Bella posizione dalle corse con un cammino di 5-10 minuti a piedi a Gondola. Appartamento pulito e funzionale auto-catering. Lavatrice, frigorifero, forno. Cuttery e crockery forniti ma prendono un asciugacapelli. Bello e caldo e riscaldamento possono essere controllati. L'acqua nel serbatoio di immersione e abbiamo avuto abbastanza per lavare e doccia. Ci sono dei locker per sci nel garage ma abbiamo assunto locker per la settimana che era di €22 al giorno (con 4 x set di sci/sottoti) Negozio locale di Nice per negozi due strade dietro la ricezione principale e alpino lontano dalle corse. Ha anche un piccolo caffè/bacceria.Il più grande supermercato è circa 10-15 min passeggiata lungo la stazione gondola e sulla strada principale El Tarter. La strada dietro gli appartamenti e dove si trova il piccolo negozio, ha anche numerosi piccoli ristoranti, la maggior parte offrono la partenza.

A lovely warm welcome by the staff at the hotel Our room is ok, it has a hairdryer, hand soap, shampoo, shower gel, cottton wool buds and cotton wool pads, tissues, tv, tea and coffee making facilities and a kettle. We also have a pool/gym towel slippers and a robe. Heated Ski lockers are on lower floor of the hotel, they were included in our price held 2 x boots and skis The room was warm, and worked well. We had a small balcony There is a gym with a few bits of equipments, a spa, a sauna, jacuzzi and a pool. I think the pool is probably about 10 metres long. What’s fun???? And interesting and definitely worth knowing is that in the side of the pool below the waterline are two windows- these windows are seen through a local bar -Nemos! So make sure you look good 😀😂💕👍 Book exchange in bar, when we were there there were very few English books The crystal reps are good fun And are really keen to help in any way they are really helpful and just great The hotel is directly next door to the ski hire shop so that is really helpful It is ski in/ ski out, either the 4 man chairlift if you can ski, or walk down to the gondola to go up to the nursery slopes if you are new to skiing We ended up at the gondola one evening in soldeu by mistake 🤦🏼‍♀️, so we took it back up and got blue runs back down to el tarter The bar has good variety of drinks available The food was great, breakfast was buffet style, typical foods available. Dinner in the evening was waiter served, choices of 3 items-starter, main and pudding. We bought a bottle of wine and is was saved and labelled for us each evening The water was extra - not free on the table I think the children could choose off a children’s menu forte evening meal We had an early flight The hotel gave us a packed breakfast consisting of water, fruit, roll and crisps Slopes Wide, well looked after, not too busy, even with beautiful weather and no snow, the resort staff worked really hard to ensure there was good snow coverage Lift pass - we had lunch included, you can get the list of participating restaurants from your rep- again another area the crystal ski reps were very helpful with We had lunch at fun foods - burger, fries, drink - tasty and filling, you can also have salad which was lovely, we also had lunch at LLAC de CUBIL restaurant just by the TSF4 ENRADORT lift We ordered chicken and tomato This came out as a sandwich with 1/2 a French stick and fries that were cut across the potato plus a can of Coke We couldn’t eat it all Very nice and they had little sachets of salt! Clean and modern apartment with a large balcony overlooking the beautiful Andorra mountains. It was just slightly hard to find and the address and opening hours on *********** did not correlate with reality. (Check in closed more than an hour earlier than stated)

Sono due appartamenti molto corretti. Al primo livello abbiamo l'ingresso, un bagno con doccia, e la cucina con salone-commessa con un divano letto , per sottolineare la cucina che è molto completo, include un caffè dolce capsule gusto. Nel secondo piano abbiamo un bagno con bagno e due camere doppie. Ognuno di questi appartamenti ha un parcheggio, quindi risparmiate la vostra auto sulla strada. L'unico punto negativo da migliorare, è vero che sarebbe la connessione a Internet che è una connessione un po ' lento a seconda di ciò che si desidera fare, ma per la cosa fondamentale (inviare qualche whatsapp, ecc) è sufficiente. Per sottolineare il servizio di assistenza al cliente di questi appartamenti, durante il mio soggiorno ho avuto un piccolo impatto, ma grazie alla rapidità e alla professionalità del personale che mi ha prestato assistenza, Devo ammettere che sono eccezionali, un 10 per loro soprattutto per Francesc che ha dimostrato di essere un ottimo professionista e una persona incredibile.
