Hotel con colazione inclusa a Elk Grove Village

Ma non c'è nessuna stronzata! Grazie al ragazzo di navetta che mi ha fatto ritornare alle 10:45 e al cameriere per aiutare. Bella stanza, bella letto.La telecamera Funky era sporadica. L'acqua non si trasferì dalla valvola del tubo alla testa del doccia. Solo un ghiacciatore. Non ho avuto tempo di chiamare la manutenzione come suggerito dal desk front al momento di avvertirli. NON DUCHE! Questo è un buon 50% della necessità di un hotel sopra una scatola in un campo. L'altro è il letto. Un bagno, sp la doccia! Mi piace la compensazione!

What a horrible experience. After missing my flight home, American Airlines put me up in this hotel. They chose it specifically because it has a shuttle so I could get to and from the airport. However, after waiting 20 minutes for the shuttle, I called the hotel to see how often the shuttle was running. I was told that because there were several ”distressed passengers,” they would be running the shuttle numerous times w/ in the hour and would be there in the next 10 minutes. After another 30 minutes, other passengers and I tried calling the hotel to see where the shuttle was. They didn't answer the phone for over an hour. After finally getting through and asking the question again, I was told to wait 10 more minutes. After over 2 hours of waiting, several of us were going to take an Uber to the hotel and miraculously the shuttle showed up. It was a white van w/ a homemade printed sign in the window for this hotel. If you weren't on high alert, you'd miss it (which we didn't- it never came around). Check in to the hotel was easy, rooms were dated, and the pair of used boxer briefs outside of my door were a draw card to several rowdy patrons who walked past. The running toilet that didn't flush in my room kept me awake and when I showered in the morning the tub filled and wouldn't drain. I called the front office to report the issues and when they didn't answer I told the front desk when I went to check out 5 minutes later (staff was unoccupied and on his cell phone at that point). The morning shuttle was almost as unreliable as the evening's. We were told that there would be several shuttles starting at 5am but to get to the lobby at least 15 min early. We were assured that they would continue shuttling passengers to the airport to get them there as close to 5 as possible. When I went downstairs at 6, I was told by those who were down at 4:30am that they didn't make it on the first shuttle and were still waiting- no second shuttle was in service as promised. We were all so exhausted that it was *almost* comical at this point. Zero stars- would never recommend.

We had two rooms and stayed two nights. Highlights: -Hotel is in a quiet and a calm location -Rooms were spacious and comfortable(all rooms are suites) -Plenty of free parking available -Small swimming pool but perfect for kids -Check-in process was smooth and the staff were very friendly/courteous -Did not get to try the club lounge as it was a weekend(breakfast vouchers were given that could be used at the restaurant for Bonvoy members) -Housekeeping on demand only(front desk made it clear at the time of check-in) -If you like running/walking outdoors, go to the Busse Forest trails nearby and enjoy the trail for several miles. There is also an Elk pasture and you can see the Elk’s up close. There are also stretches of sidewalks in the neighborhood, you can use. Enjoy your workout! A big shout out to Arsenia for checking us quickly and taking care of all our room requirements. She was very friendly, quick and assisted us with local information as well. Opportunities: One of the elevator was out of order and other one was very slow. Overall, great stay and we will return next time we are in the area.

Molto pulito, molto pulito, letti molto comodi, personale molto amichevole e utile. Internet gratuito, parcheggio gratuito, check-out del pranzo è bello non essere spenta fuori, bello essere in grado di dormire in. Ha avuto mini frigo in camera caffè, microonde, e in camera in sicurezza. Si raccomanda molto.

Restavo qui per un evento danza nelle periferie di Chicago. Ero un po' preoccupato per le recensioni passate, ma si è rivelato superare le aspettative: PROS 1. Check-in e check-out: Ho dovuto prenotare 4 camere per il mio gruppo, quindi un po' più complicato dal punto di vista logistico. Il personale era molto amichevole e utile una volta che sono arrivato per aiutare a fare le cose. Il checkout era molto facile. 2. La camera stessa: era pulito, comodo letto, e Internet veloce. Nessun fritto, ma il bagno aveva lozione, shampoo, condizionatore e poca sapone per lavare/soffia a mano. AC funzionava bene. Ottene luce naturale. Nessuna roccia o mold visibile. 3. Parcheggio - libero e si sente sicuro anche se non è particolarmente ”vicino” a nulla. 4. Prezzo punto - di gran lunga la scelta più economica per gli hotel a Elk Grove. CONS 1. Fan nel bagno - felice di avere una sorta di ventilazione, Ma sembrava finita e si sarebbe girata e spostata a volontà. Era difficile capire come girarla e spostare. 2.Colazione - felice che esista! Caffè libero, bagagli, imballaggi di pasta d'avena, e mele. Vorrei che non avessero usato stirofoam e che ci fosse un po 'di più* disponibile. 3. Trasporti: Se sei venuto qui con la macchina, non ci sono problemi. Inoltre, Ubers nella zona non sono super costosi e vengono abbastanza velocemente (a meno che non sia all'aeroporto - allora è $20-30! :O). Tuttavia, non c'è navetta da/ verso l'aeroporto. Sembra che ci sia una fermata locale di autobus (?) ma non l'hai provato. Potresti potenzialmente prendere una navetta da/ verso un altro hotel e camminare 10 minuti, ma è su una pista 4-6, strada occupata. In generale, abbiamo avuto un ottimo soggiorno e ha servito il nostro scopo di avere un posto pulito e costoso per dormire durante il nostro festival di danza a Elk Grove.

Wonderful experience. The Staff was great, rooms were very clean and Sylvia at the breakfast buffet was absutly fantastic. I would highly recommend your hotel to everyone. Thank you. The pool area was nice and clean. The only problem we had was when we tried to call the front desk, no one answered and all we got was a recording.

I'm not much for writing reviews but I had to express my appreciation for such a great front desk staff (Kev and Stella). This is my second visit and both experiences were stellar in comparison to other area hotels. It's a very clean facility and the vibe is pretty positive.

We got a room with a jacuzzi. The hot water wouldn't turn off, so we called the front desk for help. The person who came refused to put on a mask even though I explained that our family is high risk for covid. She walked away in a huff instead. We finally got the water turned off, only to discover that any amount of moisture in the air (whether from the jacuzzi in the main room, which didn't have any ventilation, or even from the shower with the fan running) caused the entire room to get DAMP. Our hanging clothes were wet. The sheets and pillows were wet. The floor had puddles, and they didn't go away. After taking a shower one morning, there was one puddle under the bed that was still there the following morning. No wonder there was mold in the bathroom and the door looked like it had water damage at the bottom. It was also filthy and poorly clean. I've stayed in a lot of cheap motels, but I've never had an experience like this. Revolting.
