Hotel in zona West End Pond, Elmbridge

Molto comodo camera e grande posizione ☺️

Ci sono volute quasi due ore per sdoganare il T3 di Londra e tutti hanno dovuto fare molte domande. Dopo aver lasciato la dogana, cerca la stazione della metropolitana e segui le indicazioni. Vai alla T 4 e prendi l'ascensore fino all'ultimo piano. Sul lato destro dell'ascensore c'è l'ingresso del corridoio dell'hotel. anche accanto ai pulsanti dell'ascensore). Seguitela a pochi minuti. La colazione inizia alle cinque, con la frutta, il che non è male. Puoi strisciare direttamente le carte di credito in valuta estera con chip sugli autobus e sulla metropolitana. Se non ti senti sicuro il primo giorno, dovresti prima acquistare un biglietto. Il giorno dopo ho strisciato la carta e mi è costata 4,75 sterline in totale dalla stazione di Padin alla Brunel University, due fermate di metro più un viaggio in autobus.

Francamente, al giorno 2 ci siamo innamorati del luogo, tutti i dipendenti di tutte le sezioni erano brillanti, tutte le strutture erano pulite, ben mantenute e fino a spec. Piscina interna, piscina all'aperto, 2 saune, piscina con ghiaccio, cortile da tennis, orchard e zona di gioco per bambini. Non abbiamo fatto colazione, ma c'è un bellissimo piccolo bar caffè con pasticceria e per il pranzo serale il principale ristorante gestisce un stile buffet con circa 30 opzioni, così si può provare un po' di tutto. Infine, vorrei solo ricordare che il mio partner ha goduto di un paio di trattamenti nel bagno e ha detto che la sua esperienza era fantastica. Super nice hotel, all staff are friendly. Stunning view at the top of Richmond Hill, room was clean and comfortable. Will definitely go back.

Wow what an amazing hotel and amazing staff, never been made to feel so welcome. We attended Woodlands Park, for New Year’s Eve for a murder mystery black tie event, from the minute we arrived we couldn’t have asked for better. The grounds are stunning, the entrance beautifully decorated for Christmas and the architecture of the building was so lovely to look at. Once in reception we were warmly greeted by Steve, Justin and Aysha, Aysha checked us in and was so informative and friendly, the reception staff including Deborah just couldn’t do enough to make our welcome most enjoyable. Once in our room we were delighted by the room and how clean, spacious and relaxing it was, the toiletries were lovely, and the little extra touches like robes and slippers were great. The bed was comfy. Once we had settled in we went down to the bar to get a drink, Victoria was very welcoming and Evan ran around to find me gluten free crisps, they were very hospitable. We went onto the Murder mystery event and the staff were so professional serving the food and being very attentive to our needs. We celebrated midnight and welcomed in 2024, the staff were professional, welcoming and friendly and Wasiq, managed the night so well, the staff really worked hard. I wish I could remember all their names to thank them, but to name a few David M, and Sheldon who ran the night, Casey who worked so hard and really stood out. In the morning we attended breakfast after a fantastic nights sleep in a wonderful bed, breakfast was delicious and nothing was to much trouble, Fredy, Jay and the other staff could not do enough for you. We packed up and checked out but decided to sit and enjoy the reception with the fire, Steve and Magpy, along with Julian were so lovely, we didn’t feel rushed, they got us coffees, chatted with us and even took some photos of us all. Thank you so much to the staff and managers you made our NYE amazing. We will visit again. Unfortunately we lost Steve’s business card so can’t email him direct or thank him.

We have stayed at the Oaklands Park hotel a number of times before. We keep returning as we feel they keep improving with renovated rooms and real quality staffing. We also feel it is a really pleasant place to stay with easy access and parking and outstanding value.

La stanza è relativamente piccola, ma non è molto più grande degli hotel costosi in Europa! C'è un supermercato al piano di sotto e accanto un fast food di proprietà araba, è molto conveniente: due hamburger e una patatine fritte costano 4 sterline. La posizione è a circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metropolitana Houslow Central.

La camera è spaziosa e confortevole, ma la posizione è troppo remota per gli ospiti che non si recano all'aeroporto. La colazione deve essere acquistata separatamente, con un costo aggiuntivo di 9,95 GBP al momento del check-in. La colazione in stile occidentale offre un ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Posto molto comodo e alla mano personale gentilissimo e consigliato per il prezzo, il personale è stato gentile fin sa dubito e mi sono trovato molto bene anche il posto molto bello e comodo le stanze molto pulite e soprattutto in un punto comodo della città.

Questa è la mia seconda volta che sono rimasto in questo hotel e non posso fare il male al servizio. Esther alla ricezione è stata così utile e ha portato un po' di giocattoli in camera per mia figlia di due anni. Il cappello che aveva preordinato era già nella stanza quando siamo arrivati e ci è stato dato una bella grande stanza che i tre di noi potevano godere senza essere sopra l'uno l'altro. La stanza era pulita senza spot e tutti i servizi di pulizia erano così amichevoli al mattino. Il pranzo del ristorante era eccellente (un'altra sedia alta era pronta e ci aspettava quando arrivammo) e mentre il colazione è un buffet, è una buona selezione e alta qualità. L'unica cosa piccola che suggerisco è che la qualità del caffè è migliorata e che tutti i caffè sono inclusi nel colazione come un'ulteriore ricarica per un ”caffè speciale” non è davvero in linea con un hotel di questo tipo.
