Abbiamo vissuto al primo piano con vista sul mare, ci siamo addormentati al suono della risacca. I letti sono comodi, le lenzuola e gli asciugamani sono buoni, gel, sapone e shampoo sono stati riforniti dopo la pulizia, lasciato la chiave alla reception, pulito ogni giorno e cambio asciugamani, 2 bottiglie d'acqua da 0,5 litri in camera gratis, colazione cambiata: uova strapazzate, uova fritte, verdure, riso, pesce, carne, 2 tipi di marmellata, burro, pane tostato, focacce diverse, 2 tipi di cereali, latte, zucchero, caffè e tè in bustina, papaia, ananas, banane, gialle e rosse anguria. A colazione c'era un secchiello con acqua calda e fredda, si poteva rifornire la scorta d'acqua, il condizionatore funzionava bene. Ci sono abbastanza grucce nell'armadio, la cassaforte ha funzionato.
Non c'era l'asciugacapelli in camera. Belle ragazze e ragazzi alla reception.

Io e mia moglie abbiamo trascorso due notti per festeggiare il nuovo anno, 31 Dicembre e e 1 gennaio. Ottimo il buffet a cena, colazione sempre a buffet varia e ogni giorno con qualcosa di diverso. La camera era pulita e spaziosa con una vista sul mare e la collina imponente che caratterizza El nido, bellissima anche al tramonto con il sunset cocktail offerto dall hotel. Un ringraziamento speciale al resort manager Sir Nino che non ci ha fatto mancare niente, sempre presente e disponibile :)

Sono stato qui prima e sono felice di tornare! La manutenzione di giorno è stata impeccabile. Bagni condivisi sono sempre stati puliti. Angelo dal desk front era molto utile. Ha raccomandato attrazioni che possiamo andare e ci ha aiutato con le nostre domande. Il colazione era buono, questo posto è anche vicino alla zona con molti ristoranti e buone caffetterie.

Il miglior ostello intorno. Attività fantastiche, dalla gita di salto giornaliero all'isola fino ai giochi serali. Grande cucina con delizioso cibo e bevande. Camere confortevoli e pulite con una grande posizione e incredibile vista sul sole.
Ma la cosa migliore per il lavoro di uscita è il personale.Sempre in mano per rendere il vostro soggiorno migliore, per sempre felice e impegnativo. Veramente il miglior gruppo di persone che non dimenticherò mai.

Stanze umide comprese le lenzuola in 3gg non siamo riusciti ad asciugare nemmeno una maglietta ,alla reception non riuscivano a capire se dovevo pagare per il letto extra nonostante avevo chiesto una tripla , hanno messo un terzo letto in una camera piccolissima , chiedo per farci spostare e alla reception mi hanno detto che tutte le stanze erano uguali quando invece 2 camere del nostro gruppo erano molto più grandi , ristorante invece ottimo

We had amazing experience staying at CADLAO RESORT, when we arrived they sent tuktuk for pick up and upon arrival they guided really well throughout.. they arranged nice anniversary setup in room for us . They offered free cocktails from. 3-5 pm and you can watch best view while enjoying the cocktails at restaurant. This resort has 3 pools for each room location… staff is very courteous.. rooms are comfortable.. overall we had great stay.. i will definitely recommend this for families and couples. Thank you CADLAO resort for making our anniversary stay super super special

Had one of the best times in my life with the free sunset cruise of Balai Adlao. The staff was very accommodating especially the one who went with us in the sunset ride. Sir Nokki and Sir Vlad. Truly a place I would recommend because of their staff. The sunset rude was very very relaxing and at the same time informative as well thanks to the knowledge of Sir Nokki. We also saw dolphins as well. Truly a trip to remember. They also offer free snorkeling sessions for their guests. A must try for my next visit.

Nessuna connessione wifi o ventilatori in palestra.
Molto protettivo nei confronti dell'attrezzatura da spiaggia. Volevo fare un kayak, ma mi è stato detto che c'era troppo vento. Era una giornata tranquilla.
All'arrivo pronunciate la parola magica ”prenotazione” per passare davanti al custode del cancello. Per qualche minuto ho pensato che mi avrebbero mandato via.

