡有，可以享受到當地美食的樂趣，進入酒店前台很有耐心 的與我溝通遇到的小問題，房間真的很大很乾凈給我一種莫名其妙的親切感， 總之這次住宿體驗非常棒！

酒店硬件設施都非常不錯，值得一提的是服務人員素質都很高，是一次非常滿意的體驗了，我連續住了兩晚，我覺得挺好的，挺滿意的，然後我也推薦給朋友了，我跟她説這裏物美價廉，環境不錯我給她發了定位

這次入住的酒店體驗感非常的不錯，進入酒店後前台立馬為我們送上了一杯熱氣騰騰的紅茶，真的很暖心，周圍環境也不錯，設施設備齊全，房間很寬敞，早餐很符合我的口味，個人覺得非常的喜歡，酒店的接送服務也很貼心，超出了我的預期，有機會還會再來入住體驗！

這家酒店乾淨得令人驚艷！從大堂到走廊，再到客房，每一處都一塵不染。床單潔白如雪，沒有一絲褶皺或污漬。衞生間毫無異味，洗漱台、馬桶都光潔如新。在這裏住，感覺特別安心舒適，衞生方面真的無可挑剔。離機場也特別近，辦理入住會主動幫忙預約好第二天送機時間，很是省心[強]

房間很乾凈，前台服務也很熱情，早餐品種豐富，前台小姐姐還送來水果，水果吃的差不多才想起來拍照，酒店門口的銀杏樹黃剛剛好，很漂亮，拍出的照片非常的好看，這家酒店真的很不錯哦！

奧山雅閣酒店位於恩施的火車站和飛機場中間，交通非常的便利。而且有自助的早餐，明天早上有自助早餐點，而且味道都非常的好吃。我們住的是一個標準的雙人間，兩個單人床還有獨 立的衞浴，有一個落地的窗户環境還是比較好 的。還是比較推薦來這裏的。
