A cozy 2-bed room apartment with a balcony and separate little garden, both offering nice views of the surroundings. For us, coming with a large car, the spacy underground parking was really appreciated. There are shops and restaurants nearby and Andorra la Vella is only 22 km away, a great place to do some shopping.

They advertise a parking place but only give half a parking space. I drive a Seat Leon and it doesn't fit at all. We asked for a crib for our baby, and we reconfirmed it when we picked up the key at the reception and it was not there. When we called to ask them about it, we were treated very disrespectfully and they hung up on us, and never answered it again for the day. We had to call, again, because the toaster was very dirty and the oven was very greasy. It was dripping and a lot of smoke came out of it when we turned it on. They said that it was going to be a priority for the day, and yet a person came at 6 PM and warned us that she was not able to leave it 100% okay because the grease was there from a long time ago. We called again and they said they could do anything. We ended up with a formal complaint on booking

This is totally misleading. We booked the hotel, once we reached, we couldn’t find the hotel and to realize, it was a different name. No signage, no instructions given to us. We had to keep asking the people, mostly tourists which cant guide us aswell. Once we finally found out. We did the check in. No option to give cash deposit, only credit card. If you don’t have credit card, they will not entertain you even you prepaid your booking! Once the check in was completed, they gave us a direction how to go to the building, expect that you will be lost as they say turn the first corner, make left, make right. I mean, 2022 and they dont have a printed map. In the room, we booked for 4 person. We requested amenities for 4 and asked to set up the sofa bed. And we found nothing. 4 star hotel, no telephone inside the room, incase something happen, in our case, the next room was having a party whole night. We cant complaint as we have to drive out to another area to get to reception. No security in the building. 4 star hotel and we were told that we have to clean all we use before checking out. Never book this hotel. Many other hotel will give you 4 star feeling with less price

Upon check in, cash deposit was not an option. We've requested to prepare the room for 4 but this wasn't done until we did it ourselves, we were told to wash the dishes and empty the garbage bin. If the kitchenette is offered as a facility, the service should be provided as well. Bathroom amenities were not enough even for 1 person, shampoo and shower gel was empty! The location and hotel's name is totally misleading, the address given was only for the Reception, so you might want to contact the hotel first and ask where your room will be allocated, otherwise, it will be a random pick on where you will stay as this property manages 5 hotels on different locations if not mistaken. There was no phone inside the room. We had a noisy neighbor during midnight and would want to report it, but since it's late, we did not really bother going down the main entrance to reach the only phone in the building. This is not a 4 star experience at all.

Llevamos 5 años viniendo en los apartamentos por las fechas de Navidad, los primeros 3 años aceptables, el precio desorbitado por lo que son los apartamentos, aunque estén muy cerca de pistas, tampoco había la nieve suficiente como para cobrar dichos disparates (somos esquiadores). Este año ha sido el peor de todos, el apartamento sucio, con unos olores de los anteriores clientes de cocinar fritos horrible, si el apartamento lo hubiesen limpiado bien todo esto no sería, se lo dijimos a recepción y nos dijeron ahora hago que vengan y lo arreglen, pues aun los seguimos esperando. Los cojines de las camas mejor no mirar, los cristales muy muy sucios, en definitiva muy sucios en sí todo el apartamento. Pedí el apartamento con vistas, como tres meses antes de ir cuando hice la reserva y nos dan uno sin vistas. Los utensilios de la cocina tienes solo dos paellas una de pequeña y otra mediana y poco más. Además, el párquing cada día 10 € y éramos 3 vehículos. Luego cuando haces el check-in te piden una fianza que lo entiendo, pero luego para devolvértela, les cuesta muchísimo tiempo más de un mes, ponen excusas con tal de alargar el tiempo. En conclusión no os los recomiendo para nada por la calidad, el servicio, el precio que nos hacen pagar tendrían que ser mínimo de lujo con muchas más comodidades, además de que las fotos de la galería que tienen puestas o te envían no se acercan a la realidad. De verdad si no queréis lanzar el dinero buscad otros apartamentos más económicos y mejores prestaciones, sin duda, han perdido a unos clientes, pero hay muchos más apartamentos y mejores

Trato muy frio e impersonal en la recepción. Apartamento pequeño y apelotonado. Se te obliga a dejarlo limpio, cuando tú vas a pasar unos días de relax. Poca luz, cortinas de risa y el ventanal más grande no tiene persiana. Si te toca dormir en el comedor de madrugada ya estarás despierto. En pleno verano olvídate de ir no tiene aire y hace un calor bestial. Yo no lo recomiendo.