How to start…. Unable to explain the overwhelming overly excellent hospitality of NBR and the Sunmai restaurant! Felt like we are part of their little family. My son was sick and front desk lady in the morning sent him hot tea with honey. Gave us access if doctor is needed. The Sunmai restaurant chef and servers modified their menu on what I am craving and they made it happen. So appreciative of little things but means so much. Felt really good after a relaxing massage from their outstanding masseuses. Beach is just so Picture Perfect!!! Can’t thank you enough to everyone made our stay stress free, worry free and never felt safe in Nacpan! It’s a home away from home!!! Thank you from the Abenojar’s of California!

This trip was decided on at the nick of time and we just came accross this resort via online. Not everything fell in perfectly but the serenity and the beauty of the place made our stay worth reminiscing. This resort keeps the best sunset viewing in the Island. Their food and beverage offerings can excessively satisfy your Island cravings as it is flavorful and instagrammable. A place isn’t a place to be if the people are not at their best. Please know that Nacpan Beach Villa has the best people in making your stay experience exceptional. It is worthy to mention few of the stellars in the like of Jonnel who made our booking arrangements spotless, Marve who welcomed us warmly and made our stay hassle free by all of his constant engagements and follow ups, Annie and Merla who swiftly arranged our transfers and other needs - both ladies are equally amazing and spectacular. They even sent us off warmly during our Island hopping tour. Mr. Rodel of Sunmai Restaurant who was all around providing his best for a seamless dining experience. Joemar of Glamping who was also an instrument in providing our orher basic needs when we were lounging in front of the restaurant and whenever we approached the reception for assistance. Of course, the Operations Manager Mr. Butch whom I offer my multiple thumbs up for his outstanding and unparalleled management efforts. All the best Nacpan Beach Villa, Glamping and Resort team! You are the “Safe Haven” of El Nido!! Tip: please provide clothes dryer in your room veranda. This is a resort and expect guests to get themselves wet multiple times a day.

Quando mangiate, prestate attenzione alla domanda e al servizio.L'unica cosa buona e' che il cibo del ristorante è lontano.Tre piatti sono molto dolci e la colazione è molto dolce!

Il cibo, la colazione in particolare è atroce per un hotel in questo prezzo range il personale del ristorante vuoto di giocare sui loro telefoni. Le camere sono state pulite molto tardi il giorno in diverse occasioni. La rete è debole dalle camere. Anche se il personale del desk front sono amichevole sono piuttosto senza insegnamenti e sulla volontà di scalare alcune questioni mi è stato detto che la gestione si trova a Puerto Princesa. Con una buona gestione e una completa revisione del menu e alcuni rinforzi Internet questo potrebbe essere un ottimo hotel.

LLenamakkarenaFloresitas è in una posizione tranquilla direttamente sul mare. Chi vuole spegnere qualche giorno e concentrarsi sul sostanziale è proprio giusto qui (se non si costruisce accanto o il generatore sta funzionando - entrambi completamente in attesa). In una delle cabine (senza AC) o (nel nostro caso) camera con aria condizionata è disponibile il più necessario: un comodo letto e un piccolo bagno con doccia e WC. La nostra stanza era relativamente pulita, perché sembra che gli specchi nelle Filippine non siano mai puliti, non capisco. Inoltre, l'acqua dal canale è piuttosto bruna, non raccomandato per lavare. Di fronte alla porta della stanza: sabbia bianca, fine, che si sposta dal mare in tutto l'impianto. Molti mattoni e sedili invitano a soggiornare. Il Wi-Fi è stato il migliore che abbiamo avuto da quando siamo arrivati nelle Filippine. Il cibo è stato davvero molto delizioso - Gemma si sforza molto di soddisfare i desideri dei suoi ospiti. A proposito degli ospiti: anche qui si ha più il suo riposo - sembravamo che in due di tre notti (oltre il fine settimana) siamo stati gli unici nell'impianto. Ma si può fare qualcosa: affittare un cajaco nel resort e esplorare anche l'ambiente, snorkeling, Firefly Watching da un altro resort a pochi 100 metri, o un viaggio in barca privato attraverso Ursulas Resort I ricevitori cercano di aiutare, anche se è possibile, ma a volte non si è potuto trovare un accordo reciproco, ma alla fine, con il loro aiuto, siamo riusciti a recuperare direttamente dalla porta della casa con il furgone.
In generale, abbiamo percepito il prezzo un po' troppo alto per le condizioni semplici e la posizione lontana (al di fuori di tutti i problemi turistici) ma ci è stato molto piacere e ci sarebbe tornato in qualsiasi momento.

