Ottimo posto molto accogliente in cui soggiornare. C'è una navetta dedicata gratuita al P4 Newark, quindi prendila e non sprecare 22 USD su un Uber. Accanto c'è un outlet di fabbrica di 200 negozi che puoi camminare. L'autobus 115 va a Manhattan MPA per usd7. La colazione è buona. Ma niente uova e pancetta ma IHOP è accanto. Assicurati solo di avere tutte le medicine e gli articoli da toeletta. Non ci sono farmacie o minimarket nel centro commerciale o nell'hotel. Inoltre non c'è cibo disponibile di notte, quindi assicurati di aver comprato degli spuntini durante la notte. C'è un forno a microonde. Il personale di servizio a volte è cordiale e talvolta no Sii paziente.

Not sure if it was racism because I was an Asian, but I was told to wait an hour to check in while there were two other groups of people that came in and immediately got checked in. Went to ask another lady at the counter and she seemed shocked that I was told to wait an hour by her colleague. Also, was given a room next to the lift and was pretty noisy. Other than that, room was good.

No hot water at all :(. Otherwise really good stay.

Waited for more than an hour at EWR P4 in a cold January winter, shuttle bus never came. Shower bottle gel was empty and not replaced. They clean the room once every other day, meaning the 2 x water bottle was not refilled. When I asked from front desk, they refused to offer. Breakfast was decent. Location was near to mall.

This is the second time we've stayed at this hotel. It works out well for us because it is close to Newark liberty airport. There are a few places to eat around this hotel but not much. There is a very large mall within walking distance and it has a few restaurants in it as well. I'm talking IHOP, tgi Friday's and the like. As for the hotel, it's somewhat average but OK for at nights sleep prior to flying out, or just before a cruise. In our room, just like before, the USB ports at the bedside don't work, and the water pressure is fairly low. On this particular trip they even ran out of paper plates for the morning breakfast. I thought this was a easy fixable problem by just sending somebody to go buy some. It was somewhat inconvenient for the guests as they only had bowls for your eggs and sausage. Not necessarily a deal breaker, but I felt like somebody should have taken care of this. The coffee is good they have free transportation to the airport running on the quarter hour, 24 hours a day. When we stayed there prior to taking a cruise, they also provided transportation to the cruise port costing$36 per person. They also offer round trip transportation from the cruise port if needed. Would we stay there again? Probably not. There are several other hotels that are right across the street and I think we'll give them a try next time.

Hotel was clean and modern. I was surprised at check in with an additional $20 charge for parking that I was not aware of when I booked online with Trip.com If I had known in advance I might not have chosen this hotel over others when all costs were concerned. Free breakfast was a sad affair. Probably get better selection and quality at a homeless shelter. Overall trip was acceptable.

I asked trip.com to show me hotels near jfk with a hotel shuttle. Hampton inns showed up. Turned out it was a hampton inn at NEWARK airport. When I discovered that it was a $200 uber ride to the hotel I called both the hotel and trip.com and they both said it was the other who had to fix it so I was out $300 for a last minute room at a hotel near the JFK airport while not being given a refund for the hampton where I did not stay.

Close a shopping mall, very convenient! Airport shuttle was quick and good service. Room is also big and cozy, a pleasant stay , thank you !

Clean and spacious room. There is a large study table, a sofa and small counter with microwave oven. Lobby and breakfast space is bright and modern.

The hotel was in a great location for our early morning flight and the shuttle service was perfect.

Everything ok but my blocked amt has still not been released by the hotel even after 15 days