UUtente ospiteWe were undecided on where to stay in El Nido but kept coming back to Isla Amara and decided to book. We are so glad we chose this hotel. We were given a family room. It was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good and different every morning. Now for the location - WOW. STUNNING. 50 metres from one of the most beautiful beaches I have seen. Palm trees, white sand and crystal clear water very safe for swimming. Lots of restaurants and bars with gorgeous views and all the lanterns from the palm trees at night gave it a magical feel. The sunsets were beautiful. It's about 20 minutes by trycicle from El Nido town but feels a world away. I would recommend Isla Amara and Lio Beach if you are looking for a relaxing getaway.

UUtente ospiteWe stayed at El Nido Coco Resort for 5 nights and really enjoyed it. The resort is very lush and well kept – especially the pool. Which we used daily. It was a short walk to our rooms (bungalow by the beach) but did not mind it at all! Having your own bungalow and front porch was great, as it gave us privacy and a relaxed space. Location is good (assuming you want something less busy). it was a short tricycle ride to town and Las Cabanas Beach but also away from the crowds. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. Room was decent size and clean. Aircon worked great! We didn’t watch much TV (for obvious reasons) but it did have a few English channels. They offer massages by the pool which was nice to have. The power went out once, but it went back on after a few mins – think they have a generator. Which was very helpful as outages in this island happens occasionally. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hospitality was above and beyond - really appreciated it. I would stay here again and it’s a great price for an April stay.

Hotel scadente,camera senza acqua per 16 ore(tutte le camere del piano erano nelle stesse condizioni)siamo un gruppo di viaggio organizzato e siamo dovuti andare nelle camere del piano inferiore di altri partecipanti che però quasi non conoscevamo per doccia e tutti gli altri bisogni fisiologici.puzza di fogna in bagno e di feci nella camera,asciugamani vecchi,ingialliti dal sole e macchiati anche appena consegnati,aspiratore in bagno rotto e mai aggiustato,condizionatore in camera rumoroso. Fatto presente alla reception e chiesto un rimborso parziale mi è stato negato Ho richiesto un cambio di stanza la seconda mattina prima di partire per un tour e mi è stato detto che era possibile solo se fatto istantaneamente così che quella camera L avrebbero data ad altri ospiti in arrivo 😂😂. Ho chiesto di farlo nel pomeriggio perché avrei perso il tour già prenotato ma mi è stato negato ,l alternativa era quella di fare prendere i miei effetti personali e spostarli dal personale ma ho rifiutato perché non volevo che indumenti e cose di valore venissero toccate da estranei anche per una questione di sicurezza nel caso poi fosse mancato qualcosa dalla valigia. Mi è stato consegnato uno spray igienizzante e deodorante da poter usare utilizzare Niente prese di corrente vicino al letto,vespe e insetti sul balcone e niente zanzariera,bassa pressione della doccia quando funzionante. Buffet della colazione scarso e scadente,di dolce solo puncake non caldi. Unica nota positiva la gentilezza del personale che aveva la cos da di ospiti che si lamentavano per vari motivi,loro purtroppo dovevano ascoltare le lamentele senza però poter fare molto per aiutare. Erano anni che non soggiornavo in un hotel messo così male. Standard europei direi da 1 massimo 2 stelle,ho soggiornato in hostel decisamente migliori a cifre più basse. Altamente sconsigliato

Dolarog, a true pet-friendly resort! The resort in itself is superb! It’s like a hidden gem of El Nido and the greatest thing about it is it’s truly a pet-friendly haven! What I like about it is that it’s still in the main island but gives off that exclusive feels. We stayed for 8 days in total at the beachfront villa called Lagen which is a few meters from the beach overlooking their jetti way and that awe-inspiring giant limestone directly in front of our villa. Getting to the resort is other via speedboat or their private access road from Vanilla Beach using a golf car. You know that you’ll have an excellent stay when the owner, Mr. Edu picks you up(or sometimes the son) from Vanilla beach for a more personal touch. How hospitable right? He also has a selection of Italian wines from his cellar as he is Italian, I had Chianti btw over dinner with the beach, stars and the moon as our backdrop. Truly magical! The rooms are always kept clean by the staff who are also very friendly. The main Receptionist, Tata is attentive and very pleasant not to mention very informative. I would take her as my head of staff if only I could! She knows her products and knows when to recommend it, the type of staff who is not in your face all the time to promote an offer. I must say she is one of the nicest resort staff I ever come across with. Food is relatively good. Home cooked and unpretentious. As with any advice when you go to a limited supply area such as El Nido, don’t get your expectations too high on having a western dish so much because obviously, you will have some issues so I only ordered I know locally sourced here like seafood or their filipino dishes like the menudo and chicken curry which are my faves! Filipino breakfast is good. You might wanna carry spare powerbanks as the resort rely on their own generator for electric supply. From 6am-9am and 12noon-6pm there is no electric power. Also, TV is not available (not sure abt other rooms though) but who needs a TV anyway? It’s not like you chose to go to El Nido and sit all day on Netflix and stay indoors duh! I rented a motorbike for 500/day basis and this really helped me in exploring or going out of the resort but the resort offers complimentary shuttle via their golf car to Vanilla beach for free but I wanted to leave and come back on my own time. This is also a 20 minutes walk to Maremegmeg beach by beachside access. Tricycle ride cost between 150 going to town from Vanilla beach btw. Overall our experience is a great 4.5/5 with .5 leaving for improvement on the land access before the Dolarog gate. Also, I’m pretty confident even without any advertisement or active social media promotion, the resort will do just good but let me tell when I posted 1 picture of Dolarog on my socmed, people flocked my DM to ask if I was in another country. UUtente ospiteWe had a fantastic stay in El Nido despite challenges at this hotel and the *********** description being inaccurate to the room. Pros of staying: easy access by tricycle off the main road, beautiful sunset views, free kayak rentals, great and attentive bar and restaurant crew, good but very limited breakfast, air-conditioned rooms with outdoor drying racks for clothes. Cons of staying: far from town, no hot water, brief loss of power, terrible to no internet, dogs and cats with mange that will put their paws on your lap while you eat, variable quantity of food for breakfast (sometimes 1 egg, sometimes 2), they do not clean your room, front desk will lie to your face over several important issues (see below), (and minor issue) instant packet coffee only. As for the front desk issues: I at first thought there was a gap in communication, but things kept happening that made it clear they were just negligent and rude. I would like to preface this by saying I've spent over 4 months in the Philippines with no issues communicating even when both individuals don't understand the other's language. This hotel's website is in English and is marketed in English. The front desk also showed their hand by remembering several details including our van transfer time and date while pretending to not remember several other things they literally wrote down on the same sheet of paper. Most of our communications were with Catherine Apa. 1. They tried to kick us out before the day they told us we were checking out. We had booked a 3-night stay and tried to add another day online, but were unable to modify our reservation. We booked a 4th night separately and were happy to switch rooms if we had to. The first thing we did on arrival was to ask if we could stay in the same room for all 4 nights. They said OK and scheduled our van transfer to the airport the morning after our 4th night. Thank God we were in the room at 12PM the day before check-out, because they tried to make us leave. I showed her my reservation (again), and she told us we would have to move to a different room. She said ”don't worry, it's a deluxe room with the same price with an ocean view. But you have to get out now because someone else booked your room.” OK, so we hastily pack up the whole room and just as we finish, she pops in to tell us ”actually you can stay here” with no apology whatsoever. At this point it felt like she was messing with us. The excuses were ”our desk computers don't connect to the internet” ”you are booked twice, for a 5 day stay” (which makes no sense) and ”actually there are people in the new room right now.” 2. They insisted our tour meeting time was wrong and refused to schedule transportation at the time I asked for. The tour said 8AM sharp, and she absolutely insisted on leaving at 8:30AM. She said the tours leave 9-10 so there's no way you need to be there at 8. I asked several times to get there at 8 and she just wasn't having it. So we booked for 8:30. T

UUtente ospiteLa mia moglie e io l'abbiamo soggiornata per 3 settimane l'anno scorso e l'abbiamo già prenotato per 6 settimane nel febbraio e marzo 2024. Sono grandi persone da affrontare. La cucina e il punto di raccolta sono stati resi disponibili quando volevamo cucinare. Anche se è un posto più vecchio le camere sono nuovamente ristrutturate e tutti decorati con un tema diverso. Ci sono un sacco di fascino qui e si dovrebbe godere il vostro soggiorno. Avrei valutato un 5 ma la strada è un po 'di sfida di arrivare là. Mi ricorda un castello che appare da nessuna parte e per questo mi piace. E' molto tranquillo e lontano dalle strade principali.
